Never leaving reviews, but the salesperson’s horrible, rude and patronizing behavior made me write one. I wanted a sample of a product before buying it. Afterwards, the salesperson was following us all over the store with a derogatory and suspecting look as though we wanted to steal something, giving us no personal space when social distancing should be a default thing anyway. Felt both very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back to purchase the product, but will order it from the brand’s website directly. I would give a minus star if I could, please educate your employees. P.S as an extra there was a dead insect on the foundation shelf

Very polite and nice staff

This store has improved so much in the past year! I stopped in after around a year away and was so impressed with the staff. They were able to explain pros and cons of different products and were not at all pushy to make the sale.

Great store, always has what I need and the ladies working there are really friendly and knowledgeable and recommend great products. I never get the vibe that they are just trying to make a sale.

I called to schedule an appointment and “Esther” or something that sounds like Esther hung up on me twice; the first time because I didn’t speak fast enough and the second time because I couldn’t hear her name. The third time I called to speak with the manager I was told she would call me back.... I’m still waiting....

Amazing service and so knowledgeable!!They really took care of me today a I stocked up with a 90 day supply !!!

Terrible service.on June 16 when my wife visited the store to try the nail polish, the sales lady told her they ran out of polish remover and ask us to go to sophora to remove the polish....so she has to walk all the way to the other store to remove it, what kind of store does that？Anyway, we will avoid that store from now on.
