Very helpful staff. Needed a new phone mine was broken, they took care of it for me. I like the service, we have a family plan and were satisfied with our payment amount and service. It just sucks that theres not one in East Boston, I have to deal with a third party when paying my bill if Im not using my debit or credit card, Sometimes I need to use the cash on me. Otherwise no complaints.
