Phenomenal experience and assistance from the staff. I went in looking for clean makeup Id researched. They were knowledgeable and respectful of my choices, not trying to sell me on other brand that were clean or whatnot and they asked questions to understand what I wanted and clarify. They helped me understand how to put the liquid based makeups on which was new too and were overall superb.

A nicely lay out store. Products are displayed in a nice and attractive fashion. Staff is also very helpful and attentive to customers needs.

I love Sephora. This store is a bit smaller than other stores except the ones inside of JCPenneys. Found what I needed, SPF 50. Yes I need it desperately. Fabulous store, Fabulous beauty products.

I had a great experience due to the wonderful help of Becca. She did an excellent job finding the perfect foundation for me, as well as many other products that I needed. I was impressed with her ability to find what was right for me, asking me questions along the way, providing suggestions, and helping me select the best products. So excited to try all of my new makeup!

I was here to pick up my order but was fancied by the makeup products available there.Ami actually helped me pickup right foundation and concealer as I have sensitive skin.She helped me differciate the products I wanted to use to the ones which are actually good for me and after using them now, Im glad she suggested me the products. Really great service here by Jill, who assisted me in retuning a flat iron I purchased through Sephora online that arrived with a factory defect. Jill was very helpful in processing the return and then reordering a new flat iron for me, which arrived at my house within 48 hours.

Very dog friendly. The manager told me to go ahead and let my dog walk freely on a leash. In fact, she let all the other workers know about our dog and our dog was lovingly welcomed.

My friend went to Sephora and was greeted by a nice makeup artist and sales representative that really knew her craft. She was matched with her perfect shade in one try. I could not see the product at all. She was knowledgeable and efficient. My friend loves coming to this Sephora and I do as well. I love great customer service!

Went to this location today for the first timeSince moving to the area in June.Everyone was so friendly and helpful! It fet clean and safe as well. I usually try to avoid asking for help at Sephoras, but the workers at this location were incredibly helpful and not pushy.Such a great experience!

I loved Sephora until they decided to cancel Amanda Ensing. Then, their attempt to tried to pay her to be silent. I’m no longer shopping at Sephora (at any location.) My brands will be bought elsewhere. Way to go, Sephora. You couldn’t just be neutral and sell damn makeup.

Great store with an awesome product selection. So much it can be a little overwhelming for a natural girl like me. The staff is always willing to help & happy to explain products if you need a little help, so long as they arent busy with other customers of course.

I was at the store on Sunday night and Joy was helping me with skin care. She is absolutely a joy to work with; she was patient and explained the different products that I was interested in. She wasnt pushy and made sure I was getting the right products based on my needs. I spent more than I was planning on but I know that my skin will thank me for it.thank you Joy for your superb service!!!

This is great location. Was helped by Jackie and she helped me find just colors and tools I needed and didnt push me into anything extra.Clean store and adequate parking. Great choice of brands. Store is along the lines of other local stores in size, but really nice folks that work there.The MUA were all tastefully made up and not too heavy in makeup (good sign).

Extremely disappointing experience. I came in and told one of the employees I needed help with pretty much everything involved in getting a new makeup look. She went to get her manager and said the only thing they would help me with was matching a foundation. Anytime one of the other employees would attempt to help me she made sure to make it known they were only helping me with foundation. I’m not a makeup expert so the rest of the experience was stressful and overwhelming. I am never going back there again.

Her advice was greatly appreciated, she even color matched me which I had never done before. For someone who knows little to nothing about makeup I was pleased. I did not feel rushed she walked me through everything.

Love Sephora because if you arent sure what to get, you can always ask for a sample and try it before you buy it. Makeup talk is always super overwhelming for me, but the sales team really explains the products and answers all my questions. Love this location!

Terrible customer service. You spend over $100 on products and they limit you to 3 samples in the entire store with no policy stating so. The older lady made sure no other employee attempted to give me another sample either and followed me around the store, so awkward. I use to enjoy shopping here. I will not be returning here.

SEPHORA IS TRASH. EMPLOYEES THEY HIRE IS TRASH TOO. LOOK AT WHAT IS GOING ON.Sephora is not as good as they used to be. They hire people who have no clue when it comes to makeup application and sanitizing. I went to get some new things and it was a horrible experiences. Do not let them put anything on your face, hand or skin. These consultants are disgusting. They dont clean the samples. I woke up the next day with a cold sore. The regional manager contacted me. TILL THIS DAY SHE HAS NEVER CONTACTED ME. As a woman no one wants to walk around embarrassed. Please use my personal experience as caution when shopping here. They dont care about your health.

I originally came in just to browse the store. Upon entering I decided to get a foundation match. Floor associates are quick to greet as I entered. One associate in particular named Lucy was of great help. She took her time trying to find the right match, and I got the impression she truly enjoyed her job. Her customer service I received was exceptional, along with everyone stocking the store. Only complaint was the cashier, its unfortunate I did not get her name, because she is the only associate that dropped the review. When I was ready to check out, I was the only one ready. She seemed like she hated her job. Only one word out of her mouth the entire transaction.

My husband was shocked how quickly I got in and out of there. Its all because the staff know where everything is and always ask if you need help as soon as you walk in.

Everyone is helpful, friendly...always perfectly clean and ordered.

This is a huge store with everything you could want. The staff is nice and happy to help you find whatever youre searching for. They were actually out of the 100 point perk I was looking for, so the lady made me a sample. It was so nice!

My mom went to the Reston town center location around 520pm this evening and asked for the opinion of one of the sales ladies who said that doesnt look good on old ladies. I kid you not. She was so offended by this employee that our family will never return. Hope someone addresses this for the sake of other customers.

Reston Sephora has a bigger selection than Sephora at Dulles Town Center Mall. Staffs are nice and helpful as expected. Came put $91.67 poorer haha

To be honest I’d rather shop at fair oaks than here. Nothing but vultures.

Love the selection packed into a smaller store but last few times theres been minimal staff. With the Rihanna promotion I would have expected more than 2 makeup consultants in addition to the 2 working the register and floor.

My experience at Sephora was truly amazing. I have no complaints tbh. Rebecca was so professional and we made a lot of conversations! Meanwhile she was doing my makeup she explained every single step! That’s the part I love. It’s like a mini class lol. I learned so much from her. My face was so flawless. No faults at all! Now tell me she ain’t a perfectionist? Surely will be visiting there again for a makeover! Thanks again Rebecca, you’re gonna reach far with your skills!

Eclectic assortment of fragrances. Only a few Chanels, Guerlains and Hermes. On the plus side, they stock some niche brands like Atelier Cologne.

I love the products and I always love going to most sephoras. Would be higher except for the fact whenever I got to this location even with a bunch of staff theyre all more concerned socalizings with each other than the custoners. I feel awkward and nervous interrupting them because they dont seem to be bothered to want to help. I needed help with matching my foundation and had questions about other products and she made me feel so rushed. She obviously couldnt wait to get back to her conversation with her co workers.....I guess Ill just take the trip to fair oaks were they actually give a damn about helping their customers and greet us. I stood around for 10 minutes. Watched others being asked if they need help while I was completely ignored...when I finally stopped someone who had just asked another guest if they were doing alright and needed help finding anything...she made me feel like I was bothering her.....So much for convience ..... Maybe they want this store to be one of many to close down in town center because they dont care to have returning custonersThe lady with the blue hair was super sweet at the cash register though!!!

I like Sephora. The only problem for this location is that it closes too early on weekdays.

Products are great but very unfortunate every time I call to do a make up session they NEVER have availability. Already called at least four times in past three weeks.

Such awesome customer service at Reston Sephora.

Had my worst retail experience here. I had an exchange and was wondering around trying to find something else (plus spend MORE then what I d originally purchased). I was ignored for the most part and then a SA approached me after I dropped off products I wanted along with my bag at her counter. All was well until she made a comment on her head- set to the other SAs that I was a shoplifter and she was with me.. . At first I didnt realize what had happened. I didnt know what to say . I completed my transaction and asked to speak to the manager. I let her know what was clearly said and was told you were taking too long . No apology. I called the VIB # and was awarded 200 points for my humiliation...BEWARE DONT TAKE TOO LONG LOOKING AROUND THEIR MASSIVE STORE!

Nice, a little crazy today

Terrible customer service. I desperately needed to track down receipt for a gift Id given just 2 weeks ago & they sent me in circles and ultimately gave me nothing. I find it hard to believe their register system is actually incapable of finding this order to print a receipt for me.

Jackie is rude, incompetent and should not work at a Sephora. Doesnt know corporates return policy.

A bit pricey but overall solid.
