They are very honest and very hard workers. They had a packed house and all I need was an oil change and they scooted me in so I could get in and out quickly. These guys are great I’ll use them for any car troubles I have. Plus they do not rob you on price, very good guys!!

Wow no wonder these guys have 5 stars they really are the best. Was on my way to pick up my kids from daycare and ran over a nail which shredded my tire this happened at 520pm and had to get to the daycare by 6. They fixed my car within 15 mins and did a great job . Best prices best service and best people run this place highly recommend they saved me in my time of need. I was referred here by my in-laws and I am very satisfied with the service and price. They fixed the damage to my car as soon as the new part came in and also at a very fair price.They are also very honest. The mechanic at our dealership told us that there was urgent maintenance that needed to be done, but when I brought the car into Express Auto, they advised me that I did not need the maintenance for another 10,000 miles. Hard to find reliable people in this industry, so very happy I found this place.

This auto shop offers very good service. They have an employee at this shop named Mike. He is very courteous and is willing to take the time to thoroughly answer my questions. This shop does a good job of taking care of my car and they dont try to run up the tab by pressing me to have unnecessary maintenance and repairs. Keep up the good job, Mike. Friendly, reasonable prices and they seem pretty honest. I went to get a diagnosis and had the problem fixed soon after arriving. I was impressed with their service, their willingness to explain, their reasonable prices and their welcoming friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely the best mechanic you can find in the area. My radiator had busted and not only did he get it done in a timely and orderly fashion, he let me take my car and bring it back when I could afford it and put the fee I had paid him to diagnose it and for the coolant he filled me up on towards the bill for when I came in to actually replace it. Not to mention he charged me $300 less than anywhere else would have. ( I called around). And he didn’t use junk parts. Then just yesterday I bring my truck in because my check engine light was on and I needed to get emissions done. Got an oil change while I was there. Ended up just being my gas cap putting out a small leak so they fixed that issue and cleared the code. Went to pick up my truck and they only charged me for the oil change! Most places would have charged you a “fee” for even looking at it but not this guy. These are good, honest people and do good work for fair pay. Can not recommend this place enough

I have outstanding gratitude for Express Auto. They have repaired my car twice for separate issues, as well as a family members vehicle. The customer service here is unmatched. This place is the best auto repair center Ive ever taken a car to, the employees are very courteous and responsive to other issues on the vehicle without me knowing about it. One time I needed a side view mirror replaced and not only did they got be the best deal for me but they also took the time to take attention to detail and painted it to match my car perfectly. They are incredible at their craft and have mastered it as an art.

I do love this place. I try to get all my car work done here. However, Paul, the front desk/manager, doesnt seem to work here anymore, and that makes me question what happened to him? I liked this place because of him, and his service. I read a few other reviews, and I believe he is Paul Lim as he commented below. If that is him, and his review of a tech repair shop in GA is also him, then I would assume he moved to GA for some reason. I wish you luck with life Paul, and I miss you already.

I have been living around this area for a while. Taken my car to many places. This place is probably the most honest place I have ever been to. They might not be the most nicest mechanics who greets with you with a huge smile every time you go, but they are definitely not the ones that will add unnecessary charges on your bill. These days, it is hard to find places like this.One time, my old car had engine light on and I had to go in for emission test soon. I know from previous experience that most places will ask me to fix it for $700, but this place was honest enough to fix a minor problem for free. I honestly wanted to pay a small fee at least for their help. They tell you where they get their parts. They are not gonna rip you off for putting old parts in and charge full price. I gotta say I would recommend anyone that I know to go to this place if they got a problem.

Express Auto found time for me late in the day to plug a tire. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Very pleasant experience, I highly recommend.

Ive been going here since I moved to Florida. My wife would always service her car here while we were dating in college. Every time we road tripped home we would Always service our car here. Ive had two negative experiences with 2 different cars .

I used to love going to this mechanic. They would be good to me and my family, tell me whats wrong and get all the stuff fixed at a good price. Most recently they changed out a coil on my 2012 Honda Fit a year ago. That very same piston and coil caused me to have to rebuild and remachine the top of my engine. Call it a coincidence or not either way the new office guy Daniel didnt even want to discuss it. I have the part I have the receipt and he wont even talk about it with me and said we can argue about this all day if you like . I miss Pauls customer service the old office guy he wouldnt get snippy at me for trying to get a little knowledge and understanding out of them. Oh and I forgot to mention it was a $4000 repair that had to be done on my car and Ive taken five different cars to his shop more than twice each.
