Location has clean outdoor seating. The servers were kind, prompt, and professional. There were numerous customers order quickly and enjoying a treat outside as well s getting food to go which made me think this is a popular spot for regular visits. I would come here with my kids again after spending time at the park.

Can’t make blizzards. In a standard blizzard they put so much chocolate syrup in it, it’s not eatable. It legitimately tastes likely a cup of chocolate syrup.

Fun vibe, to have everybody outside hanging out eating ice cream. Servers are fast and happy which makes the experience even more fun. There is usually parking if you just keep going in that parking lot which is nice as well. I got a blizzard with cookie dough which was delicious, and my son has a soft serve cone of vanilla which he really enjoyed. Then we sat on the bench and just talked and ate ice cream.

What can I say. Mike and Vickie are the best. They will treat you right. Please bring back bbg.

Im never one to complain seeing as Ive worked in the food industry, but my last visit was extremely unsatisfactory both in terms of customer service as well as the food itself. A couple of days ago I ordered two blizzards (chocolate extreme and banana split) from this location, and they had zero chunks in them (the brownie, cookie dough, banana and pineapple chunks that should be present). They were essentially straight ice cream that costed $12 total. I nicely asked the workers to either add some more of the toppings or to remake them, explaining to them that every blizzard Ive ever ordered has come with significantly more toppings in it. They got really annoyed with me and tried to tell me that the chunks get blended in (?) and that they were in each blizzard. It was as if they didnt believe me. I even handed them the blizzards so that they could dig through to look for chunks (they found none, no surprise). Also, chunks dont just disappear when you blend a blizzard, theyd still be visible. They reluctantly remade my order but nothing was different. There were still next to no chunks in each blizzard. At this point it wasnt even worth asking them to remake it again. Very disappointed, and a wasted $12.

I stopped by to get a gift card for my manager who is leaving for another location. I was pleased to find out that you can put any amount on a gift card of your choosing. Also decided since I was there to get a wild berry pie blizzard, which ended up being even more pleasant than I expected it to be!

I went to Dairy Queen September 29 in the afternoon there was an old man that took my order and I ordered a banana split. And asked with No chocolate. And when he gave me the banana split I said “ I’m sorry but I asked with no chocolate”. And he got mad and through it away and started talking things about me in front of me with his coworker. And I didn’t even asked him to remake it I was just gonna take it like that and give it away because I’m allergic. I would not recommend people coming to this Dairy Queen.

Did not give me my change then argued with me stating she gave it back. It was exactly 2.55. I got the .55 not the 2.00 back. Then refused to give me the change. Got the order wrong and refused to give me the managers name or contact number and refused to give me her name. Was very rude.

Good service, very quick, but the parking is extremely limited on the east side of the building.

I had my first ever visit here on a warm September day. The staff was so nice, my hot dog was perfectly warm and the hot fudge sunday was a great treat. You can tell the people who own it care about the people who go there.

I really love this Dairy Queen because they care about you enjoying your treats more than if they can make a few extra bucks off you. I asked for a Pup Cup and they gave me a perfect amount of ice cream for the more than perfect price

The staff was super friendly and professional even during COVID. They were masks and gloves and wiped down the cover of the ice cream cake I was buying.

Very fast and friendly service, clean environment. No complaints here, just satisfaction.

Best DQ in the Twin Cities! How do I know that? Well, I dont. Im just assuming because its better than any other DQ Ive ever been to... in my life! Its a nice little Brazier (mostly ice cream and julius products, very limited food) with amazing service. The should rename it to Dairy King.

Its an older, tiny DQ, w/ just a few outdoor tables and a walk up window. Hard to go wrong w/ an ice cream from here in the summer.

I live by theMinnehaha Falls DQ always busy but not very courteous or fullsizes. I drive to get a better product in Richfield.For a long drive the DQ in Mora, MN is excellent as well. Verygood hamburgers.

Mr Hamburger is correct. Theres something about this Dairy Queen. Everything is always made perfectly, with ample toppings and no skimping on the good stuff. The best part are the employees. Always very courteous and quick.Go west to the Edina/Richfield location and the product is substandard. Go south to the Lyndale DQ for long waits, questionable cleanliness, and a stink eye from the employees. Too bad its not open year round.
