Stupidly I was calling around for oil prices I called rymes and got put on hold for 10 mins. I eventually hung up as a local pride truck drove by so I called them the person answered the phone in 2 rings.. I like this guy. He had to put me on hold but was back In 20 Secconds.. I like him even more. At this point I didnt realize I had an account with them already he let me know I already had an account and scheduled a delivery for the next day. Fast service great phone skills and great price
