If you get Tony as a mechanic, hes a parts-mechanic, not an actual technician. $1300 later for a tune up and replacing coils, I know my issue better be resolved and not postponed -_-

Staff is always friendly and professional. But dont expect a right quick service. Be prepared to spend some time here or leave your vehicle.

It took 4 HOURS to change 2 tires. If the clerk didnt repeatedly tell me thats it would be done soon, I wouldve left. Such a waste of time. It makes those cheap tire places look wonderful.

This is the worst place to get tires for your vehicle. They are rude and technician lack experience and the management is the same way as well. I spend over $800 for a set of new ties and they have been right since being installed. Took my vehicle 3 different times in a 2 months time for the same issue and it have never been corrected. Have to got to another tire shop to get the issue corrected.

Terrible location. Always behind schedule even if you make any appointment. Picked my car up with no gas in it and had to have the battery jumped because it was dead.

I was in dire need of getting a tire replaced, was told they had my tires but they are booked for next week, though if I walkin early next day they may be able to. Boy was I grateful.

I left my car to get my tire pumped and a few hours later I get a call saying that they cant do it and I need to replace the tire altogether for $155+ tax. What a rip-off! 1.) I know for a fact that I didnt need a new tire because it was only a few weeks old, and 2.) I have never paid that much for a tire on my car, ever! I took my car to Tire Max down the street and they pumped it for $10. To this day, my tire is intact. Tires Plus thought they could take advantage of me and theyll try to take advantageof you too. 👎🏾

Arrived this morning for a simple oil change. I guess the lady that’s always there wasn’t having a good day. She never confirmed my appointment and she told me 4 cars was ahead me but I was the first customer 🤷‍♀️It’s ok the dealership never turns customers away.

They make sales they cant complete after they give you a time period they still dont come through. When they could have suggested maybe you should take your vehicle somewhere else.

So I brought my Acura TL to get 4 new tires brought it in at 7:30 didn’t get my car back till 4pm then later found out that the lug nugs and axle the tire sit on was damaged so now it a whole another two day wait on my car ....Great Service But terrible time management

They are super super super super slow. Arrive at 7:15am for a oil change its now 9:15am and lm still sitting waiting for them to finish with my car. It was only one person in front of me when l got here. Never coming back.

The over pricing of changing a turn signal bulb was a bit pricey... The bulb itself is $5 - $8 but the were charging $40.00 I opt to purchase the bulb and learn to change it myself.

The manager is extremely nice, the staff is nice, not enough employees, service is extremely slow, takes too long for an oil change or replacing tires always have to order the tires for my car. This is the only place I will go, but they are slow. Need more help. Whoever changes my tires breaks my stem that lets me know when my tires need air, they fixed it and broke it again, how I know thats the only place I go for my tires and oil change

PLEASE consider taking your car elsewhere. The people here are not knowledgeable about anything. I would only recommend this place for tires ONLY. And don’t let you have an issue because Dan Colson the area manager or Ryan the regional manager will not help you with ANYTHING. A staff full of incompetence.

I went there on 3/23/20 and they was busy but the young lady at the front desk help me out 100% she told me what tie needed to be replace in order for my alignment to be right and schedule me a appointment for 8a.m. on the next day 3/24/20 and when I got there this morning they got right to my car no waiting around and once the guy got done with it I thought I was in a rental car cause my car have never drove so good from any alignment I have ever had done on that car I will be going back with my other car I just purchase I really recommend them to anyone that looking for great and fast service cause these 2 people I know for sure goes over beyond their line of work to make the customer happy I will come back on here once I look at my paperwork to put their names on here.

I will drive on a flat rims before I ever go back to this tire place. The service if you can call it that is severely lacking. The wait with an appointment was over 3 hours. When you approach an employee to ask about the status they act like you are bothering them.

Very bad shop!!!I spent more than 2 hours!!!!!!! Just to repair my tyre! When I went to check in the back, the tyre was in the ground and nobody was working on it.If you wants to save time, don’t go there.

The lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable. The gentleman who did my oil change was very helpful.

I am truly satisfied and appreciative of the store manager which I affectionately refer to as Lady C. She is very professional, customer service friendly, detail oriented, personable and most important of all regarding the trip there as a walk away in confidence of a job well done. Grateful to be a partner in car care with Lady C at the helm.

I called on Monday and made an appointment for Thursday at 11am. I arrived at 9am checked in and left my car. (I needed my new tires put on) I returned at 12:30 and my car had not been moved. When standing in line to get an updated anogher customer was explaining how she made an appointment and she had been waiting for a long time. When I spoke to the rep she said you have several cars in front of you, I can not say how much longer it will be. I waited and read a book. My car was done at 4:15. I should have went to discount tire.

They had my vehicle all day. Didnt complete no work. They only have one mechanic and there supposed to be a franchise.

Staff was very pleasant. Explained why there was a delay with appointments.

I brought in 4 new tires to this location for my Mom’s Hyundai Sante Fe. Service was great and quick! Will definitely come back on my next tire service.

Left my truck at noon for service and 5 hours later had not even started working on it and I had an appointment. I guess those dont work.

Came in a little after 4 pm I asked the service lady (who was very very nice) if it would be long for an oil change, mind you I was the only person there. I’m still here at 6:05 ....... for an oil change ...... REALLY I never would have paid $70 (high priced anyway) if I’d known I’d have to wait this long ridiculous!! Smh 1st and last time here.

I had an appointment, however it took 4 hours to get brakes on my car. I thought this was quite a long time to wait. I have been a customer for years. I would like to continue to be. Hopefully the next time it wont be as long.

The manager wasn’t friendly, very condescending, didn’t care much about my tires nor issues. I waited for a couple hours the first time I came to the facility to get three tires replaced. I left thinking everything was fine, trusting their judgement. The following day my right front tire was flat. Also found out they taped a piece of my hubcap to my rim trying to cover up they broke it. I realize this after taking photos of the rim. I became very discouraged. In attempt to resolve the problem I returned to the shop to ask about it there was no resolution and the Manager could care less. This experience was very unprofessional, I’m disappointed by the service from the manager and the ethics of the shop. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this shop for repairs.

The managaer diagnosed the issue with my tires, and had me in and out in no time. After going to the dealership who wouldnt help because I didnt have an appointment, and a shade tree mechanic who couldnt figure out what was going on I really appreciate the fact that she listened, took a few minutes to look over the tires, and got it fixed in less then 20 minutes. 👍🏽👍🏽

I trust them with my car. They have always taken care of me. They help me with coupons and tell me about any sales that will save me money. When I get my car back it always rides smooth and any issues they notice, they tell me about them.Prioritize them for me and give me an estimate up front.

I always set appointments when I come here. However, I am not seen when told I will be. The manager told me it doesnt mean my car will be pulled in at that time, only that it will be prioritized. My appointment was at 9:30. Im still waiting at 10:50 for my car to be pulled to the back for an alignment. This is beyond unbelievable and very inconsiderate. The least they could do is offer you a water. Ridiculous! Last time I came here for work the woman didnt inform me that the person had called out. They promised me my car and I had to be back at work. They werent done with my vehicle and it was an inconvenience to leave my car here and still not be done by the time that they indicated. I still left with no work done to my car. I think Ill start going to the Tara Boulevard location as well.

Stop by the Stockbridge GA location..... One person inside waiting for their car to be serviced. The worker behind the counter said it would bean hour and a half just to check the air in my tire. My tires were purchased here but I will take my business elsewhere from now on. This is the second time this has happen and it will not happen again. Goodbye and good riddance Tires Plus!

My car was dropped off at 8 o’clock this morning. It is now 630 and they have not moved it at all. Only thing needed to be done was to put two new tires on and they did not complete the job. Shame. Will not return

Dropped off my truck at 9:00 a.m . I was promised that my new tires would be installed by 4:00 p.m. because I had a dinner at 5:00. When I got there my truck was sitting in the same place as I left it without new tires. I waited on a schedule appointment for three days and it turned out to be a waste of my time

I visited the Tires Plus in Jonesboro for scheduled maintenance on Monday 7/8/19, while there they stole money from my truck. They conveniently told me AFTER the money was stolen from my truck that the policy printed on RECEIPT says they are not responsible for anything stolen or damaged...... If explaining BEFORE I paid and got the receipt, I wouldve stayed with my vehicle. Long story short, there are thieves working in this location and the company helps to enable them to keep stealing !! The manager even stated that they do not review their surveillance cameras ( regardless of the theft that took place!! Tried to call the customer service number, it will not dial through. How convenient for the thieves!!!! I will never visit another tires plus!!

Arrived before 9 a.m. for a pre-paid rotate and Balance it is now 11:15 And I have not been talked to by the staff and my car is in the same place. Ive watched 3 people leave with finished vehicles. This is my second time and last time here with the same poor service.

Came In For Tires Around 5:00 PM My Appointment Was At 5:30 For A Four Tire Purchase, Put On And Balance. There Was Only 1 Worker And A Manager . The Worker Was Scheduled To Leave At 4:00 PM. BC He Had Been There Since Open . I Had No One To Do My Tires And I Really Needed Them BC I Was Going Out Of Town The Next Day. This Was A Bad Communication On The Day Manager As He Knew I Was Coming For The Tires. Anyway, This Guy Stayed And Did My Tires Even Though He Was Extremely Tired . This Shop Needs More Worker ASAP ! But These 2 Guys Were A Life Saver Kim Reynolds & Stephen Lazarus . Thanks You Guys So Much . I Really Appreciate Everything.

We have had good experiences there. Twice I have been there thinking I needed a certain repair and they checked everything and found the issue to very inexpensive, small repairs and when I took my car in for a tire rotation and brake check, they did not charge me for the rotation since they had to take the wheels off to check the brakes anyway. They are always quick and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

This place has to be the slowest mechanic shop I have ever been to. I had to wait 3 hours for a dam oil change, are you kidding me. I was told I had one car ahead of me, and next thing I know I see more cars going ahead of me. I try to talk to the gentlemen at the front desk and he started to give me attitude saying he had to take care of the customers he had infornt of him. Horrible customer service. Will definitely not recommend. This was my first time here and it will be my last.

Slow service, even when you have an appointment. Poor communication practices at this location, so so customer service. Oil change prices are decent but might be worth paying more to go elsewhere for better overall service.

DO NOT GO HERE. They messed up my car. Had a turning problem went in to get it checked and they told me you was the Advil hub bearing the lower control arm and a few more things when I got the car back when I drive from 0 to 50 my car makes a thumping noise now when Im just driving straight they dont know what the problem what happened and I guess they cant fix it very unprofessional do not go here

Never again......over an hour to for 2 tires they said they had when I called ahead..now no one can find them...no one apologize for the waste of my time.... 2 oil changes should not delay tire installs, trying to figure out how to not leave even 1 star........drive the extra 3 miles to Fayettivlle tax is cheaper and service is better

My husband went here to get an oil change because the oil light came on. I took the Carr to these folks they went to the back did what they do and they were finished a day later the oil meter still showing oil is low its time to get your oil changed soon. Watch these folks they will get you and you wont even know it. Thank God for technology today. We dont go there anymore we go to the manufacturer now.

One of the worst locations I’ve ever been too! I never do reviews especially not bad ones but this one is by far the worst !! I’ve been to tire plus all over Missouri Kansas atlanta Augusta, pulled up was already iffy considering it looks like a whole in the wall place, pulled around back trying to be helpful, guy just stood there and starred at me, starred me down, very uncomfortable, then still starring told me it was not a parking spot with a rude smart mouth attitude never going back please go about 3 miles down to Tara Blvd . Didn’t even go in, can’t imagine the rest of how my service would go ! Somebody is clearly miserable with the job and life they have ! Riverdale location is a no go ! Wish I could do negative stars !

On July 19 18, I had an oil change on my car, some how the lock on the driver side of the door got damage and I couldt open the door from the inside so I talked with the manager and he order the part for door from the Dealer and replace the lock on the of my car. No hassale, no are u sure it were done here, knowing I couldt open the door to get out of the car with.out going out of the passage door I would have told them. They repaired my at no charge of course. Mary

I had an appointment at 11am for a simple oil change. I get here and they tell me they scheduled someone else at the same timeframe so I have to wait up to 30 mins. 50 mins go by and I ask whats the hold up as my car hadnt even been moved back. They then pulled my car but I still waited an additional hour. It is now 12:47 pm and Im still waiting for my vehicle. I gave 2 stars because the lady was nice about it but I feel like this type of service deserves 1 star.

Went in at 8am to get an alignment...Staff member said he only has one tech in and could not get to my vehicle today. Did not ask if I could leave my car...I basically got turned away.

This RIVERDALE STORE SUCKS....the TECHS are constantly calling out. No courtesy call to notify customers of the situation...twice this has happened at the RIVERDALE location. VERY LOW WORK MORALE!!! DONT GO THERE!!!

Last time I was here for new tires & an oil change my wait time was ridiculous & they forgot to put my hubcaps back on my tires, which I found out when I got home. But I got a coupon for a free oil change for my inconvenience, so I may go back. Just being a little more vigilant next time.
