Kyle was so helpful and knowledgeable! He came outside and was dedicated to solving our problem. Which he did! We were out of town and 4 hours from home when our car started to shake and the engine light came on. Its Sunday and no garage shops are open so we stopped at Advance Auto. Kyle ran a test and figured out the codes then quickly diagnosed what was wrong. There were two possibilities but he took his time to figure out which one, got us the part and even put it on for us. He was honest, quick, and so polite he genuinely wanted to help us. This kid is going places! Hes awesome and we are so grateful for his help today!

Sorry customer service. Employees always have attitudes. They do now want help you with anything, but only get you out the store. If i could give zero stars, I would.

The team member who helped us knows absolutely nothing about cars. Was arguing about doing a return when she herself just sold the wrong part a few hours ago. They will hire anyone these days.

The service is ok, most the time when I buy in Advance Im trying to have the best parts. If I have to I pay for insurance. Well the last Time the tell me they can only have only 1 time to change parts.The question is what you mean is live warranty when they can replace only 1 time.So I guess I can say the not exist no warranty, and is not matter what you pay when they dont respect the POLICY.

Today was nothing short of a blessing,went outside to start my car and to my surprise nothing happened. Got my car to Advance Auto and needed a battery sells person replaced it with a new battery when weather was extremely hot. I was very thankful paid for it and left with a smile. Riding and cool thanks Advance Auto.

Im not from Rockingham so this was the 1st time ever going into this Advance and there were 3 or 4 people standing around who would not even acknowlege me when I walked in the door. Asked a guy for help and, he said somebody else would be right with me and nobody came. The whole vibe of that place was weird - kind of like the way cancer infects a few cells and spreads. Not just one person with a bad attitude, several! Thats kind of rare. Something weird is going on there. At least 3 of the 4 people I encountered acted like they didnt care and that they were going to make damn sure to ignore me. I will not be back! Bad, bad customer service.

I was treated with respect, and served quickly. Even though they were short-staffed, the clerk took care of my problem, and was helping another customer at the same time, since we both needed our batteries tested. I left with a new battery in about 20 minutes. This was after being ignored by the folks at AutoZone, who had one customer and 4-5 clerks, all arguing.

The guy on duty named chris was extremely awesome very helpful a.d knowledgeable my wife has a Honda and so does chris the guy who helped me by giving me tips on what fluids to use on my wifes car which I knew nothing about Im a chevy guy and thats the bottom line because STONE COLD SAID SO!!!

I guess crooked people made it bad for the honest man. fixed a friends ford ranger. there was a $5 core on power strng pmp, she told me since i was going anyway, couldnt return it because i wasnt her. & they didnt know me.
