We bought a lot of waters and the women had to check out all of them and was very polite while doing it. Also have self check out The staff always helps if there’s a problem and they’re very fast they’re doing it.

I really like this store. Great selection of produce, cheeses, bakery section is in strange place, but it all looks good. My only complaint would be that one of the things I specifically went for —-there was none, or hadn’t been refilled yet. But I got everything I went in for and the cashier was great.

I always shop at giant eagles in rocky river. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The fruit, vegetables and meat departments are wonderful. I especially like the precooked meals, which Im have cabbage rolls tonight. Keep up the good work.

Apparently theres a dress code to go shopping here, I went shopping on Saturday afternoon and no one helped me bag my groceries but then an employee came running over to help the couple ( 2 ) bag their groceries!?! Thats discrimination, I guess Ill start shopping at heinens. Maybe even Walmart.

Will in the meat department has terrible customer service. When I asked him the price of the lobster he said I dont know I dont even know how to find that out. My question to you is then why are you working there!? If you need seafood or meat save yourself a trip and go to another store.

Bakery dept 👎not friendly & the woman who takes the orders doesnt seen like she knows what shes doing everytime i go there .its always busy yet theres only a few registers open . the lanes that are open youre lucky to get a friendly worker 👎 .always friendly service at customer service though ! 😊 everytime they go out their way for you !!!& the store itself is large, better than in my smaller city GE .

Well organized with ample stock. Fresh fruit and vegetables most days. Fresh fish and meat section. Nice flowers. Well lit with large aisles. Several self check outs. Should have more staffed open lines though IMO

Giant Eagle in Berea,Ohio is well stocked customer service is excellent. Employees always ask did you find your selection of items your looking for. Clean clean this store is fruits vegetables looked fresh well placed. Items are arranged and in order. Meat seafood pharmacies items. Excellent thank you thank you. I hate this place! They have the absolute worst customer service of any place I have been in my entire life. Dont have a bakery if its such an ordeal to put a cake in a box. Everytime I go here the staff is unbelievably rude which is why today I decided to never go back. Marcs is across the street and Aldis is in walking distance.

Majority of the customers are rude here, a bunch of karens. They dont care if you are in the way they will ram their cart into yours and not say anything. Wont say excuse me to get by.i guess thats what you get when you shop in this neighborhood

The employees were all very friendly and helpful but the problem I had was trying to navigate around the aisles when there are so many displays in the way. It made it very difficult to be able to navigate through the store.

Overall this store is very clean and the selection is decent. The prices are definitely higher than most so plan accordingly. The main issues you’ll run in to are at the curbside service and the delivery service. Constant mistakes in my orders and I’m told multiple excuses why they’re out of stock on certain items. I usually end up having to run inside after picking up my curbside since 9 times out of 10 they do have everything in stock. It just seems they’re lazy in that department or careless. There have been times when they would put over $40 worth of mistake items in my order and I wouldn’t find out until I’m home. Besides that it’s a great store I just won’t be using that service ever again.

I got a beautiful thick-cut 16 oz ribeye steak in the meat department. Im gonna cook that baby up medium-rare and share it with my best gal.

Produce is always fresh and everything is usually stocked well. This location has a state liquor agency and a pretty big wine and beer selection. Im a big fan of the scan and go so that I can skip the line.

I live in Lakewood but came to pick up my daughter stopped here hoping to find cinnabon coffee creamer and minute maid orange juice with vitamins ... but nope. They were out of ALOT of stuff. But! I did find barbs red cream soda which ours doesnt have and multi pack of ribs bull pork.. so that was a plus... was extremely busy there.

Good selection as compared to other local GEs but checking out is always slow and backed up. 2 of the 1st 7 aisles were closed with at least 4 to 5 people in the few open lines.

Very easy to navigate the store. Regarding Coronavirus safety: carts were being wiped down, aisles are marked, shields on registers, etc. Overall a comfortable shopping experience. The store also had a variety of other services including dry cleaning!

Have shopped at this store for 20 years and have to say that Ive never been more disappointed as I have been the last several weeks. The shopping experience is fine until you get to the checkout. Self checkouts are fine when you only have a few items, but when you have a full cart a cashier and hopefully a bagger would be nice. The whole checkout experience is horrible in my opinion. I understand times are changing but for the customers who choose to shop at your store a little old fashioned customer service would be nice.

Its a supermarket alright. Prices are too high and produce quality LOOKS good on the surface but has no taste its strange. Its as if they are doing something to keep it from ripening too fast until they are ready to sell and then accelerate the process for the shelf. Whatever it is its not natural and the flavor doesnt have time to develop. I dont buy produce from them anymore because its such a disappointment and a waste of money. I wish there were more places in my area to compete with my grocery buying business.

Cant complain on this storr very very organized and clean..nice store the employees that we had contact with nice and polite so far and most importantly you could find most of the time everything you need for your next recipes. Nice store..and if for any chance you visit the bakery the main baker is just a very polite and understanding person..sorry cant remember her name.... but shes great..great job..and We only visit the store when we are near there or when we want to order a pretty or delicious cake we go there all the way from Cleveland heights.

Get deliveries from giant Eagle weekly with no issues love it been using them for 2 years always have what I need and delivery is always on time super thank you

Great location and helpful staff.

This is a smaller Giant Eagle compared to others on the West side. The layout is a bit strange. It has a nice selection of fresh vegetables and fruit. They keep the slots full and rotate the stock well. The deli and meat counters are easy to get to and well stocked as well. My main issue is the layout of the rest of the store. The signs for each aisle are large and easy to read. The problem I have with them is each end lists different things. It can be hard to find common things if you are on the wrong end of the aisle. They always staff the check lanes and rarely are there more than 3 customers in line. Parking is a bit strange. The whole lot is on a hill so when you leave with a full cart, be prepared to push it up hill.

Great store and very clean

My wife and I have shopped at this store since it opened. We have always received courteous service. I especially like and recommend the sushi, muffins and the black Angus meat sold in the store. The only reason I do not grant them five stars is because they have stopped stocking some of the items we used to buy from them (scones, a certain brand of baked beans, soap, and tea so far). Since asking for these items back has not worked we now purchase these desired items at a less convenient store.

Shop at Heinens in Avon but just needed a few things and this store is on my way home from my hair appt. Some produce was molded as was the case on prior visits too. One cashier with long line. Self checkout is annoying. No bags anymore. Ill stick to Heinens.

Why must you put chips in 5 different places of the store? This makes it very difficult for me to find the Doritos dynamite chili lemon. Just a thought for future preference.😁

I have had many pleasant visits here and the workers are there are very kind. They have a wide array of anything you need.

Unfortunately its on grocery near us so we stuck. Never stocked. Especially produce. How you can go on a Sunday morning and there is no selection put out is beyond me. Also the isles are very narrow and for some reason most have some stupid display that now causes a log jam of carts. Really inefficient lay out. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this and forces this place to get it together. Its hard to switch stores when you know the layout but we are very close to it. Aldi is starting to look good.

Every time I buy fruit it is expensive and tasteless. I bought cherries a few days ago. So awful I can’t eat them. Very expensive too. Now Aldis cherries are inexpensive and taste great every time. Much like most of their food. Shame on you Giant Eagle for you terribly high prices with poor quality

Its a pretty nice grocery store. They have a Starbucks, so thats fun. And they have these great small little carts with drink holders for if you get a coffee!Its also very clean compared to some of the other grocery stores in the area. It was recently renovated so everything looks very clean and new. Theres also quite a large wine section and a giant walk-in cooler that I think they call a beer cave. The lines are usually reasonable, and they have the least frustrating self checkout machines I have ever used.If you have ever been to a Costco, this Giant Eagle will seem like heaven in comparison.

This visit was okay. I did get assistance with my groceries this time. They tell you to get assistance however it is usually not available, I am not sure if they know this, so I am taking the time to write it here. But it definitely takes for a very slow time were breaks have rotated for the guys to assist with helping the handicapped with groceries, this is Managements notice.

Small more upscale store. Sometimes doesnt carry what I want which means I have to go to another store. The cashiers and other workers are very courteous and helpful. I never have to wait too long in checkout lines. Clean store.

Sad went today for the first time in a while. Meat was expired and tons of stuff was not stocked. I couldn’t even get through half of the isles because there were empty boxes everywhere. I now have to go grocery shopping again to get the rest of the stuff on my list.The cashier and bagger were very nice though. That’s it. Other then that I walked by at least 5 workers not one said hello or can I help you find anything.

There is indoor/ outdoor seating to enjoy a snack, a meal, or a cup of your favorite beverage. Get go gas station is on the property as well as Starbucks,

Easy to get in and out of parking lot. Get Go in the same lot. Store is always clean, organized. I personally also use the PNC bank, cleaners and other shops in the same mall. Great location to get a lot done in one trip.

I love their Cafe. Today I had the A Team, Mr Kim at the sushi counter and Alex at the register. I usually see both of them when I stop n for a quick dinner. They are both so very pleasant and take pride in their work.

This is our favorite neighborhood grocery store! If you follow the ads, you can beat prices at super stores and warehouse stores! We know where everything is located, and the staff is helpful!

I would just like to say thank you so much to Dee in the kitchen service area I was there last night 8-18-16 and she went out of her way to help me!! She was amazing! Second I would also like to thank Jessica in the register area for making me and my son feel very comfortable when I had gotten to many things and had to put things back and Lori as well!!! They both were great!! However the girl Stephanie who was also by the cash register was not so pleasant and the reason for me giving the store 1 star. She was very rude and just not nice when I had asked her if I could just start over with my groceries she had a huge attitude like what I was asking was the most horrible thing ever. Like she had never done that or what not. She seemed to be very angry at the task I was asking. She made me not want to get anything and just walk out. Mind you no one was behind me it was late but not to late to where the store was closing and the store was very slow guest wise. I could see if I was holding up the line or making people wait but it was practically empty. Just a little detail so u can get the picture. Also I never said anything to her that was mean or unhappy guest wise or anything to stir up trouble. I kept my mouth closed. I didnt say one word. Just asked for what I needed. So for her to just treat me like that was uncalled for. Then while I was in Loris line she was standing there just staring at me giving me dirty looks. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I cant stress that enough. In my opinion she should not be working there as I always found GE to be a very welcoming place and with her working there Im sure youll have guests leaving. But if it wasnt for the other ladies I would of of left awhile ago.

Prices are starting to get high and there willingness to accept coupons is not as liberal as they once were. Still, they have a good and fresh produce section.

The Center Ridge Giant Eagle is always clean and inviting. Their selection of products is plentiful. And even though I have 2 other Giant Eagle stores closer to my house, I prefer shopping at the Center Ridge store. :)

Incredibly rude staff at check out ...honestly could not believe how the person in front of me was treated because she asked a question about where to find an expiration date on a product. Then we were treated just as rudely when we approached the cashier and manager too.

Nice food market. I come here bout once a month, every time I enjoy it. It is not one of my favorite places to shop, but its still a very nice place.

I LOOOOOVE THIS STORE!!!! Talk about scoring some deals! I received $30 worth of free merchandise tonight from clipping eCoupons, and purchasing items that were on sale! The store is clean, both inside and outside, and has more variety than Aldi, Marcs, and Heinens.The associates and cashiers are helpful and friendly, and fun to be around! The morale there seems great, too; a couple gals were joking around tonight, making each other (& me) laugh. I really needed a good laugh, too...& never hear that at other stores. What can I say about Giant Eagle ? They are a great store and have so many perks that can save you tons of money! Take the time to shop here instead of thinking you’ll save money at some small store where everything might be a dollar! Go to the real deal and get the real stuff!

Limited variety of products. Apparently having a restaurant taking up space is more important then having a good selection of products. The only reason I went here was for their selection, after all the prices are a good bit higher then other stores.

Best Giant Eagle Ive ever been to. Nicely staffed with great service. Delicious prepared foods. Yummy stir fry and sushi. This place tops Whole Foods anyday. A++

Terrible! Ive worked at a couple of them, but not this one! No one in the store friendly enough to help, just the mentally challenged and they couldnt even help me find what I was looking for, until I had to scream at the guy to go customer service for help! It was very irritating shopping there looking for something that was so simple and couldnt find it! They had no crab legs at all, just a half a pound left and told me, that, they dont know when they will be getting more,. Said the manager of the store had to order them and said, they dont Know when they will order them!!! Rrally?...thank you, Ive had a very bad experience today and Ill go somewhere else in the future
