There is no cure for lazyness . Manager and employees smh. Had a warranty exchange and I was turned away, I went to another GameStop and they did it in 5 min. I recommend mount Zion GameStop

Carded me while trying to buy Skyrim. Can probably buy way more dangerous things than a video game without a need for i.d., would not recommend considering I have purchased other things here with no issue while having a giant beard. I do not look like a minor, I shouldnt be carded.

I went to Game Stop to get my son the PS4 for Christmas. It was crowded, but I was only in line for 10 minutes but it felt like 5 minutes. All the employees was 👍👍great

HORRRRRIBLE & INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! No one greeted us. We were looking to buy the Nintendo Switch & PS4 consoles, & a few games as well. They ALL just stood around, NEVER asked if we needed help. Everone just stood there laughing & talking to just one customer & each other. The line got longer behind me, & they never greeted/helped any of them. After 10mins, we left. They didnt care because theyre getting paid regardless. Ill NEVER return to that RATCHET, GHETTO rat trap again!!!!

I bought street fighter x texxen and uncharted 3 game of the year edition on Monday and they didnt work on my boyfriends PS3 so we went back to the store to exchange it for a better copy, the street fighter x texxen STILL doesnt work. They need to start testing their games before giving them to customers

4 stars for Union City, 3 stars for Riverdale, and 2 stars for Fayetteville. Sad.

I get tired of going to this location and the females always have messed up attitudes. Today I went in to get a new headset and get info on preordering Street Fighter 5, there was one employee and one other person who was a securitt officer. I overheard them talking about playstations so clearly it was business convo.I walk in, didnt get a hello, a screw you, or anything. Im pacing in the same section and the female did not even acknowledge I was in the store. I came to possibly spend $200 max and they suck.I purchased my xbox one and my ps4 and my Wii-u, and 3 controllers, and chargering station. Well over $1000 worth of equipment from this store.Im sick of going into store with my fellow black brothers and sister, and they act like they dont know how to run a business, when us customers are paying your rent or mortgage.Today I got it, ill just buy on line because this store sucks!This is not the first time Ive had this problem, its very common. Look at the reviews. Online shopping is your competition, we can easily buy there and shut your store down.
