This is a wonderful place to buy a car! I was in search of a vehicle, and Nathan helped me get exactly what I was looking for. He was 100% honest and up front with all issues and got me on my way quickly! He even called the next day to make sure everything was going well! I called Brower Brothers Nissan for help to buy my leased vehicle. The salesman told me there will be early lease termination fees and other fees, and that I have to bring my lease into you for inspection. I have done my homework and know thats not true. Jeff then had me talk to his manager who also tried to convince me to bring my lease in. I know I owe $9,000-$11,000 LESS than the car is worth. Jeff called me back the next day to tell me that he would like me to bring my lease in (again) so he could inspect my lease and show me other lease options. I already told him I wanted to buy my car and when he offered that to me yesterday, I said I didnt want to lease a different car. While I was waiting for him to call me back with financing information, I contacted a credit union and they had me sign the paperwork ONLINE and got the deal done incredibly painlessly. Listen to your customers Brower Brothers, I will never buy a vehicle from you because of this, and thank you Trona Valley Credit Union for making changing my lease into loan painless!

We were looking through the lot trying to see if anything peaked our interest, as we were in the market for a new car. However we did not have any intentions of purchasing a Nissan. Nothing was looking good until we drove by the 2021 Nissan Rogue, and I was in love. Randy greeted us right away and got us into it for a test drive within 5 minutes. We had a very quick and enjoyable car buying experience, which is not something you usually have when buying a car. We are very pleased with our experience and with Randy as a salesman. If you need a new car, don’t sleep on Brower Brothers Nissan and check them out. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Walked into Nissan with next to no credit, little money down .. Connected with Caleb Harris. Gave me an option I was going to walk away on and think about. He came back at me with a set of keys to a vehicle I sat in and knew it what take care of what I needed at the time. Straight shooter, was realistic and easy to relate to. As long as they commit to me in year from now to get me upgraded I’d say it’s hands down this place is the place to buy.

I went in to get oil change and got of full point inspection done as well. Showed up a little early ended up getting my car before the scheduled appointment. I own a small car lot in WA state and had been looking for a new body Tahoe for myself for some time. I hadn’t been able to find anything here so I decided to look in Wyoming, my husband and I bought our last vehicles from different dealers in Wyoming and had a good experience. I found Brower Brothers listing for a 2021 Tahoe High Country and decided to call. I put $1000 non refundable deposit and was not told until after doing so that the owners wife (who lives in Utah) was driving the vehicle. I was then informed that the advertised mileage (6500 ish) would be higher, it ended up being around 8700. The salesman then said that my husband could fly into Utah to pick the vehicle up instead of Wyoming, we agreed because he was going to try to drive home the same day and it would have saved him an hour. I also informed the salesman that I wanted to purchase the vehicle under my dealership name so that I could then sell myself the vehicle and use my other car as a trade in to save myself on sales tax. He understood and I signed everything under my dealership name. This vehicle was $79,104. I wired them the money from my dealership acct! My husband flies to Salt Lake to pick up the vehicle. I had sent the flight info to the salesman who relayed the info to the owner and informed me that the owner would be waiting outside with the vehicle. My husband arrived and nobody is outside. He waits and waits and finally the owner calls me and says he was misinformed and thought the flight got in later, I have no idea how that’s possible because I texted a picture of the flight times to the salesman. The owner showed up about 2 hours late, no apology. After my husband got home we were washing the vehicle and noticed there was two huge scratches/dents. I spent $79,104 on a vehicle and you don’t have the decency to tell me there are two huge scratches on the car?! Not only that but there was candy under the rear seat and small dog hair everywhere. I called the office on 6/7 because we hadn’t received the title and I need to get a loan on this vehicle, I talked to Julie one of their title clerks and she said that she needed the previous owner to sign a power of attorney but that she would have title to me by the end of the week. I called again Friday 6/11 at which point Julie said she had just gotten the signatures the night before and now had to transfer the title into brower Brothers name and would have the title to me by the next Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Weds. and talked to Julie again who is so rude at this point and she said she still didn’t have it. I then had my husband call because I was so frustrated and Julie said that my dealership didn’t buy the car, I did and that she needed to transfer the vehicle into my name ( not true because my paperwork says Spokane Motors and also I am an out of state resident) she then accused me of lying when I came in to do the paperwork ( I have never stepped foot into Brower Brothers this was all done over the phone). I called The salesman To see if he could help and he called Julie on speaker phone and she again accused me of lying and said “I’m too busy for this” an hung up on him. I had to call the dealer compliance office and I talked to Shannon Ferree who informs me that on a cash transaction they are supposed to deliver my the title THE SAME DAY. Or if the title goes to a financial institution they have 30 days. Shannon looks up the VIN and tells me that the vehicle was transferred intoBrower Brothers name on 6/15. She calls Julie and informs her that she’s past her time to get me the title and they need to send it to me. Julie says they are waiting for the county clerk to send it back and she will send it. Today is 6/22 still no title, I called the county clerks and they told me that they have been waiting for a tax exemption thing to be sent over from Brower Brothers before they could send the title back. If they don’t care about someone who spent $79,104 on a car they won’t care about you.

Not a very professional place to do business. Talked to several sales people and each promised to get back to me. Waited a few weeks ended up purchasing a new 2021 Altima platinum for Nissan of Casper. Would give negative stars if I could. Buyer beware they make promises and ask for information and never follow up. Would not recommend, waste of time

Danny got me an incredible deal, was very helpful and thorough and had the truck cleaned and ready for me after a 4 hour drive. Well worth the trip! Would highly recommend, they have an understandable dealer fee but dont throw on other hidden fees like other dealerships. Hello Nissan People,(i typed out a nice long review, but somehow it got deleted) so here goes...round 2!I am not a lover of the idea to go to a dealer for repairs. No way! BUT, I was traveling through the area in August, and experiencing some problems with my beloved xterra. (Filling the gas tank was getting pretty ridiculous with constantly having to reclick the handle) oh my goodness 😑 I considered going to a local mechanic, a shade tree mechanic, or figuring it out on my own (because Im mechanically inclined). But, I decided to go to Bower Brothers.As luck would have it, I had a great experience. It really surprised me that a dealer would take the time to listen to me, check out my vehicle, and offer some sound advice. 👌🏽Fast forward to now, and Im traveling through the Mojave Desert 🏜, and the things that the guys at Bower Brothers talked to me about in August, were now needing to be handled. The check engine light was now on, and filling the gas tank was a total joke. After getting the code, I called them to get an idea about the cost of the parts I would need to fix it, and it tickled me that they remembered me! Not only that, but they were happy to help me, and they did. 🙂If Im ever back in the area, and I need help with my vehicle, Ill be going to Bower Brothers. Thanks for all the help, Shawn and Matt! Was very pleased with my car buying experience. We I showed up and was greeted right away by the salesmen Jed. He asked me what I was looking for and then showed me a few different models of the murano. He was very cool and understanding that I was not interested in too fancy, was not pushy in the slightest. Took it for a test drive and liked it. Was politely asked if I was interested in buying it today. Was asked about my budget and what I was looking to spend. Was presented with something that worked and none of that BS how this is the best deal ever and have to act now. Buying process was fast and really felt my time was respected. Was shown around the dealership and introduced to everyone. Really felt valued. Additional warranty and extras were offered, normally this feels pressured but I felt like this was something they honestly thought would be valuable to me. I declined and that was ok.This was the best car buying experience of my live. Really great people at the dealership.

While traveling from Ohio to my home in Washington state with my son and my dog my Nissan Altima began having issues like the transmission was slipping going up the continental divide, which was very worrisome! We called ahead to Brower Brothers Nissan in Rock Springs and I talked to Jace, the service manager. He advised me to bring it in first thing the next morning and when I did, he and his service writer Matt dropped everything to get me in, diagnose my problem and get my transmission serviced. They got me in and out in an hour! This is unbelievable customer service! This is an awesome service department!

Do not purchase a used car!! We had to borrow money to purchase a Ford Escape. We were told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Weren’t offered any warranty until after the vehicle was paid for. We had it for 4 months and the main computer went out. It’ll now cost us over $1,000 to replace and reprogram the new computer. My parents are disabled and now have a vehicle they can’t afford to fix. Brower Brothers don’t care about you or the vehicle as long as they make money! Go to whistler or another place. Theyre shady as all hell!!

Wow talk about the worst customer service in town! By far the worst person we dealt with here was RANDY some finance guy he was so rude and disrespectful to my bestie. He acted worst then a two-year-old throwing a temper tantrum when she said no and is absolutely the only reason we chose to get up and leave this dealership!Please for you and your family’s safety have the vehicle your looking into buying here inspected somewhere else prior to purchase! We even found drugs! in one of the cars we test drove so make sure to have it detailed by a real professional!

Seemed like a real honest and straight forward transaction until you discover that the reason the price jumped so much is they charge over 3,000 for a warranty already included for free. And insist you must purchase gap insurance, also at nearly double the cost. $13k versa quickly became an $18k loan.

Beware of Victor, we called the dealership while on a test drive and let them know that we were ready to follow through with the deal we had discussed prior to leaving the dealership. After returning to the dealership, Victor ran our credit and saw that we had excellent credit. He then changed the numbers by $2500.00. I have never been so furious in my life...we obviously walked away from the deal with a lower credit score for no reason because of that snake.

The temperature was in the negatives and they worked very hard in the frigid cold to find us exactly what we needed. I have never seen such great team work. This should have been one of the easiest car sales. I knew what we were looking for and made the sale. I was approved and my finance institution sent them a check. An employee (whom loved his Doritos and Starburst) drove the vehicle to a location so I could pick it up. It was a mess. I was told that they would do right by getting it cleaned. I have seen nothing. I was told that the second key should be in the vehicle. There was no spare key and now a new key will cost me $250.If there was a no star that I could use, I would.

The only reason Im giving one star is because the sales man was kind however I will never purchase a vehicle from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. We are a disabled family who were in need of a reliable vehicle. We explained our situation and lack of funding and how our family in Wisconsin would be helping us purchases a vehicle. We however had absolutely no money ourselves and we needed a vehicle to get to specialists in Utah regularly. The sales man said he understood. We purchased a vehicle and family paid via phone but prior to payment I asked about a warranty he said we would cover that later. The transaction was made and we waited for paperwork. As we went over the paperwork he mentioned the warranty and how we could purchase one but he knew we didnt have any money so he skipped over that rather quickly.We took our vehicle in for its first oil change and their mechanic told us the vehicle had high mileage and was in need of numerous flushes etc. We asked why those things werent done prior to selling. He said thats not his department.We left and then noticed the check engine light came on. Now remember we just purchased this vehicle less than 4 months prior this. We called the dealership and they had us come in for diagnostic. Then after connecting the device and getting the codes told us we would have to pay $130 to decipher them. I was appalled by this and decided to leave. We then had a guy from a shop tell us what they were and we proceed to have things checked and fixed one thing at a time. The vehicle kept dying and eventually wouldnt start,We replaced an old leaking battery, fuel pump, fuel filter, starter, sensors and then we finally had enough and traded it in and as we pulled into the other dealership it died yet again. The dealership that took our trade gave us about what we paid for it towards another vehicle and we were given a lifetime warranty for the vehicle we purchased through them and they went out of there way to make sure we got a loan we could afford. Bower brothers did no such thing. Being disabled, I feel as though we were taken advantage of by bower brothers Nissan.

This is the most honest Car Dealer/service station that I have ever been to in my 47 yrs of life. I brought in a Subaru Outback that had some drive-train problems. They not only fixed the problem, but they did it quickly. Really friendly staff that takes their time to explain the issues(and their were a few on my high mileage Outback. I would recommend these skilled techs to anyone for any brand of automobile. It is also the first dealership that I have ever been to that doesnt ask the question ... What can I do to help you buy a car TODAY? No pressure sales staff.

Staff was supposed to be working with us but instead was with several other people after we traveled over two hours for our scheduled appointment. Took over six hours and did not get out of there until midnight!! Then they messed up our paperwork and lost my spouses drivers license. Then they told us to just get a new one!! Never again will I work with these people. Use caution if you go here. I recently purchased a car with Brower Brothers Nissan towards the end of January. I had an excellent experience with Victor. He was very good at getting me qualified, and took care of all my needs. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada.I was not able to come in person to Rock Springs, though I would have wanted to come out that way. Victor arranged to have my car sent out to Salt Lake City. I took a flight to Salt Lake early morning on Saturday. From there, I picked it up and drove it home safely to Las Vegas.I enjoyed the ride home in my new car going down Interstate 15 through Utah, Arizona and my home state of Nevada. Handled all the topography well because I have been wanting a V6 car for some time now, and Utah it turns out for me has some high hills/mountains and grades that can prove a cars worth. Very beautiful scenery was my treat for buying a car this way. I will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to buy a car from Brower Brothers Nissan.
