I had a pleasant experience with Firestone. The gentleman was very polite. He showed me what was wrong before the work was done on my car which I appreciated. I was a walk-in and the wait was 45 minutes before my car was looked at. I may not be so lucky should I have another issue but hey, I would prefer the wait than a rushed diagnostic and job.
Roy was very professional and calm. His self confidence kept me calm as well. Hes good with the customers. He made sure I was ok while he made a territorial search for my runflat tire for my car. Thank you Roy for been so sufficient and concern about my auto car needs! 👍👍
This place is super awesome! Had flat tire on the way to work. They had it fixed within an hour!! They were so friendly clean professional and efficient. Highly recommend!!
I scheduled and appointment for 8am to get my brakes done about a week in advance, when I showed up the day of my appt I was met by a Charles, when we were discussing my appt and my brake issues he used a very condescending tone of voice with me and did not greet me or even ask how I was doing like he did the other customers that came in after me. He told me that my service would take and hr or so and when I asked as in to why he told me that, they were short a technician but when I called and scheduled the apt the week before none of that was ever mentioned to me on the phone. With the lack of customer service and misinformation I received I would not reccomend this shop, I took my money elsewhere since I clearly felt It wasnt needed there. Good customer really does go a long way, work on that and being honest with customers on the phone.
I made an appointment to get a simple oil change at 8am Thursday got confirmed then 10minutes later it was cancelled with no reason at all and no call. This happen to me before. I really try not to go out the way to union city Firestone because Riverdale is 5 minutes away. But why have the open slot available online and when I pick the time they want to cancel!!!!

I walk in and was greeted with open arms. I had two bald tires so I needed an alignment. I got good deal for touring tires 91.00$$$ each. They had me in right away and replaced my tires. I’m still waiting for my alignment.
They have the online service appointments, which I booked and an representative booked; who called me about a home service. Then I got a call back from the store saying the appointment is not available, but I can do an appointment for tomorrow. I asked why appointment is not available but was available to book online. She said we are still supposed to call the store to check availability first, even their online representative. So what is the point of the online booking service if it’s not accurate/ really able to be used.
My unbiased rundown!I’ve come to this Firestone on two occasions. My first experience wasn’t as great as the second. But the second return was definitely worth it!Service:I came to purchase two tires for my weekend trip (700 miles) and ended up paying $201 for both Firestone tires F710 60p16s including installation, rotation, balancing, etc. (The reason for the price is because I found an online price and the manager was willing to work with that!) The only downside is that I did stay at the location for ~3-4 hours.Functionality:So far, so great! I was down to 3/32nds (or something like that) on my front two and so those were replaced. My actual ride is so much smoother and my car looks great after my 700 mile trip, Ill post an update if needbe. I am very happy, very appreciative. I do recommend and I will be returning!Update! 09/03/18Tires are awesome after 1400 miles!
Reasonably priced, excellent customer service at front desk. Had a coupon for 3 services however they only took one coupon. They should had a notice stating one coupon per service visit. Also they dont discount for AAA or any other affiliate or partnership.
I returned my vehicle 8 months after a rear brake service. The brake pads was replaced and the warranty covered it, but the rubbing sound continued. It was the old hub on my 2011 vehicle. . It was removed and replaced. I want to thank Mr. Stewart and Rod the lead mechanic for their assistance, at the Riverdale, Ga location. (Jenkins)

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. This is the second time Ive come to this Firestone off hwy 85. The first time was horrible. I decided to give them a second chance by coming to get my oil change for my company vehicle. They had no idea how to charge enterprise for the oil change. The vehicle was there from Saturday to Sunday and they still couldnt figure it out. I had to call them myself at 1:30 to ask about the vehicle in which they asked me to pay for it myself. I will Never bring any of our company vehicles here.

Went to get my car service. Told me I needed two tires. I said fine. The tires they gave me looked used. I go into with the manager when I told him I didn’t want them. I wanted them off my car. He told me the tires just needed some tire shine. Smh. New tires need nothing on them.We got into it back and forth and this store manager called me ignorant. I rather be ignorant than a fool. HORRIBLE got brakes installed bout 3 weeks ago went in at 8 am left at 1 pm. Brakes are still sweaking. Call on yesterday spoke with management tels me bring it in to.irrow 12/16/2020 how bout it s almost 2 pm and I m still sitting here to damned slow hire more people. HORRIBLE
Booked an appointment online for 8am, confirmation changed the appointment to 12pm which was ok. Only for me to get to the place and the lady to tel me that i have to reschedule to another day because they are booked. Literally two cars in the garage being worked on and three openings. Don’t confirm appointments if you going to make someone reschedule when they get their.
Since the new manager took over this past year and Ive been going to this location for years now like at least 8 years. He told me that theyre not a complete auto location and cant do certain services on my vehicle. The last operation done was for my power steering and it took them a week to complete something that went from a day til a week it was horrible, he needs to be fired!!!!

This is a good repair shop. They were through with their inspection of my car and even drove it to check if the engine was sputtering like I thought it was. They have a knowledgeable staff of mechanics and great low prices on vehicle inspection. They waiting area was clean, with free coffee and a television to keep you entertained. Also the rest room was clean. My four star rating is because even with an appointment I still waited over two hours to have my vehicle inspected. I was surprised that appointments are honored but that does not mean you will necessarily be seen at that time. Overall its still a good place to get your car inspected or repaired.
Car was returned in the same condition as when Id dropped it off :( What an incon-venience and waste of my hard earned money. Vehicle need to sit there another day😖

Thiswas a HORRIBLE experience. I went for an oil change and because my brakes werent stopping without pumping them. I was told I needed a master cylinder. They ordered the wrong part and tried to lie and say it was defective until the mechanic told me the truth. Wasted my whole day, was rude with me, and now Ive had to leave driving with NO brakes and I am terrified!! This is insane and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
Poor service. I ordered a tire and prepaid for it and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived they did not have the tire ordered and no one contacted me beforehand. I wasted time and gas just to be told call back tomorrow. This will be my last time dealing with firestone. Prior experience not great at another location either. Buyer beware.
This is my second time coming to have my car serviced. 1st time I came for an oil change and the service was friendly and fairly quick. This trip I needed oil change and brakes so I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set for 11am. I arrived at 11am and was told by the attendant the wait time would be an hour. So I decided to walk to the plaza across the street to kill some time. After returning maybe 30min later my car was still in the parking space Id parked. 2hrs later my car was still parked. Other customers came in and cars were serviced prior to my car. After waiting 2 1/2hrs I decided to get my keys from a mechanic and leave! The manager made a commenteveryone expect to be done in 3mins! For me it was lack of communication! If you knew your team was behind why not advise your customers? Dont tell them one thing and not advise if something has changed!! I hate places like this....such a simple fix! COMMUNICATE!!!
Well !where to start? So Firestone apparently don’t do appt no more for oil changes. If you walk in, they tell you you can’t make an appt and it’s going to take a couple of hours to do. Ok, so I decided to leave car overnight : I left my car around 4:00pm and then came back at the end of next day and they still didn’t have this done! I had to wait an additional 1hr and 15mins for the car (5:45 pm check out) Like what kind of service is this!!!! I definitely will be going somewhere else! This is crazy ( I gave you a whole day and still had to wait ) To make it worst everyone that was waiting in the waiting room was irritated and complaining and asking how long? Smh... worst customer service yet deserve no stars !!!!

I was given a free oil change for a previous visit. But, I had just had brakes and a water pump replaced. During this visit, I was told that I needed to have my brake fluid flushed and the antifreeze changed. I told them that I just had the above mentioned work done and the reply was that they didnt have record of that. Well, of course you dont. Because, you dont service my car and wont again.
Ive been taking my vehicles to this location for quite some time. I will honestly say that this current staff as well as the past staff provides you with TOP NOTCH customer service. They are very professional and friendly. They will repair your vehicle and if they done anything wrong that will immediately correct it. The manager Emmanuel is very professional with everyone, the staff and this includes the mechanics technicians will go well beyond to make sure youre satisfied with their service.
They put cheap oil in my truck and charged me for premium... this is why I hate trying new auto shops and this is not the first time I had a bad experience at one of their locations... but I was in the area and it was Sunday so my options were limited... If I pay $65 for an oil change I should get what I paid for!!! Not even 2k miles and my dash is telling me to change my oil ASAP... it never said that and the last time I rode like 5k miles without an oil change and it still never said that on my dash!!!! These folks ripping people off and will not be going back to them or any of their locations ever!!!
These guys had me taken care of in a jiffy. Diagnostics and repair was done in less than 2 hours. 10 stars if I could, I will be visiting them again for future repairs.

They managed to fail to place the lug nuts on the vehicle had my mother driving around with one on her tire. then after that they change the breaks remove the break fluid and not put it back in... also left a bungee cord hanging from the axle... They called themselves compensating her by offering the amount she paid off the highest tires they had to sale in the system... a month later we just ended up getting a refund...
I have to so this location has really let me done. This is the 2nd time coming here and paying for a service and they not doing it. I had a 11am appointment to get my tires rotated and after waiting 2 hours I was told that I needed two new tires ( which was not true as I bought the tires new back in November I just needed them rotated) . After declining the offer I asked how much longer and maybe about 15 minutes after my car was ready. I paid the fee got in the car drove to my 1st location and noticed that my tires where not rotated and my fluids were not topped off. I made the call back to the location to inquire about the service not being done. I was told that they did do it and I could bring the car back and they will look at it.I walked into the shop and they go the keys and corrected the issue on the spot I was given my money back . I want to say it was the manger at the time he did apologize for the inconvenience and my time being wasted. I have to say this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location and it really makes me wonder if this has happened to me with just wanting my tired rotated what are they not doing for the other customers who may not know to check or question for service they have paid for. I have been coming here for years but after this I dont think I will be coming back again.

This location refused my service because I looked sick and when ask was I ok I said just a little dizzy I have diabetes. The day they called corporate and refused my service and told me to come back when Im feeling better. Ive had diabetes over 25 years. It wont go away by tomorrow. I felt embarrassed and humiliated.
Emmanuel and team literally saved Christmas for my family! After leaving NC for TX on 22 Dec, we had a major tire issue. I brought my Suburban to this facility to have the spare double checked. It was faulty, and Emmanuel worked hard to get me a tire that fit. I am incredible pleased, and we had a safe drive from Riverdale to TX. After returning from deployment and almost missing Christmas with the family, I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much.

Emmanuel Curry the store manager had a very poor attitude on how he handle my process. Im a very nice and respectful person. I cant believe a man his age has a position like this at an automotive service shop. He didnt smile one time. I smiled and kept being polite regardless of how rude he was. If you decide to do business here think twice. If you have no other choice then just be patient.
The manager there is awful. My son waited almost 4 hours and did not get service. The manager wanted to argue that my tires wasnt Firestone tires. I called another location and asked the young man to help them pull my car information up. The manager said Im not doing this and walked out.
I recently got my BMW X5 serviced at this location I was traveling and visiting the area my Husband did a tire check on my truck & noticed I needed some tires so we called fire stone to set up an appointment, after dropping the truck off. They immediately called about other issues that was wrong with my truck long story short I ended up spending 1900 on repairs for my truck just for the axle to be put on incorrectly so my ride home was horrible. I kept having to pull over to make sure the tire is still in pIace it felt like it was gonna come off at any moment I just thank God we made it home safe because this place set us up for death I had my 2 year old in the back seat traveling with me as well. I took my truck to the Fire Stone here in North Carolina & they discovered how bad of a job this location in Georgia did. Going forward we will NEVER do business with them again I have corporate on the line Im going all the way with this they put my small child & my life in DANGER!!!!!
Went for an oil change and wanted them to look at my car because I was having some shaking while breaking. I was told the rotors were bad and that I need them changed. I was told this was a $400 job. I just had the pads changed by firestone in sept. I was never informed that my rotors had a warranty. Went to another location and they took care of it and said they were still repairable. Felt like I was being scammed by the workers at this location.

This place is okay I went on a Tuesday morning and waited about an hour and 20 minutes or so to get an alignment on my wifes car. Cost about $96 with a one year warranty. The guy working the desk wasnt very friendly but thats okay its not like he was rude or anything. They had to techs working in the back. there were a few ladies waiting before me they must have been having something else done to their cars because I left before two of them... Nothing stood out hence the basic 3-star rating. Im always hesitant to get work done at places at took the car because it was pulling to the right and it is still pulling to the right I will drive it around a little bit to see if its the roads maybe get my front tires changed since I know its about time for those to get switched out theyre wearing down...
I been going to this firestone for 20 years all the good managers are gone I went to this firestone on 5-16-2020 to get my oil change worst service I ever had the place was nasty and the manager has no personality what so ever when they check my car in they put the wrong mileage on the paperwork they never gave me paperwork for Inspecting my car .I call and made a complaint and the gentleman said that Wallace the area manager will be calling me I haven’t received that call as of yet.I will not recommend anyone to com to this Firestone.
If I could give them a - star I would! I got my brakes and rotors done on 7/6/19 and on the next day my car breaks were making a noise and amongst them scrubbing. How could they scrub if I got rotors done? I called them back, but was told that their technician was not available and he was out of town. I requested to speak with the manager, but was informed that he was not available as well because he was not there? Sooooo whose running the shop? This service cost me $325.00. I was told my the 2nd in command that day to just take it to another shop. But unfortunately, they were all busy and wouldn’t be able to see my vehicle til the next day. Why is this acceptable? When you pay your hard working money especially $325.00 you are expecting the services will be fixed correctly the first time. Then when I went to Union City location they informed me that my brakes had grease all on the rotors and breaks. Therefore, they had to replace the brakes and rotors. I’ve had to post pone my obligations because of this location’s obligations to meet expectations! Which is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Definitely will not be using firestone anymore because this has scared me for life.

Would never do business her again. Brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment, got it back traction control light on. Notified them of the problem said that that doesnt have anything to do with the alignment. So, I took the vehicle back to get another alignment because vehicle was still pulling to one side. Ask them about the light again and a sales rep said yes youre right that light shouldnt be on. Didnt want to be bothered with them so after the 2nd alignment I took my car to Hyundai to get a diagnostic ran. I was notified within an hr that the sensor wasnt calibrated from the alignment. Lazy in my opinion. If you dont have the proper equipment to do the job then dont take the work!
About a month ago I replaced my alternator and belt. A week later it started squeaking when I started up my vehicle. Brought it back, a week later did the same thin. Both times Ive a half a day there waiting. Beside that the guy who worked on my car left grease on the seat, steering wheel and ignition. The squeaking came back, third time, Im back here again. Not happy at all. This time I had an appointment for. Well, arrived on time only to find out the guy doesnt come in til 9. Im furious at this point. I made an appointment with Bernard a couple of days ago for 8. This is my day off and I have to spend again half a day here. Last time coming to this place.
Everytime I go to this place something always happens the next day. Went in for an oil change and the next day my car just cut off, it was the alternator, then had my headlights replaced for around $600 2 weeks later they both blew and now yesterday went in for another oil change and was watching the news some guys car caught on fire after getting an oil change so I looked under my hood when they were finished the whole passenger side was wet. So I started the car to pull to the front and what do you know my power steering is not working. I will never go back to this place again $78 for an oil change its only $60 at the dealership

But when I get here I was told a higher price 49.63And tel me the why is because I need a another quart of oil before you took the key the vehicle. Bernard is very rude. I called for a quote for my car he says 250 i said I’m looking for an exact quote can you look in the system he talks over me and says he just gave me a quote. If you don’t like your job then quit.

They completely tore my bumper off my front end while installing my tires and when I ask them to replace the bumper they told me they would fix it well they put zip ties on it to hold it up.. months later it completely came undone and I had to replace my own bumper .. went to see the manager and he took copies of my receipts for my repairs and told me he would contact me Monday.. its Wednesday I called him back and he keep telling me he will call me when he get the funds... I called 3 other store that told me thats not their policy.. so the hwy 85 store dont follow policy they do what the feel like doing! SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACE AND GO TO THE NORTHSIDE WHERE THEY ARE BY THE BOOK!

Ive always taken my vehicle to Firestone in Marietta where Im well known and receive great service with every visit. So when I relocated to Jonesboro I was nervous about my vehicle being inspected and/or repaired by a new Firestone Team, but I must admit Im extremely pleased with my new car care crew. Everyone is friendly even Emmanuel, lol. Theyre honest and always explain what immediate requirements are needed and provide time frames for necessary future work thats needed. Never anything more. Ive never felt as if Ive been ripped off when I leave here. Thanks for always looking out for me, I Sincerely Appreciate everyones willingness to assist me.
The absolute worst!!! Still here 3 hours later when I was told 1 1/2 - 2 hours wait time for a tire!! Customers who came after me received service and left before me!! Im still waiting! Very unhappy with the customer service given as well. Very arrogant and condescending disposition from whoever this man is at the desk!

They were packed with customers and I came in with a bolt in my tire sounding like it was ready to pop and I was ready to cry. She saw the concern in my eyes and was encouraging that it would be okay. She got reprimanded for taking me as another customer without an appt. But she was concerned and didnt want me riding in a dangerous condition. I didnt mind the wait and she kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. Turns out I had 2 bolts in my tire and it could have exploded. Ms. Beniceia was my guardian angel! Thanks also to the young man who fixed my tire. They are both blessings to me. Im giving a 4 out of 5 cause the head man appeared not to care and for fussing at someone who did. Because of Ms. B. you didnt lose a future customer and Ill have a safe birthday, Aug. 5th!!

This place overcharged me for oil change. They said I needed seven quarts of oil in my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. When I went to the dealer they said my car only took 5 quarts of oil. I had a coupon when I went to Firestone and they charged me $20 more than the coupon. I never went back again
!!!!!ALL WOMEN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE!!!!!!I went in for an alignment after rebuilding my entire front end at this location. I told them I needed to check the torque on one bolt. The answer was that they dont go behind someone elses work. I said I did the work. He looked at me and said it will be $ 20 to check it first. I said it is done right because I did it and to just do the alignment. Ok, I am a woman and I do get ripped off and know what to look for. I even told them this to warn them that I expect them to do it right.I stayed with the car the entire time away from the no entry zone. I torqued the bolt at one point, but respected their safety rules at all times.. I was asked twice to come into the office where my response was why do I need to come into the office? He said nothing as to why I needed to follow him into the office. Twice !! I was asked the same question by the same person ....to get me away from the job? I am not sure about this, but what happens next will boggle your mind. The next day I get a voicemail that I need to call Firestone where I got the alignment right away...he said nothing about why I needed to call him, but he did say we have your make model and tag number of your vehicle. which was a threat I am assuming, because there would be no other reason to make that statement. I called him back the following day and asked what this was about. He said that I never paid for the service. { If I planned on ripping them off for payment, would I have given them a working phone number?} I told him that you made me pay before the service was done. I have the receipt. He said we never ask for payment prior to service. My response was that you didnt trust my work to hold an alignment so you made me pay first. I proceeded to advise him that Im listed under a different phone number to find the records. He said that I never gave him the other number .. I said you called me on that number to tell me about all of this.. hello???I did not mention names here for the right of this person to argue. This is only fair...and fair is how I wish to be treated whether I am a woman or a man. Thank you for reading...and beware, you have the right to view all the work done to your car or truck whether they like it or not. Ask for the spent parts and personally inspect what is being worked on before and after..pictures or videos are also a great idea. If the mechanic knows he is being watched you probably will get a fair job done even if you know nothing about your car. It seems like I am a threat to these people because of my knowledge about cars. No one should ever have to resort to beating anyone at their game, but when it comes to car repair it is manditory until incidents like these stop. It is not isolated, I have many more to share with you .

VERY BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD 10am APPOINTMENT 3/1/20 CAR NEVER GOT SEEN ARRIVE BACK AT 2pm CAR WAS NEVER TOUCH THEN ONCE I ARRIVED THEY TRIED TO SERVICE THE CAR I TURN DOWN THE SERVICE NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING

Mishandled my vehicle- has costed a great deal of inconveniences.
They are crooks!!!! We took the car for front brake service. They said the reason its grinding b/c the caliper is stuck and we gotta pay $700. If the caliper was stuck it would be grinding all the time and not just when braking. Will never go there again.

The guys took my car at 1:30pm. I came back to get it at 5:30pm. I was asked if I wanted to bring it back the next day. I said no, not after waiting. I really think they did a rush job on it.
