I would rate this place a zero if possible. Ordered via website and when I got there they had no record of my order and were rude about the whole thing. Didn’t offer to refund me and said I’d have to wait 30 minutes because they don’t know where the order is and they’re busy.

Tried this bagel place while in the area and let’s just say I will not be trying it a second time. The bagel was ok but the cream cheese tasted sour like it was old so I did not eat it and when we went to try our ice coffees (hazelnut and vanilla) we had to spit it out immediately because it actually like tasted chemicals.When I called the place to inform them of this out if concern for myself and others they did not care at all.... just goes to show why the items came out tasting toxic... they don’t care

First of all, the staff are so nice and friendly. remember you after only a few times. The bagels, 2nd to none in the area, breakfast dishes also very good. been disappointed several times with the sandwiches and bakery items like the muffins & cookies. still our only source for bagels

The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars is the salmon cream cheese is good. This hard piece of bread is tough, flavorless and is supposed to be an everything bagel! Never going back.

Stay away, or at least check your order before you leave. Ordered 1 1 egg platter sunny side up, and 1 2 egg platter scrambled. Received 2 2 egg platters. Neither of which contained hash browns which are supposed to come with according to the menu. One of the sunny side eggs was basically water. My toast (slightly warm bread) was for some reason wrapped up and then put in my eggs. Literally into the watery sunny side up egg. At least the bacon was crispy...

Worst Bagel store everrrrrr. Do NOT go here. They screw up EVERY order. 30 people try to take your order, you give it to one of them, they write it down, and alwaysssss screw it up.Then while you wait for the completely incorrect order, 30 more of them want to take your order..... place sucks.

All the sandwiches we ordered were literally half full. VERY LITTLE bit of meat (ham in one sandwich and pastrami in the other) in the middle of the bread. Sandwiches were all bread. TERRIBLE! Will never order from this place again.

Every year, we treat our students to turkey shaped bagels on the half day before the break - they LOVE it and it has become a tradition - the shaped bagels are adorable! The staff is beyond nice. They also have these french toast bagels that are unreal! Rainbow bagels are always available in mini and regular size - the kids love them!On Christmas Day, they offer a basket of bagels, muffins, cookies, etc. that they deliver to your house in the early morning. It makes the morning so easy and yummy!Great staff and very clean also!

Love, love, love this place!! The bagels are always fresh and delicious; the coffee hot. What really makes Hot Bagels great, however, is the staff. They warmly welcome you, whether you are an adult, child or hungry teen. They get to know you by name, and pay attention to you as a person, as well as your orders. They are efficient and friendly. Hot Bagels is a community gathering spot as much as a place to grab and go.

Rude service. They charge a different amount for the same thing every time you go. They often get your order wrong, and if you say anything they get mad. Also, the owner of this place is not about our community. When PPE was in short supply, he was scalping masks until he was guilted into donating them.

Food quality isnt great. The prices arent bad but are higher than they should be for the quality of food. The wait isnt too long. Most of the workers are friendly and willing to to take your order quickly. There are much better options for quick food in the area.

Good food, but today I witnessed the police get called on a woman of color over a mini bagel and $1 difference. It was extremely uncomfortable for everyone in the store and was clearly a racial thing. I feel very sorry for the woman because she did nothing wrong and I will never come back because of what I saw happen. What a shame.

Quick Service, Very Friendly and Excellent Bagels

Staff is incredibly rude. Food is mediocre at best (even for a basic deli/bagel store) and I’m pretty sure I’m being over charged every time I go. Service has definitely declined (borderline offensive) as well as the food over the past couple of years. This location is so convenient it’s a shame the food/service is so bad. Don’t waste your time.

Was there at opening on a Sunday, reportedly a 5 am opening. Didnt open until 5:15, and was told the grill was not ready. Grabbed some bagels with cream cheese. Oh and a blueberry Danish. Bagels decent, Danish super.

I get coffee and bagels at RHB every day. Really like their service and crew. They have gotten to know me and sometimes even start getting my regular order ready when they see me walking in the door. Really like Ridgewood Hot Bagels!

Bunch of scam Latino artists assembled together .Dont believe anything they say too good to be true. Bagel was a horror .They freeze and reheat and serve. Be very mindful of cold cuts and all they think is they want the money of ridge wood folks. I wouldnt go back if they gave me for free . Frozen reheated bagel and the bald guy at the counter is a master crook.Everything that is the showcase is substandard . If you are a kings shopper or a stop and shop you will probably never visit their door.I am sick from their stale food

Not a fan of Ridgewood hot bagels since they were taken over. We used to order bagels for our office and looked back and we have been over charged several times. I went back and confronted them and was told its an honest mistake and they refunded the money in cash for that one time. Again my staff told me they noticed we were over charged. We will not be giving them any more business. They wont last much longer if they dont run their business with honesty.
