My moms van was towed while she was was filling out paperwork regarding her brothers death. There were no signs clearly stating she cannot park here at this one location without a permit. It cost her $280 to get the vehicle back. I would not recommend parking inside of the Old Plantation Mobile Home Park EVER! If you do, you are risking getting your vehicle impounded. Every time that I visit, I see a tow truck driving around just waiting to grab a car for some cash. I also want to add that my aunts vehicle was towed away on Easter Sunday in 2017, while we were having lunch. The park manager said it was okay to park on the street, but my aunts experience said otherwise. That cost her a ridiculous $380 because it was a holiday.Update: The park manager gave us lifetime parking permits for the trouble but had failed to reimburse my aunt and my mom for the towing fee. I refuse to change my rating until this happens.Another update: The old lifetime permits are now null and void and we were only given one permit (which conveniently says Dynamic Towing), which means when our family has a gathering, one of us parks in the carport, one parks with the permit, and the other has to park in guest parking near the clubhouse and walk a long ways. Its too bad most of the parking is either reserved or permit only. My one remaining uncle is now actively looking for another place to live because of the ever increasing space rent and the greed.
Niceee
This is my wifes review. This is the worst place ever to live! My brother has lived there for the last 23 years. It was nice when he first moved there, but now it is awful. The residents cannot have guests over without having a parking permit. Each resident is only allowed 1 per mobile home. If you are parked in a parking spot without a permit, you will be towed away. The park charges $25 per month for a reserved spot, if you want your guests to have a place to park. Absolutely ridiculous! Let the buyer beware! I would give this place a negative 5 star rating if I could!
Management is horrible. The price of living here is not worth the headaches. They’re having a lot of people renew their homes, which fine it makes the park look more presentable, however, everything they are asking people to do, many can’t afford to do so. This is NOT a luxury mobile home park to be asking so much of the residents. They’re also getting rid of all single wide homes which is unfortunate for those who have been there for a long time and are having to sell.
Please don’t park here!! Anywhere. Don’t park in any parking spots even if you are a guest!! Even if you have a pass they will tow your vehicle!! Had pass on dash got towed $380.00 dollars later got it out. They only had my vehicle 2 hrs! This mobile home park needs to be on eyewitness news!!!!
Worst place to live in or visit!! They take advantage of everyone and tow everyones car for no reason!! They tow your cars with permits even guest arnt safe from a $300 tow fee, these people need to be stopped
Well I live in the community of Jurupa Valley were this Mobile parks is at and its precious resources for the Community by Respectable Owners. Of the places to to buy a First Home this place is ideal for any Realist state owner with a Pool for only property owners.
Up dated unough to still be cozy.
There is a pile of garbage behind my back fence. It has been there for more than a week. I informed our manager, she doesnt seem concerned, as its still there. She is a bully, she yells if you attempt to have a normal conversation with her. The Housing Authority told me she cannot just wander into peoples yards without notifying them. Yet she does, she is at my house so often that she is very close to crossing the line between harassment and stalking.
Had not been there in 10 years still totally interesting great fun
I have family that lives there and they love the place nice and family oriented
Very nice and clean park, the managers are very kind and friendly.
Verry cleen and safe. Quite
Management has bad way of inforcing rules. Allot thiefs and cars towed without notice and secretly. All guest parking turned in to reserved parking for money. The management is run by Spanish that really inhuman just like there country.
Its a nice mobile home park
Really nice and quiet place to live and trust.
If you live here secure everything. People will steal anything not nailed down.
