If youre gonna get anything, try their strawberry thick shake. 10/10. Really nice lady at the counter too. Their ice-cream is worth the heart disease.

I went in for a THICK Mint Chocolate Chip Shake, all I got was Minty Milk with what tasted like warm whipped cream. What a disgrace!!! Time to Retrain. You really offer your customers Bigger Straws because if theres any sort of filling in the ice cream it cant get up the middle of the straw. SMH...

Its dangerous having a Carvel so close to my apartment. It is instant nostalgia when I go there. It tastes exactly the same as I remember. Now that Uber Eats delivers from there I dont even have to leave home.

This location on metropolitan Ave is awful. The memu has multiple items with bananas such as banana barge,, etc.. but I can never get because they dont ever keep bananas in stock. Ive already complained multiple times for at least a year and a half but management doesnt seem to care. Customers should not have to bring their own ingredients to enjoy an ice cream on a hot day.

Oh my goodness guess I wont be going there anymore, Ice Cream isnt what it used to be and to add insult to injury they charged me a fee for allowing me to use my debit card, are you kidding me...

Theyre good I just dont have that young gun sweet tooth like I used too when I was a kid...THIS MAKES EVERYONE SMILE.

Wednesday is Sundae.. Hot Fudge, Black Cherry, Caramel Sundaes are the bomb! Also love their Cones with Chocolate Sprinkles and a Thick Shake Float, plus they have the best crunchiest CRUNCHIES in their yummy cakes and on Flying Saucers! All yum!

Definitely a neighborhood gem. There arent many around now. Very nostalgic and always very tasty.

Cakes are a little expensive but the ice cream is great and this location has that ole timey charm.

Shakes are expensive and was as good as the last time.Kids size strawberry ice cream very expensive and the lady gave be 5 gummies. SMHAnd they were closing at 10pm

This is a very good carvel.I have been around Carvels, for all my life and have learned some skimp on the mixture and some are generous.You can tell by the texture. There is a thickness to the texture and a more robust flavor. This carvel is up there. Worth traveling to. They also have a very large assortment in their freezers. I can also get banana and pistachio flying saucers here

Great location, many varieties of cakes, cones, Ice Cream sandwiches. Everything looked so good.

Normally very good ice cream products at this location. Got two thick shakes today and noticed a slightly different taste. When the girl was making them, I noticed that she used milk from a gallon container that had very little remaining in it. Not quite sour but on the way. My fault for not bringing them back and saying something. We were in a hurry, so I didnt do anything. The girl making them was very pleasant.

Don’t bother. This used to be a great carvel. Recently we’ve had a few negative experiences which is a shame. The staff just doesn’t care. Bad attitudes. They always close early too so call ahead before attempting to make it before they are supposed to “close”.

Ice cream shop with lots of unusual flavors. The line forms outside and definitely worth the wait. They offer samples to every customer so its slow to serve. Price is reasonable. I want to go back and try all their flavors.

The best part about this place is the friendly service. The ice cream is just bad and the store could be cleaner. Pricey for what it is, Dairy Queen knockoff.

I ordered a strawberry shake and I told the lady she was making the wrong one, instead of giving the correct milkshake she just said “sorry” and gave an attitude and stated that I had said a chocolate shake. She then continued on making the wrong milkshake. I am just bothered because what if I was allergic to chocolate. So instead of arguing with her, I just paid for it and took the drink.

Havent met all the workers but theyve been pretty rude on the few times Ive gone in. Got sick from one of the small packaged ice creams in the freezer selection. Love Carvel but Ill look for another location.

Second time Ive gone with my daughter and the workers closed before the time stated. I called in advance and they stated 9pm close. Arrived at 8:40pm and they ignored our knock on the door eventhough they had few customers. Will not be returning

Its a hang out for the employee s friends.... Everytime I go in there their friends are in there and they cant do they job..... Friends should not be allowed to hang out at the or place.. its terrible...... The place is small already and with hem hanging out in there ..there is just no room...

Manager at the store was unwilling to customize a sundae dasher. I have been to this store before and the customization was possible. I dont know of any place of business that would not provide the service when possible. Could it not be possible to substitute health for almonds or peanuts? The manager took that adamant stance as manager and refused to even hear the customization request. I will not be returning to your store.

Very dissapointed. I Have been coming here for years and always loved the service, but unfortunately they are under new management and arent as customer friendly as they once were. My family and I went for ice cream sundaes and were turned away 20 minutes before closing. The store employee said they turn off their machines because they are closing soon. Really!? With 20 full minutes left for business you feel its ok to turn customers away!? As I was there explaning to my crying children why they couldnt have ice cream I witnessed them turn away 6 more customers. SIX!! I understand the machines/store have to be cleaned but isnt that supposed to be done after business hours!?? Safe to say we wont be back. We took our business to the Carvels on Myrtle Ave where the owner happily served my family with only 5 minutes left for business, in fact he even helped me back to my car with all my sundaes! Now that is customer service!

The young lady made me the best large black and white shake Ive ever had there.as if I got back there and made myself.i asked for Xtra ch syrup and she did it perfect and it was nice and thick. I tipped her nice because shes real good at her job.
