The thing with Home Depot that I have always taken issue with is the fact they have very few cashiers if any. This has always been the case even before the pandemic. Ive always believed that the main goal of any business is to get the money, not Home Depot. They have 6 self checkout stands and 3 are always broken. This of course causes a huge line. Then of course you have people who dont understand how to use self checkout and Im not mad at them because they have no training to be a cashier. So then you go to the cashier line because it looks like there are only a few people ahead of you. Ha! Thats how they get you because the line has been pushed back to the lumber Isle and you didnt see them because of course there isnt a line near the cash register. Then the less than friendly lady running said cash register tells you in the rudest tone ever that the line is back there. This review isnt just about this particular home depot, its all of them. Bad management, bad corporate control and an overall bad experience. They have people moving stuff around all day yet no cashier to take the money and three broken self checkout stands. Do better home depot.

Ive been shopping there for a few years for me its basic things for me I always found my necessities for home and gardening. But for major use it is paradise for people that do home gardening and construction. Tufftony65 says your WELCOME!!!

I have always loved the smell of lumber and sawdust, however I didnt get that smell when I walked through this store. The sales ladies (there were more than 5...whoooowhooooo!) were great. They were very familiar with the store, its prices, and all things hardware! Bubble wrap (12x50) and packing tape $25. Not bad at all!

My typical place good customer service at the register not in the aisle no good customer service and they have only at the register and watch your vehicle our workers must watch their vehicle parking lot is not safe but home Depot is the place for all home material I give them that much not all of the home depots now only the bigger ones not the little ones

They need more help at the aisles, they people waiting for too long.I was waiting at electrical for about one hour for help, after asking for help to customer service and some other employees, everybody was calling with radios but nobody was coming to help, waiting for about one hour and that is not acceptable!It takes too long to get help to load materials to your vehicle, it takes good 30 minutes for somebody to bring a forklift to help you load your materials.

Would Recommend people to just go to the Fontana Location for piping, Everything else this location is pretty strong for, but Ive personally found their plumbing section to be a mess.

Helpful employees. Found what I needed plus more. Got a big container of Mr Clean multisurface cleaner for less than $3. I love deals like that.

I think everyone knows what to expect when they go to home depot. But this may help you make your life easier. Im fairly handy. I usually know what Im looking for, I almost always know what its called. What I NEVER know is where it is in the store. If you go to their website and search for the part you need, it will text you the aisle and bay its supposed to be in. Mine happened to be on the end cap which is noted as EC1 or EC2.

I had a horrible experience with yvonne. She is supposed to be a ASSISTANT Manager. While my mother was being assisted, yvonne walked up and interrupted to tell a employee about tasks she wanted her to do. This is not the first time yvonne has miss treated my mother, last experience she dropped wood dust in her face and didnt apologized. My mother ended up choking. I feel as tho she targets her because she is black. Customer should be allowed to have a uninterrupted experience, unless a manager is required. I cant believe yvonne is a ASSISTANT managerArent managers supposed improve the experience? What reason is there ever to be that disrespectful to customers. I purchased a stove and to walk into seeing how my mom was treated. Now i will purchase my remaining home upgrades somewhere else.

The young lady was by my side, helping me find exactly what I wanted. But I would have to say that they need golf carts for the elderly. When you have to get from one end of the warehouse to the other, it makes for a long day.

Unfortunately I cant give a great review do to the fact that the service has been going down electronic cashiers down you cant pay with cash inexperienced attendants long lines I understand not having items in stock but you went self checkout but it isnt workingI love Home Depot but I think you can fix this easues 🤔

Good place to shop. Everyone follows the cdc (covid) guidelines. They carry the essentials here so if anyone is having trouble getting their hands on some, try Home Depot.

It is really remarkable how the company can rake in a lot of money but they only have one employee that knows how to cut wire. You are out of luck if you are in a time crunch because you have to wait until that person takes his lunch (trust me its more than 30 min!) the manager was never to be found too. The customer service desk was helpless and could not do anything to help the situation. If you have all the time in the world to wait around this store if for you!Only reason there is 3 stars is because there is an employee in the PVC/plumbing area that is SUPER helpful and very knowledgeable. He will always have a swarm of people asking him all sorts of questions (very popular) but he will help you out ! wish I would have gotten is name to shout out to him here but he is an older Hispanic gentlemen. will update when I go back and catch his name!

It was fairly nice.The clerk Alisha was very helpful and polite and out of her way to assist me with my choosing my choice of canpopy bed very polite it was a unique experience.

I love home depot, sometimes I just go in to browse and get ideas for home projects. My only complaint would be that most employees dont know much about the products sold there, only where they are located. I thank my lucky stars for being mechanical.

I like the store but it seems to me that they dont train the employees anymore, some employees are not knowledgeable at all.

I didnt hate the place.I became dissatisfy when the clerk who was helping my friend out with molding for her floor,when his lead person stopped him while helping us to direct him to another person.Roy was very helpful, he continued to help us,I even told him thank you for being so polite and not trying to rush through helping us pick out the molding.Funny thing my friend had purchase 1,400.00 worth of flooring 2 weeks prior . So see she wasnt just looking, she needed help with matching the molding for her floor.She still spend and additional 400.00 dollars on Friday .

I had to ask several people for a small piece of wood, until this helpful lady came around.Unfortunately, didnt get her name.I discovered what I wanted by myself!

Is a nice store to go, and buy things for houses work also business.

Very difficult to navigate early in the morning with the stockers who are taking the whole isle. I know theyre working so I go around the isle only to be blocked by another employee whos chitchatting with her coworker. Finally getting to the area I need to be in only to find out that they are out of almost every leaf blower in the store and I didnt feel like paying $400 for one. But I was told that everything I supposedly need is also available online! See, us men just like shopping for the hell of it and and like to wait for our tools to be mailed to our home!

Very poor service, I I wanted to buy landscaping machine, the guy sent me to costumer service, and they send me to the cashier, the line was very long. Poor management....

Tool I was looking for out of stock. That wasn’t a problem, it happens. But every store attendant I asked was incompetent, they hardly helped. And at least two people I asked seemed to be in a bad mood when I asked for help. Every attendant was busy talking to there coworkers and acted like I was interrupting.

This is a wonderful place to shop when in need of any type of project. I come here all the time for up grades or fixer ups. The service here is helpful and friendly, I would deffinetly recommend this store to friends and family.

Asked for help with cement bag purchase, how many bags to fill a foot deep by foot n half in square .... the guy working there said 3 bags ... I purchased 4 just in case .... well I needed 7 bags !! They hire people that don’t know squat!

We went in to buy a couple of things .then we seen a BBQ grill and my husband said I want it..so we had it load up on a cart .but my husband was looking inside of it to make sure it had all the pieces. We have never bought a BBQ grill before so we didnt know much ...so then Ashley from garden came over because we looked so confused and ask if we need help .and of course we did..an omg was she the best she helped us on making sure everything was there and she gave us a tip or 2 about BBQ. Over all she took her time to help us .Thank you Ashley from garden

Home depot is home depot . It not my favorite store, but it is great if you can fix things and make things. I just go with my sister or husband. Sometimes I buy cleaning stuff. Im not handy so I just tag along. But they have so much stuff. 👍

This is the worst store in socal. Many products are always oit of stock and lines are often very long. App says items are in stock and employees show it is in stock but there is none to be found.

They wouldnt stop announcing for customers to leave.Dont ask for last minute help.They literally came last minute to half way send me off looking for my own items.Friendly not focused but to leave cashiers

This place is ok, if youre trying to find help you Better have a lot of patience because trying to find people who actually work in the department your in can be difficult. Then having to deal with the Sig-alert that always seems to be at check out is what drives me crazy.
