Wow.. The in store shoppers blocking all isles walking in the store. The carts are all gone from the front staging area. I did take a few pictures to show that it is a clean organized store never the less. Will there be a returning shopper?Yes ! They sell Honey Mamas!

First time visiting this location. Wish there there were no locations available.Place was packed no carts and no baskets around.Some of the isles were overwhelming with in store shoppers for on line orders. I wish they had a better system in place for this.Store was definitely packed with customers.Good selection of items and also great selection of prepared food.They also have my favorite....HONEY MAMAS bars!!!! Cant wait for more delicious flavors to come in!I have missed shopping at Whole Foods, and was happy to at least have found this one.I would definitely recommend stopping in, check out the busy time on the their site for less stressful shopping experience.

We all refer to it as whole paycheckTheyre produce selection election is wide and and very fresh highly recommend Id recommend. Cheese selections are pretty varied we varied but are expensive is expensive incredible dairy products available elbow which was satisfy any dietary needs. Theyre seafood and meat departments fall short and are way overpriced The bakery is hitting this a lot of the items look good But I dont match flavor wise Again they have some good selections for people with special dietary needs. They are prepared foods And they are very pricey I do not recommend. They do offer a wide selection of frozen foods A lot of healthy selections. Overall its not the best place to shop if youre on a budget

Love Whole Foods.The shelves were not well stocked but thats due to the shipping backlog.Also, they wont use your brought from home bags. You can use them but you have to bag yourself if you want your own bags.

Even though its not in our budget to shop here regularly, we do love getting a few specific things here. And the hot bar/salad bar are always a win for us. We like to grab food for dinner and eat at a park close by to watch the sunset in the Summers.

I love Whole Foods. Each store has its own unique touch that keeps you coming back.

Big man tonight making the pizza was about enthusiastic as a empty pop can, let the cold pizza cook on the front end of oven and served semi cold with a very hot pizza oven right there, hopefully he is better off behind the scene a huge disappointment too my favorite pizza less mediocre service . What saved the one star is the energetic lady on register one asking if I found everything ok . One not so good one great 3 stars. That pizza server has to go ASAP or I am not going back:(

Alamzing customer serivce, fresh nice produces and always clean and tons of organic stuff

You are frequently out of what I am looking for.I realize that could be a shipping delay, which could be easily fixed by pay and benefits.The produce department is not good. For a while now, the oranges have been way past their prime.Other fruits and vegetables are somewhat lacking in freshness. I even purchased a garlic bulb that was completely inedible.I’m thrilled that the salad bar is back.I am a regular customer.I was forced to go to another store for produce, and bought necessities their while buying oranges.Please fix these issues.

I am in agreement with other reviewers. This was once a good grocery store for healthy and unique foods. Many longtime brands have been replaced by the inferior 365 brand. Most of the shelves are bare and many staff members, including managers, just throw up their hands and say there are supply shortages.They do not have yogurt, frozen fruits, gluten-free breads, edible fresh produce or many of the items that Whole Foods consumers are looking for.There are a few helpful, knowledgeable employees who will direct you to other grocery and specialty stores where you can purchase the items this store used to stock.I frequently drive over to Giant Eagle or even Target to buy my familys food these days--I never stepped foot in those stores in the past. The manager of this Whole Foods should be fired.

This is a lovely whole foods. They have a great produce and body section. There is a coffee bar inside as well as an actual bar. Great pre-made food selection as well. The staff are always awesome, so friendly and helpful.

Fresh food and clean store. Every associate that I came in contact with, was friendly and helpful. Awesome selection of treats in the bakery. Their prices are the same as their competitors, which was a pleasant surprise to me.

This location is usually phenomenal with their service . I had an encounter with someone by the name of Chris, he was absurdly rude when I needed assistance. It was as if he was too busy to answer a simple question and I approached him in a very happy demeanor. If he is in a leadership position or whatever it may be he should be setting an example . I hope you humble him . On the other hand another employee at the store was amazing to me and I didn’t get their name that day .

Love the variety of this place. If I ever need specialty food, whole foods is usually the place I look first amd the rocky river one is incredibly well stocked.

Great great store eveytime I shop here its a wonderful and pleasant experience...produce, dairy, seafood, meats, and other items that I need all have a large variety to choose from. Restroom was clean and the staff is helpful when needed. The cashier I had this time was fantastic ... his greeting and customer service was better than expectedUPDATE!!!!!Tried the Beyond Meat burger it was ok nice light taste ...I had it made really sloppy..add to the flavor of the burger

Produce looked good. Kinda small store but clean. Milk was almost $5.00 a gallon. Small bag of potatoes are just under $4.00. That was all I needed and bought.

Honestly have a decent selection of organic food, its just massively over priced. You will pay double some times triple for the same item that can be found at fresh thyme or just a regular store.

Store is very clean and organized. Team members were kind, friendly, and helpful. So many good options for groceries.

I dont go to WF often, for obvious reasons $$$, but I have to admit the produce is gorgeous, delicatessen and the store is clean.

Loved my shopping experience at whole foods their food is much fresher than the average grocery stores.

I love the Sonoma chicken salad and have to make special trips sometimes just to get it. Some stuff is too expensive of course especially in the center aisles but I do really enjoy the produce and deli items.

I’ve already called in my complaint to the company system.Some of the persons that are in management on the floor shouldn’t be.Surprisingly some very rude employees.Hopefully this branch of now extension of Amazon will recognize they represent a brand not themselves.

Whole foods always has fresh produce and many organic variety to choose from.

I have shopped at the store quite a few times. Great place to shop And great selection. I miss having to salad bar and hot bar open. My major complaint is customer service. Like to take your money but when you have to return something because it is faulty they give you a very hard time period

Wow. I had to return an amazon item and i was told there were a customer sevice in whole food. Never been to whole food but the store was nice to shop there.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful. I got everything I needed and the experience was so safe and smooth that I will be shopping here from now on. Restored my faith in humanity and brought me a little oasis of sanity during these times. Dont neglect to get yourself an oat milk latte on the way out, more affordable than elsewhere and you wont regret it.

I have been a huge fan of Whole Foods ever since I visited my first one in Chicago more than a decade ago. We have been regular customers of this one since they opened and its only like a 10 minute drive from our house which is great! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love that they have so many vegan and vegetarian options. Theyre prepared food section is fantastic, huge selection and everything always smells amazing!

We ordered groceries online, but there “was a problem with the delivery,” so they cancelled the order and refunded our money on an Amazon gift card. Not that they told us... we only found out because we checked the website 2 hours later. The woman at the store said the driver “had a problem,” though she wouldn’t elaborate. Ok, stuff happens. So we placed the order again and she said it would be a priority because of the earlier incident. They even said they’d deliver it between 8-10 tonight! But they didn’t. It’s now 11:30 and the website still says that our order is “out for delivery.” No notice of any kind. You would think that being owned by Amazon they’d be able to figure out how to deliver a damn package.

My favorite Whole Foods location. Went on Christmas Eve for dessert. Katherine took great care of me, and we had a ball! I changed up my order a couple times and we just laughed and chatted the entire time about holiday family dynamics like we were family ourselves. I cant wait until things go back to normal so I can take advantage of the usual smorgasbord. Anyhoo, the ladies in the bakery were just delightful. Thanks!

Awesome Fresh Food Service and People!!!

I love whole foods mostly because I eat mostly vegan and it has most of the stuff Im looking for. But the prices are a bit outrageous. Aside from the prices, most of the staff are very friendly. I had one staff assist me through the whole store to help me find everything I needed for Thanksgiving and I really appreciated that being there with 3 little kids.

The beat quality meats of any supermarket. They almost always have fresh oysters and a large seafood selection as well. One of my favorite places to shop.

Always enjoy going to whole foods. The Covid safety protocol was the best I have seen since it all started. I did mention to the staff how great it was to see them taking all the precautions like no other and they reassured me that they always have to. Thank you whole foods and staff for keeping us all safe.

Petty, illogical rules regarding mask wearing, witnessed an employee call the cops on some young female who stated she had a medical condition that wasn’t wearing a mask. Tried making her take her temperature etc...very ashamed of this Whole Foods.

Have everything for a Candida diet. Many items dont have all the processing. Great foods, even if its take home pre cooked... eliminates the stress of cooking.

I like the variety in the cheese, dairy and seafood sections. The seasonal salad bar is great-a lot of variety and unique dishes. The regular salad bar is good but often has lettuce thats on the edge. The hot bar can be iffy. If you get there too late in the afternoon, the food doesnt look fresh and is dried out. I cant understand why such big pans of it are made. Wouldnt it make more sense to make a half pan and change it out more often? The amount of wasted food must be incredible. That being said, I eat there once a week. Overall, I like the store, its clean and Ive found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a busy nightmare. Access to get in and out is problematic. That shopping center was never designed to handle a store as busy as Whole Foods.

Bought the take & bake pizza & I must say its a total bad joke! Compared to Aldis, which cost 1/2 as much & has 2x the cheese & sauce, the only upside to WFs is that they use unbleached flour!!

I got scones. They have a lot of scones. I got the blueberry ones. And they also have a lot fresh food and good priced voss water.

Not a fan. Terribly overpriced. People were somewhat pretentious and had a serve me first attitude. Lady in line behind me was in such a hurry she kept nudging her cart into the back of me. Gave her the stink eye and it didnt phase her one bit. Store is fine but its your typical highbrow clientele. Heinens is the same way right up the street.

I saw what looked like some kind of security person in the parking lot. I dont know whether or not he works for Whole Foods.

This store is very clean and had a great selection of organic products. I bought swordfish and scallops and some squid and also organic apples and organic kiwi.

Not to happy with their policy of not allowing you to wear a face shield! I have been wearing one at this store for weeks and now they want you to wear a mask over your shield. It doesnt get any more reduiciolus than this. I work for the State of Ohio and they accept this as a face covering. How do you keep changing your minds about what is and is not acceptable. I will have to think twice a about shopping here.

Be prepared to pay a little more than usual in this store, but they are the ones that have most of the items that you hear about on TV!! 😉 I love a scoop of their “frozen coconut whipped cream” in my coffee!!
