I came in without an appointment to get an oil change. Not only did they change my oil but they took care of several other issues while I was there. Superior Customer Service. I want to give a huge shout out to this team. Especially Kyle White. I was in Jackson, WY with my horse trailer when my check engine light came on in my 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 with only 15000 miles. It was an emissions issue. I was concerned about getting back to Kansas City safely without my power being reduced. Teton Motors in Jackson, WY turned me away - too busy - couldnt help me. Whisler Cheverolet was 2.5 hrs away, but was so helpful on the phone. They let me know it could clear itself on the way over, but that if it didnt they would clean my emissions filter (burn-out). I drove there. Kyle sat down with me and let me know that my emissions filter did in fact clear itself on the way over. He could see that it cleared itself 95 miles prior to arriving in Rock Springs and that there was 0 soot on my filter. It wasnt clearing itself when I was pulling my heavy trailer, but did clear itself when I drove without a trailer. Kyle gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any additional issues. I couldnt have been more relieved for my 1200 mile trek home. Got home without a hitch and learned that I need to drive my truck around a bit without a trailer. Thank you to the Customer Service team at Whisler - and thank you Kyle for answering all of my questions and taking the time to sit down with me.

Returned a former vehicle of mine in far worse condition than I had left it. Please do yourself a favor and stray away from this dealership, I struggled with this vehicle for a little over a year afterward due to their lack of competence.

We are on a cross country trip in our Silverado 2500, carrying a truck camper. Our truck needed an oil change. Whisler was able to accommodate us but advised wed have to take our camper off. Today was our appt at 4pm. We called ahead knowing we would arrive early. When we pulled in, not only did they take us early, but were able to do it with the camper on! Great news. Corina Hicks was our service associate, she was wonderful to work with, and when we explained we had our dog she said she could wait with us inside. I wish I could give more stars. Thx so much for making it totally stressed free.

I was traveling from Vernal Utah to Riverton Wyoming. As I was entering freeway out of Green River Wyoming my vehicle started losing power and then the check engine light came on. I knew there was a Chevrolet dealership in Rock Springs so I spent the night there and took my truck into the service department the following morning. Recently purchased a used vehicle from Whisler Chevrolet. I’m from out of state (Utah), so my initial interaction was all virtual and by phone. The heater core replacement on my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado was a time consuming job. While the vehicle was in the dealership for a full week, the dealership took the time to fix the vehicle right the first time. I was very pleased that when the job was completed, the service department detailed the inside of the vehicle to clean the antifreeze that had leaked on the passenger side carpet.

Happy things went smoothly

I brought my sons Chevy Cruze in for a diagnostic, I had already researched the problem and had an idea of what was going on. After it was diagnosed I was told we were looking at a $2000.00 bill to get it repaired. Looking into it more and discussing it with a family member who is a certified mechanic I found out that just the parts were $340.00 and according to his GM Manual it called for 2.5 hours of labor. Super curious what hourly rates are but definitely decided that I will never bring a non warranty vehicle in for repairs.

I didnt buy anything. I love the service department I trust the job they do.

I went in to look at a used powerstroke they had on their lot. I was working with Tre and he was very good to work with. The whole team including Tre and Cody were very good and straight forward with any of my questions and concerns. I had hoped to get a little more for my trade but all said and done I felt like I got a really good deal!

Other than the lack of inventory, the sales people are very friendly.

I was treated like a valued customer. I was given personal attention about the On Star program on my new Cruze.

Its like all those people that buy things off Amazon and then try to mark up the price and sell them to you while telling you its the best they can do. Then they get upset when you point out better deals in Utah. I give them two stars just because I think some of the salesman really do care, but their hands are tied. Service Department sucks and gets like negative 1000!

I had my 2014 Honda CRV towed to Whisler (I do not recommend the Honda dealership in Rockspings) it took a week but they gave it back to me as good as new.I could tell that when I had gotten in my car that they had definitely test drove it :) as the seat and mirrors were different, this is a good thing.They took my car for a ride but they didnt take my wallet for one and I was courteously taken home from the dealership as well as picked back up from my home when my car was ready.Everyone was friendly, professional and I didnt leave feeling ripped off or suspicious of the work they did. I definitely recommend Whisler for your auto repair needs, regardless of what kind of vehicle you drive.

We worked with Trevor Arnold on buying the truck and he was so easy to work with not pushy and very helpful since we would show up late that evening due to work. He had Mitch help us out who was also very patient and helpful. Travis in finance made our experience in closing so easy and it took less than 20 minutes to sign. I also worked with Dustin in service, Trevor worked so hard at getting us a deal on a tonnau cover that Dustin got it here in one day and had it on by 10am that same day. It was about 8 PM and a blizzard our way up to the mountains by Manila we heard a gut wrenching series of clunks coming from under the truck. Getting our trailer to the top without stopping or sliding off the mountain was the goal. When we arrived and stop the truck we realized that our 4wd had disappeared. Knowing that there was no way to travel the roads in the snow without it we headed back down the mountain the next morning all the way to rock springs where the team at whisler not only got us in even though they were swamped with the sub zero temperatures, but they stayed hours later then they had to to make sure we can make it back up the mountain. Dustin did everything he could to get me a loaner while mine was down. I would come in and he was able to keep me updated on the progress of repairs. You hear about the poor service you get when you buy a vehicle from a out of state dealer. But I felt Dustin worked with me very well to get my vehicle back on the road in time for my vacation.

Its hard to find a company you can trust, but Whisler Chevrolet has been doing that for us for more years than I can remember.
