Hi, As operator all stores have to close at the time is supposed to and here said at 9 o’clock and a skinny “Girl” was working today Saturday September 28,and she was in a hurry with the costumers saying that they close in 10 mins when the time was 8:30 pm.The door and the web site saying at 9:00pm you guy can change if close more earlier.ThanksLuis

Really bad customer service. Ths 2 girls were so rude. They were talking about me in spanish not realizing that i understand them. I asked for the manager and the woman did not want to tell me. I will never go back. Retrain your employees! You are gonna lose business because of them.

Awful customer service, they close at 6:00PM, and my family and I showed up at 5:30 to the employees giving us atittude that they were closed. So i said, the sign says 6pm, to which they replied, yes but we need time to clean up to leave. I told them next time to update their sign to read 5:30pm, not 6pm. They act like theyre not gonna just milk the next 30mins and get paid for it anyways. Awful customer service rep.
