If I could put a minus ➖ I would they are horrible! Here is what there doing. If your doctor sends in a prescription for a 30 day of pills and they fill it that day but you dont pick it up that day and say you pick it up three days later the next time your Doc sends in the next 30 day script now they hold it for three more days cause you were (late by their rules). I called my Doc and my insurance company and they both told me they should not be holding my meds for those three Extra days! I am so done with Walmart Pharmacy! Just to be clear it has nothing to do with the employees they have been nice and say they are just following the rules! Well guess what there protocols are wrong! Also there ratings online are horrible!

Techs having personal conversations with what I can assume to be a customer keeping everyone waiting. Additionally I have been trying to fill a prescription with no success due to some clerical issues that could have been solved with a quick call. Instead a letter had to be brought so the letter was brought only to be told they cannot fill it. Frustrating to no end never coming back here again.

This Walmart Pharmacy at Riverside ave, Rialto is truly the best. I really thankful dispite the short amount of time they make things done and able to provide my medicine.Ive been checking all afternoon and talked to Venessa to see if my prescription already being send to this place to no avail. Finally got the confirmation 35 mins before they close and I run here right away to see such a line forming in front of the pick up window. Feeling so hopeless I just stay in line and finally being called by Jonathan and found out my medicine is not ready yet. He talked to Diana, the pharmacist in charged and she willingly prepare my prescription right away. I never leave any review for any pharmacy before, but staying in line and watching how they work so tirelessly try to help all customers before they close touch my heart.Please know that what you did matter. I really appreciate it. You guys are awesome!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Cant find prescriptions...When I make a phone call I get put on hold for 20 minutes and they forget im on the line and have to call back..Doctor sent out 2 requests..and still cant find prescription

Just moved to the area and I would go to a different pharmacy who accepts my insurance but unfortunately Im stuck with this one for now. The customer service is horrible! Theyre busy playing around instead of helping out the customers. Do all that on your free time.
