I bought such a delicious caramel apple from here! The apple was not too sour and the caramel was at a perfect sweetness. The one apple was put into such a cute little box as well!I also tried a peanut butter fudge which was super smooth, but very sweet.Also, when I used to work for SBU Student Engagement & Activities, Kilwins always pulled through for Smorgasbrook - and we are still all eternally grateful and talk about it post-grad life! So thank you!!!

Amazing chocolate shop, with so many varieties of items. The store looks very festive with all the holiday products and gift items.They make candies and various shoes and flavor. Also have an ice cream corner.Holiday and gift bags items are all made my Kilwins with 2 months of shelf life.Highly recommended if you are a chocolate lover!

Friendly service, lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. Kids liked blue moon and smores flavor. I had fudge brownie (loved the small pieces of brownie hidden in there) and hubby had coconut. We all enjoyed it!

Sorry I just was very upset and disappointed I’m very sensitive and I lose temper a lot I did not mean to hurt the business I will make sure to try the ice cream this was my first time but my friend had said you have the best local ice cream. I wish you the best! :) have a nice night!

The most amazing experience ever. Can’t say enough. Both Mary and Philip are the sweetest and were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t charge me a single cent. I got the same order for the following week and they did an absolutely amazing job. The BEST CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES EVER!!!! I highly recommend them and they have loyal customer for life ❤️❤️

Definitely one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had and I traveled the world sampling as much as I could. Probably should have gotten a small but the large will delay the disappointment of an empty cup!

Very creamy ice cream. Good choice of flavors and changing everyday. Super nice and helpful people working there. Right on the main drag in Ridgewood. A place to eat inside as well as outside on a beautiful summer day. I had the pralines and cream for the first time in a very long time. It was so good and one scoop was all that I could eat. They also have a nice assortment of candy besides their delicious ice cream. Its a destination spot for us and well worth it.

I don’t know who that lady was when I was picking my order up but the lady with the blonde hair was very disrespectful and made me felt very uncomfortable since I was the only African American person in there and she told me I had to wait outside while there was other people that weren’t black. Very unprofessional won’t be going back

This is the best place to cheat on your diet (go big or go home!). The hot chocolate here is RICH, the fudge is delectable, and the staff seems to really like what they do. If youre out to eat in Ridgewood and are indecisive about what dessert you want, Id say get the check and go to Kilwins to finish out the night. Just pace yourself - everything is really quite filling.

I love going here whenever Im in the area. I bring my daughters here for a treat at least once a month. All the ice cream is amazing and their phones are to die for. Parking can be a problem if its during a dinner or lunch time. Just be patient and maybe pay for parking if you can.

This was my second time getting a drink there and so dissapointed both times. My kids get the ice cream there (the ice creams are good) and I get a drink while Im with them. First time I ordered a cappuccino and the milk was spoiled. I had to go back and mention it to them so at least they dont serve the same milk to someone else. I wanted to give them another shot just to supportThe local businesses. So I went there again yesterday. We ordered an iced Kilwins hot chocolate and a mocha.First of all they didnt how to make it. It took so long because they had to read the instructions from a book. The mocha was made with an instant espresso pod and it was very watery the chocolate drink was also a watery, thin mixture of chocolate powder and water. Paying about $11 for two small watery drink we left, drank just couple of sips,leaving the drinks there and deciding not to go back again.

They passed out samples of TINY WAFFLE CONE BROKEN PIECES during the town street fair. Are they out of their minds? This is representative of their business? Incredibly stingy and short-sighted. Very indicative of the customer service in Ridgewood, NJ.

Im trying to lost weight.But when I visit here, I cant help eating the double! Good taste.I especially like pistachios. Also, when I came to the United States, I couldnt find much of the delicious sherbet, so Lemon Sorbet here really touched my heart. After eating, its fun to eat here, then to have a movie or coffee.
