We get bagels from here every weekend and despite how busy they are, they’re always so friendly and kind. they have the BEST iced coffee flavors and their bagels are always fresh. love you guys !!

This is a classic NJ/NY-style bagel and deli shop. The foot is hot and well-cooked. They keep a tight ship and have a large amount of staff working so theyre able to get orders in and out swiftly. The food is itself delicious and they give you a great portion. Beyond that, as a working-class joe, their prices are in the exact right spot for someone like me: young, trying to pay rent and student loans, while still trying to get something good to eat. What you pay vs. what you get is a very, very fair trade here. Im a frequent flyer here and I plan to continue being one so long as I remain in the area. A great little deli located in a great spot with great people working there.

Ordered from them on DoorDash. I got an egg sandwich and wanted it on a roll. I guess they were out of rolls so they decided to put the sandwich in white bread (not even toasted) . The sandwich arrived soggy and basically wet from the condensation. I don’t understand why they couldn’t call and tell me they were out of rolls. I would have much rather gotten it on a bagel. Lazy people who don’t care. Wasted money on this place and I’ll never order from here again. A simple phone call would have avoided alll this.

The food was good but I question their cleanliness. The front of the store was filthy when I was there. You can see old liquid stains on the tables. The floors were dusty throughout. The showcases were also dusty and dirty. How clean can the back be if they cant keep a storefront clean. They should be cleaning those tables more often. Very disappointed for a store located in Ridgewood.

Wonderful little place! The good is excellent and their service is amazing. I had an issue with grubhub and they were beyond helpful despite my hangry tone!!! Cannot recommend enough.

I walk in, I say the usual, and my food is ready for me within minutes.The guys there are awesome! Super friendly and their bagel is so good.Ive been a returning customer and will always go there for my breakfast!

This place was very clean amazing service and delicious food. All around this was a great deli experience from warm breakfast to a nice salad it has it all. I would highly recommend it and enjoyed my food!

Standard fare with quality products and attentive service. This is one of my morning musts when visiting Ridgewood. Very convenient for the train.

So disappointed! I stopped going to this place a few months ago when they tried charging me $1.75 per plain mini bagel until I demanded to recalculate the cost which they did, but no apology given. I was near the place today and was craving an egg salad bagel, so stopped by again. Gave them a $20 bill (and that’s the only cash I had on me) and made sure to take a note of it thinking to myself how ridiculous it would be if they tried to overcharge me again.... guess what? I got shortchanged as the seller gave me change for $10. The lady behind him at the counter even managed to argue that she remembered how the $20 bill looked from previous customer, so it couldn’t possibly be mine. Argh!

I dont know why I even clicked one star, you deserved nothing. Ordered a breaded chicken with mozzarella and avacado and I got breaded chicken with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. To think that this place is in a wealthy town you will think that the food is good, should of went to subway and pay less and much better quality of food. My two coworkers got salads, they were disgusted by the quality of the salads and its not like we can go back and get our money back, we got it to go and we work in a different town. Thanks west side bagels and deli for a bad experience and ridiculous prices.
