Domaine B. was great!! He did everything he could do to get my number ported from Metro PCS. He was patient and professional. Awesome salesman. He got me an extra line added that I wasnt planning to get for a little extra. It was a process but he remained professional and patient the whole time. I appreciate your Awesome customer service. I was having problems sending pictures from ny phone. I called Boost Mobile several times and they were not able to resolve it. I visited the Boost Mobile store on Hwy 85 and met Jaylee. She fixed the problem in minutes. She did what 20 other technicians couldnt do.

I called here because no other store was answering. The lady that answered had an attitude and a smart mouth. She told me the stores in Alabama (where I live) close at 6. I said it isnt 6 yet and she replied maybe they just wanted to go home. Boost mobile can keep their services if they want to be rude and disrespectful towards customers. That is the way to ruin a business in a heartbeat! Just keep in mind that the fastest, best, advertisement is WORD OF MOUTH!

Boost mobile in riverdale ga is a rip off and con. I went in to buy the 5s on sale and the manager refused to sale the phone unless I paid an extra $50 for unneeded accessories when I indicated that it wasnt on the promotional ad, he indicated that he made that decision because he was the store manager. Buyers beware.stat away from this store, because Hes slick con artist preying on the uninformed.

Paid my bill, $55.00 plus a $00.75 fee to pay my bill, go figure???? Holiday weekend 08/31/2013 got a receipt and the debt card transaction receipt. Service cut off 09/01/2013 Boost office close, Customer says they dont deal with satellite stores and cant tell me why my payment wasnt applied, if it was applied erroniuosly to another account...nothing--Man Im hot about this kind of service.

Went to purchase a case for my sons cell. Did not have but 3 in stock. Employee took my payment, did not bother to put the case on the phone, just gave me my receipt. When we attempted to put the case on it would not snap shut. Returned to store and was told no exchanges or returns, I dont know if I broke it or you did and just walked off. It was his job to place case on cell just as other boost stores do. Very unprofessional and rude. Never again am I purchasing anything from this store. Consumers keep away!!
