We had Oscar and his team renovate our kitchen. Can I tell you that they brought the vision of my wife and I to life! If you look at the before and after pictures, you can see how extraordinary work they did. My wife brought them samples and pieces of what she wanted the kitchen to look like and they were able to piece it all together. During construction, we remained on location but his team maintained an organized mess as possible. This process took about a month and half as we found we wanted MORE projects to be done. We had Rialto flooring team paint our entire house, remove our previous flooring (tile), add lighting and re-do a hallway closet. Needless to say, we were ABSOLUTELY pleased with all their work.I would highly recommend this team for ANY house project. And if there is something you want and they may not have, they will find you an exact alternative.

Amazing customer service!!! Very friendly and family oriented team all around! Amazing work from the whole crew from beginning to end. We started with just kitchen and 1 bath and turned into the entire house remodel. We’re more than happy with the end result!! The work speaks for itself in the quality and detail they put into it. Hired Rialto flooring who not only do floors but are also contractors. They put in a new bathroom and closets. Their crew was great. Friendly and cleaned up after every step. From Victor who first came out and gave us great ideas for the design. Beto was knowledgeable about every aspect of construction with a great eye for design. Oscar made sure everything ran smoothly on time and budget. I love my new bathroom.

Love this place. Great selection to choose from. I actually went there cause I bought material elsewhere that was discontinued. I was a few boxes short. Oscar helped me find a match and showed me how to interlock the new floor to my existing floor. Now I can complete my flooring and not have to start all over with new material. Thanks

Highly recommend this place to everyone. Oscar the owner was great and he went the extra mile to get me the best price around town. The delivery fee was minimal compare to Floor & Decor that wanted to charge me $160 for delivery. Great experience would definitely go back again.

Oscar and his crew are as good as it gets in the construction business! I contacted Oscar to do a roofing repair job for a leaking room extension in my house that acts as a patio for the second floor, and Oscar provided the best prices anywhere. After he came over to the house and looked at the work that would need to be done he already had a good idea of what would need to be done and laid out exactly what would need to be done. Oscar is very knowledgeable in the field.When the job was all done everything looked great and professional! We did still encounter some small leaks after the fact and I notified Oscar. Within a week he was back at the house and making the necessary repairs at no additional cost.This is a trustworthy construction crew that offers great prices and backs up their work (hard to find such a combo nowadays). When it comes to other repairs to my house I will definitely be using Oscar again!

I came into the Store, on May 5,2019.I was looking for a match, for a broken floor tile. The guys went over and beyond to help us! The guys found a 20x20 tile, very similar to ours and gave us the tile free of charge. I was floored!!! Oscar said, he wanted too bless us.. You dont find, this kind of customer service, these days. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect and customer service, I can honestly say I had been to another flooring location, waited over an hour to be assisted, and was met with a very unprofessional level of customer service. I bought a house recently and wanted to replace the carpet with laminate flooring. i grew up in rialto and wanted to find a flooring store from there and boom! my wife found Rialto Flooring, easy! the name says it all. every kind of flooring u can think of and more. the owner Oscar even builds houses (but this is a flooring purchase experience review). my wife and i walked in and right off the bat Oscar makes us feel very welcome. super friendly guy with a great deal of flooring knowledge. after showing us his inventory we chose what we wanted and discussed everything wed need to install the flooring ourselves. the entire buying experience was easy. price was fair including delivery charge. we paid for it and the very next day Oscar picked up our materials and we picked it up from the store. Oscar was very helpful and made us feel like he really cared about our project. he even got us a refund for the extra flooring we had left over. the only reason this review isnt a 5 star is because of the extra material we bought so we had to deal with going back. all you have to do is make sure your measurements are good. other than that, great experience!! cuddos to Oscar and his team!
