Legitely the worst place I have ever dealt with, I was told my things would be delivered on Friday between 2-6pm and when I saw it was 5:30pm and still nothing I was worried so I called to get an update and was told paperwork wasn’t signed so no delivery was going to be made but yet when I had called at 2pm I was told my stuff was on the truck and ready to go, then I was rescheduled to today Saturday and was told to call at 10 am to get it done first thing in the Morning so I did and was told 12:30-1:30 ok fine so I waited, saw it was 1:30 and still nothing.Ok so now I’m upset and when I called I was received with major attitude because of course by now I’m upset and they feel I am acting irrationally, but when asked to speak with the manager Solomon I was told he was doing something and would call back when clearly he was who had messed up the paperwork initially and the delivery. And guess what still no furniture so I had to drive to this place and cancel my order and get my money back because if this is the service I will receive for paying over a grand for furniture heck no I’m outI have dealt with rent a center before and had a horrible experience and was hoping for a way better one but I guess people don’t know how to do their job anymore
I gave them my card number to help a friend pqy for their payment. My friend did not pay their payment on time the next month so they charged my card without my permission.Ive filed a claim for fraud already. Ive alerted my bank as well. Taking this to corporate next
Service was great until they got my first payment. Then I was told only need the hoses for washer not the hose for gas line for dryer we t got it. Delivery guy was great. Called next day dryer doesnt work wont get hot they had me waiting around 2 hrs to swap out no show no call. I call them at 5:45 and no answer continued to call until 6pm they are closed so now I have to wait until Monday. Very bad customer service
I seen a couch I wanted that was a sectional them boys delivered it and my husband didnt realize the size. I had to call store talk to Edd and ask if I could to return it because it is so big I cant get into the living room and that i am pretty i am missing one of my kids in there. But it was not even a problem. I appreciate my storehave had no trouble getting the information or the things I need for my House .... Adrian helped me last time and he was calm, content and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. He took his time with me and I give him 10 stars and the store 5Only because his customer service is phenomenal
I have always been treated with respect. The furniture and appliances I have purchased from this store have always been excellent quality. I have been doing business with this store for 6 + years. Great staff. Solomon, the manager is wonderful to work with when Ive had a concern or problem.
Cant stand this location. Leased a bed, brand new and it squeaks after 1 week of having it. 300 for that pos, and I still needed to buy a pillow top for one of their top of the line beds, yea, no thanks. Returned it and Im happy we did. I am more than satisfied with my bamboo bed. Make the INVESTMENT people this is your body.I hate waking up with aches and Im sure yall do too.
DO NOT RENT!!! RENT A CENTERS offers products at 3 to 4 times the retail cost. Do not waste your money! Save, Save, Save! I made this mistake. I paid $1700 for an outdated 55 Toshiba. I returned the product after I purhased a 55 LG Curved Smart TV for $800. When we returned the TV the staff became rude! One staff member even had the audacity to say We needed them! I laughed! SHANE AND ED are a joke!

Got couches from them and we paid them of before time never had aaproblem with them got a TV not even 4 months ago and it started showing lines on the screen I asked to service it they cent the same guy we bout the stuff from and just turned it on and said its cracked we cant do nothing so now that its been sitting for about 3 weeks it works again but with lines this is not something we broke its a defect on the TV and they wont change it so I told them to come get there stuff we pay insurance for what nothing and sending someone to look at it aint servicing it they need to examing it because they are wrong now we stuck with a TV with lines like really I look this TV brand up and size and some have said that its a thermal heat that happens on the inside of the TV and thats not our fault now is it
This place will never get above a two 🌟🌟 because they add something else to your account and dont explain exactly what it is. Plus they dont seem very customer oriented or friendly

This is the worst place to go in the world. I get the run around more then once take the bus all the way down there just for them to tell me I cant have my money back. Tell me I dont have to be at my job for that long fill out the application to find out I do. I will never go to rent a center or any place affiliated with them ever again.
