I got one of those survey text from T-Mobile the question was: We listen to our customers, so tell us, what do you want us to know about your visit? and I said: get your info about plan prices accurately so theres not second guessing as to much it will cost I was excited about the price then Sad because he did the calculations wrong for the monthly plan phone prices. While in the revere store in the rmv plaza; or any store doesn’t matter, if it’s a cell store or whatever; customer family store shouldn’t be playing loud obscene music, Its distracting unprofessional and annoying. Especially during this pandemic where we are all tired and stressful I was there around 6-7pm, it should be a relaxing environment. Its enough anxiety just going to the cellphone store. Please look in to this, I had the worst headache and not only that but as a customer point of view it was really loud at one point one of the guys turned up the volume; because of the loud music it was disruptive to my experience there. Other than that the guy who was helping me was very helpful and attentive and informative, my complaint is about the loud disruptive music and the wrongful info about the plan prices. Yeah I know people make mistakes but you should be knowledgeable enough to get it right the fist time. I’m happy that I switched from boost to T-Mobile and the price I’m going to pay however I would of enjoyed the experience and walk in more if it wasn’t for those those issues. People, workers should be sensitive and sympathetic to what’s going on and help soothe the process and experience from waiting to leave the store not acting or trying to be in a club scene. There a time and place for everything. I really hope this doesn’t happen again or to anyone.

I was interested to get iphone 12 this morning from Tmobile Revere, and Im already a customer for years with Tmobile, once I get in the store they took my phone number and my name until I get my turn, I was waiting longer until I get inside again Im wondering if they are still people before me, I saw only few people .. they told me after the system is down and they called me twice .. didn’t receive any call, I changed my mind and I left .. the lady and the customer service is terrible, Im not going back again there !

Received clear explanation, but, the decision was not fair as far as my complaint was concerned. It was unfair to pay $ 3.30 extra on my monthly fixed pay of $50. I used whatsup.

The customer service in this location is terrible with all power to the word terrible, I walked in 4 57 pm 3 people in the shop and I was told I need to wait OUTSIDE and there is a line they took my name and waited till 6 pm 2 couples walked in and they were being helped after me while I was waiting still. Terrible
Nelson was extremely helpful and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He also helped with the purchase of 2 smart watches and was very clear with the pricing and billing.
Went in for the free T-Mobile Tuesday gift and left with 4 free tablets, plus the free small carry bag. I have the need to mention the excellent customer service that we received. the two representatives that were assisting us were/are very professional. courteous, respectful, and extremely patient with us. I give this T-Mobile 5 stars. by the way their names are Alex and Daniel. if you go here you will be well helped by these two reps.

Nobody smiles in this store. Zavier has an aggressive tone when helping people. I love Tmobile but I would like to come to the store and at least people working here can help people cordially. And that clients feels like wanting to buy. The store manager was exactly the same.

I was resident of Chelsea for 5 years, but conducted my business with T Mobile at this specific place. I just moved North Massachusetts, but I come back here, when possible. Anyway, I can do my business professionally and curtuously with good people here, and visit Revere beach...

Very unresponsible employees! Because of, the employee didn’t update my pin code, someone else stole my number. Manager didn’t even listen to me, she was very rude, she told me they can’t help me, even though they knew exactly that my number has been stolen.

Bin with tmobile all my life. That said dont ever go in to upgrade a phone while trading in the one you currently have. Its a RIP OFF. Just finished paying my wifes galaxy s7. About $300 to pay off, fine no problem. When I went in today to get her an s8 or the note 9, well her phone is only worth $57. Yup no typo $57. I laughed.... I know this isnt just tmobile that does this, but one star is all they get from me for slapping me in the face so hard.

I have been a customer for more then a decade. They removed all english signs and and promotions and certain phones were not available in english. I asked if there was an enish print out or English version and i was treated with no level of respect. The sales rep then did not provide me with help. I called customer service to complain and customer service said that they agree and the signs should be in english too. I will terminate with tmobile and most likly find a provider that does not delete english from its stores.
