He took care of me better then I could have ever imagined.

The people are nice although I never received the mattress cover or the sheets I ordered. The mattress is nice but the box spring is the absolute worst and is ruining the mattress from the huge space between support boards. I wouldnt go there again because of the problems I had.

New Owners are even more customer-friendly than the former owners, and are super helpful. Great selection, and I got a super price on two really nice full-size memory foam mattresses. He even threw in a couple of extras. Jon had to order the mattresses and when it didnt look like they were going to arrive in time to support our need he contacted the supplier and got a special delivery. Very nice!

Mr. mattress was awesome! I got my king size mattress from him at a discounted price. Even someone at a chain mattress place said I wouldn’t find one in my price range of $600. I not only got one but it’s so comfortable! I’ve had it about 6 weeks. I gave 5 stars not only for the price. My mattress was delayed a week. It was coming from Texas and it’s during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only did he call to apologize but, he delivered it for me in his personal vehicle free! My delivery person fell through. So as fate would have it, it worked out. I had to dispose of my old one but, who cares. I put it on my sister’s car and took it to the landfill for $10. I highly recommend. The owner Jon was just great!

We had the BEST service! Jon is the owner now and he was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and let us take our time with choosing the right mattress. The price was great too. This is the only store I recommend to my friends/family.

I recently went to see Jon when my elderly parents needed a new mattress. Due to COVID, they didnt want to go out in public to shop. Jon was extremely helpful and found the perfect mattress based on my moms description of what she wanted and her limited budget. He could have easily recommended the more expensive one, but instead recommended what he thought was best and had it delivered within 2 days! My mom actually called me in tears in the next day because it was the first pain-free nights sleep she had a long time. I waited to write this review to see if her good reviews lasted, and they did! Going to Mister Mattress was great! Its locally owned and operated, Jon and Dawn, make you feel welcome and taken care of, and with no high pressure sales. Which I personally like, but because I cant stand pushy salespeople. Everything is quality, and American made, and at a fraction of the big box stores. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.

Pretty straight forward, just needed a decent mattress and didn’t want the Rolls Royce just yet. I found what I was looking for and compared to the competition in town I’d have to say the pricing was about the best I found. Ultimately, I enjoyed talking with the John the owner and getting to know him. I’d gladly recommend him and his wife to anyone I know looking for a mattress. So far, I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Very comfortable and very restful sleep.

I purchased some pillows and bamboo sheets from Mr. Mattress. The new owner, Jon, was very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy anything. He also used his extensive knowledge of my personal sleep patterns to help narrow down what pillow was right for me. He was spot on! Excellent Bed, Excellent Service! We just recently bought a split king/adjustable bed from Mister Mattress and we couldnt be happier! Jon, the owner, considered our sleep habits, body aches and pains, and other factors in helping us determine which mattress would be best for us. He didnt use pressure tactics or any other sales pitch to sell us a bed, but was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of beds and accessories (we also purchased bamboo sheets, a mattress protector, and a CBD pillow). All of their beds are quality but at better prices than all the big name stores. We had a pretty good bed before, but our new bed is beyond compare. We both have back and hip issues and being able to adjust the bed in an almost infinite number of positions is incredible! If youre in the market for a new bed, do yourself a favor and go see Dawn and Jon at Mister Mattress.

We went to Mister Mattress to buy a mattress for my sons bed.Jon was extremely knowledgeable about all the types of materials to use and whats best for different ages as well. The selection there is very impressive too. Our mattress was out of stock, but we ordered and it was delivered right to our house. My son is very happy with the mattress and so are we!

I was Dawn & Johns first customer back in July 2019 when I purchased a floor model memory foam mattress with an adjustable base, which I love by the way. I felt comfortable working with them. They were honest, fair in their pricing and very friendly.

This place has competitive pricing, a great selection, and (most importantly) an owner who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you go home with the bed of your dreams. Unlike most mattress stores, there are no pushy sales people and no judgement based on how much youre coming in to spend. I cannot sing high enough praises for the owner (Angela), and honestly the store itself. Ive never been mattress shopping before, and she made it painless and fun. This lass KNOWS HER MATTRESSES! We went to Mister Mattress in Richland after seeing the positive reviews on here and because we wanted to buy from a small, local business. We spoke with Angela, the owner, about a mattress we liked and she agreed to give us a mattress cover at no-charge if we made the mattress purchase. After making payment, we noticed Angela snuck in the mattress cover price to the invoice. After numerous phone calls and conversations with her and her employee, Angela has yet to refund us the mattress cover charge, even though she keeps telling us she is going to refund it. It also took three and half weeks to get our mattress, and that is only because we called numerous times asking for a status. Angela had informed us it was going to be one-week max for delivery. This a very unethical business; I highly recommend you stay away. Find another local business or go to a big mattress firm.

I was at this store on sept. 17th. The new owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The person listened carefully to my questions, sleep issues and.preferences. he then made 3 very good recommendations from the mattresses he stocks, which, by the way are U.S. made, conservatively priced and have good warranties. They are a local family, small busines. AND WHEN I ASKED WHETHER l would need a new box spring to go with the new mattress, he reviewed what I have, and said No, probably not. AT THE LOSS OF 1-200$ TO HIS SALE.Shop local, shop small biz, and shop US made!

They have a good selection of mattresses and furniture available. More than their showroom would lead on. Ive heard nothing but nertueal to bad things about this place. And I can conform they are true. Not horrible. But not great either. Not the friendliest staff but they get what you need I guess. Prices are okay. But when I went in the first time I was told I could get a queen bed for $299 which was awesome. Box spring and frame. When I went in the second time to pay for it they said at best I can get the bed for about $360. Which isnt horrible. But they didnt keep their word. I was told that hopefully the bed would be in Friday, day of my move in. It wasnt. Which wasnt a big deal, but the lady then said it will be in for sure that next Tuesday and guess what. Still isnt in. I was then told the bed will be in first thing tomorrow. We will see where that goes. Not the best place. But its okay if youre a little tight with money cause prices are pretty good. All in all I wouldnt shop here again.Update: so the bed still isnt in about 5 days after they said it would be, they explained that they are having issues with drivers getting sick and we are all hoping the bed will be in tomorrow afternoon. I have been offered a free mattress protector and free delivery which is definitely nice. I will consider going back but I dont recommend getting a bed if it isnt in stock. All in all Im glad they are doing what they can to make it right.
