Worst management on earth. Continually harasses people who have lived in the park for years. Changes the rules to suit the mood. Ridden for 2 years about what we have on our porch. Its a table. They put in the skirting but the new saleswoman doesnt like it. Even wants to choose the plants you can plant. HORRID

The worst of all is the Santiago Parkside State in Rialto, the manager is terrible mean and the guy who does the maintenance ( Humberto)is a gossip he is following the people trying to give tickets even for the smaller things...The worst place to live, they dont care about the people and always given hard time to everyone, the guy get in the houses when people are sleeping and take pictures of your staff, your cars, your pets, your plants, everything but just with certain people, if you are they friend or family then you can do whatever you want...crazy place

Do not buy a property from these people. 6 years ago I bought a mobile home from them. I was told upon purchase that this house was inspected, and passed inspection. Well, now my ceiling is starting to cave in, and I was told by a REAL inspector that the roof should NEVER have passed inspection when I bought it. It was shingled improperly and has a huge hole in the roof, and now it will cost me over $2,000 to fix.I called the sales office and, of course, there is nothing that they can do, because I bought it 6 years ago....even though I was lied to and was told that the roof was in good condition, when it NEVER should have passed inspection upon its initial sale to me. The pipes are also leaking under the house, due to bad joints, and of course, that should have been taken care of before the sale as well.Its bad enough that I have spent over $5,000 on repairs to this place since purchasing it, having to redo a lot of the plumbing, with leaks in every bathroom, replacing every single appliance, replacing the AC unit, within 2 years of living here, and having to re-level the house, but this takes the cake.I am so disappointed and furious that my home was not inspected properly before I bought it. If you are going to buy a home from these crooks, then I would highly recommend hiring your OWN inspector, and having it done, instead of trusting these people to inspect the home properly.I am in the process of getting an attorney, and have already informed the insurance company that they work with. These people do not care about helping veterans, like me, but about taking avantage of and ripping us off.

Took papers in and he didnt bother to tell me we had to make 3 times the rent. Didnt return any of our paperwork. Had to wait a week for the company to tell is we didnt qualify. But otherwise beautiful homes

Contacted 4 different parks in San Bernardino area and only 1 would respond to me. I sent emails and called and got nothing for the other 3. Why advertise your company at the baseball games if you wont return emails or calls for interested people. I wont be doing being business with them.

We were interested in renting one of the lovely mobile homes they were offering for rent. The area is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. (In the Barstow area)After having our information for a Month, and a deposit to hold the rental, and a text stating Great news youre approved to buy the house we stated we wanted to rent first, and got dead silence. We had to call and find out what was taking so long, after a few day process, Our agent told us via Text we were Approved two days later, we were told the office was missing information from us, we tried to bypass the agent and deal directly with management in the office, Pam, who we found out is just the receptionist, spoke with my husband several times, about our file, but when I called, she claimed to only be a receptionist, and we had to deal with our agent.Finally got down to the nitty gritty of it all, and the lot we were approved for and we put money down to hold (agent clearly stated and we have the texts, that the money we put down would hold the house for us) was given to another family who put the full amount down. We were told the full amount wasnt needed until move in, only a small deposit would secure us the house. We were then told you guys are still first in line for the house and the other family knows this, we offered the full amount to move in, but asked in return for a approval notice stating we had paid in full, and the house was ours, or for a Lease, signed but dated for actual move in. We were told neither could be given. So they basically wanted us to hand over almost 2 grand with no guarantee.Be careful when renting from them, and make sure you save EVERYTHING if you do try.

This management company is a joke no one can help you with complaints of the people who manage their properties. Lorrin Nicholson who is said to be the general manager of community operations is the most unprofessional manager I have encountered, Wal-Mart hires better managers to represent their company. If you ever try to come to their office its like visiting a inmate in jail you have to talk to them from a intercom. Do not buy at Park La Habra please, unless you want to live unhappy stay in your apartments and save for a house.Aimee Molsberry is the person who runs Santiago she is unprofessional. She is single minded will refuse to listens to the residents at Park La Habra and Park View complaints about her managers at both properties. Sue Mullens is the manager at Park La Habra and is disrespectful, and chooses who to enforce the rules on. I have been fighting with the city to remove this scum from our communities and will not help.They are also making money for them selves with HOA fees that are not to be charged. This is a low income community and it looks like one because of Aimee Molsberry and Sue Muller.
