Worst experience I had with a storage unit not having anyone to help you when Im already doing it all alone. Loading the truck unloading it with all my 3 bedroom furniture, clothing, any thing that I had and then have to push my king bed on a dolly which was so heavy and far. Im already struggling with moving and now I have to deal with all my things in this storage that I cant even access too and now Im paying for a 3rd day so I can keep my things in the uhaul, the time, patience and money Ive wasted. And all Ill probably get is a sorry it wont happen again.

Jenna was absolutely fabulous!! So helpful, informative, and relatable. I actually came here after leaving a competitor’s location & after connecting with Jenna and looking at the cleanliness of the property, I said, sign me up today lol. Jenna is great, super professional, & goes above and beyond for the customer. This is the type of place I would like to keep my items stored. Thank you for the experience!!

First representative was awesome. Very nice and easy to work with. Made you feel wanted as a customer. Very comforting. Didnt have what I reserved so she upgraded me at no extra cost. So cool. Unfortunately, I dont remember her name but she was in the office on 03/07. Thank you.

Very happy with this facility. Only used for two months. However, easy in and out, always clean, safe and well-lit. Want to especially thank Danielle, the manager. Cube is reasonable price at this facility in Rialto the night time employee that stays over is pretty grouchy when it hits 10:00 p.m. they lock the gate and if you cant get a hold of them youre locked in thats a downfall for me they should at least give you a grace period other than that I have not had any issues my storage unit.

Not Happy with my experience. Scheduled an appointment for a 10*20 unit. Online showed me they had 1 left. Called to confirm a time to view the unit and pay for the unit. Marian informed me they had two separate 10*10 units they would give me for the same price. I expressed to Marian I needed a 10*20. She informed me they have a 10*20 unit but she said they will not rent it to me at that price. I asked your site would and she simply replied I understand your frustration but the unit you reserved is gonna be more. Now if I’m understanding what’s going on here, its a sales tactic to rent out there 10*10 units. That’s fine, but don’t waste my time or others time promising them a unit at a price you have fasley displayed. Only to get customers at your location and charge them more. Marian being the Manager found it hard to understand that. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Street tax, storage price, Insurance price. Goes up every 2-3 months Office closes early everyday. To high for me. I moved and went to Uhaul storage better prices.

After price checking a few places around town I decided to check out cube smart. Not only did they have the best price, but the service was fantastic. Lino made sure to put me in the perfect unit that fit my needs.5 stars!

Leno & Teresa have been great managers. They helped me what locks to use instead of the old locks I brought with me when I was moving in. They keep the place clean. They were kool and never sweat me when I was late on the payment. Nice conversations about family & travel.

Good experience all around. I booked a unit online and when I went in to get everything started I was shown the unit that I had booked to make sure it was big enough. Im so happy they did that because it wasnt as big as I needed. They helped me out with a size bigger that would fit my needs and gave me a great price and it even included the lock and key for it!

This is a great storage facility because it is clean, safe, and very secure. The staff are very friendly and will help you find the right size storage for your belongings. The price is also very reasonable.

People were professional and courteous but the storage cube was not clean. I would suggest that before cube is shown that it is up to standards as advertised.

This is my first time occupying a storage unit and Lino was absolutely helpful from start to finish. I called for an inquiry on there prices, unit sizes and he gave great advice and discount on a larger unit that would better store all of our belongings. Lino explained the operations of their storage facility and was accomodating in giving me a ride on his cart to the see vacant units. I moved to Texas 5 years ago and got a unit at this facility. I still have my unit and the general manager Lino Navarro has been so nice & amazing. The ladies MaryAnn Luviano & Teresa Monterrosa are so nice when they give me a call when my unit is due. They have all been great, I have no complaints about them. The facility is clean and safe. I live many miles away and when I go to California and stop at the storage unit, never have a problem nor anything is missing.
