Have never experienced being treated so badly as a customer on two of the four occasions I had visiting this location. Unfortunately we had to convert from Sprint to T-Mobile and get a new phone due to 5G conversion. Phone did not work properly right off the start. At last visit was told there was a bad T-Mobile Ap on the phone, it could not be removed, nothing could be done. There was no interest in resolving the issue and was told it was not their problem. We went from having a phone that worked on a reliable carrier to a phone that does not work properly with no apparent resolution from T-Mobile. Very poor service and experience.Update: After this horrid experience, we went to another T-Mobile location. Had a totally opposite experience. Person was very courteous, was very willing to help and treated us as a customer should be treated. After going on-line to look for solutions and making some adjustments on the phone, for the first time in 2 weeks since getting the new phone, I no longer have to constantly deal with T-Mobile has stopped working error messages. The good news for the initial location- I will not be returning. The good news for me, I now have a phone that operates properly and know where I can go for service and be treated properly in the event I need further assistance.
Are you aware you have homeless people living and drinking on your property? I dont like the litter and commotion. I understand they have to be somewhere but living on the lawn of our local businesses isnt the answer.
This is one of the best T-mobile stores I have ever visited. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I showed up at 7:00pm with a cracked screen and was out the door in under an hour. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable.
People at this store have no idea what they are doing. No desire to be helpful whatsoever, just refers you to customer service when they have to lift a finger to actually do something. A word of advice, when you ask for the manager ask for the actual manager not the person pretending to be one at at the front desk.
Juan was amazing. He was so cool and a very nice guy. Helped me resolve a huge bill issue and fixed a couple things on my account. Really smart and he definitely knows his stuff. He also helped me get a sweet promotion on my phone and two watches! Very professional and I would recommend him!

Wietek is a outstanding employee and definitely helped me resolve my phone issue. He provides great customer service. Some of the other male employees were rude and seem very irritated trying to rush me but wietek is so friendly and helpful, he actually cares and will listen to the issue and resolve it. I came here after visiting a different T-Mobile location earlier in the day and having an awful experience. They were so quick to fix the issue I had and were the perfect example of what good customer service should look like. Victor was the associate that helped me with my new phone purchase and he was great! I’ll definitely come back to this location next time!
Did not have a wait which was awesome! Kyle W. helped us to transfer data from one phone to another. Took a bit of doing, but with his expertise and a great sense of humor he was able to accomplish it in only a few minutes time. I had a very long and hectic morning when speaking to the offputting and ill phone customer service of T-Mobile customer care so I decided to go into the store for hands on assistance. I was greeted by Jay Patel and he was so sweet and intelligent. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, Plus introduced me to some new amazing store accessories that fit my lifestyle. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything cohesively and professionally. Jay was considerate of my time and issues as well as other customers too which I just thought was just awesome. He managed to change my dreadful day into one for the books!! I had a sales associate named Kitzia help me.When I say help me I mean help.She was very polite, patient and respectful.She not only removed my issue that a different location wouldnt she made sure I had accessories I needed.I give her a 10 +++.
Honestly the person at the counter did not want to do there job. Honestly just take the air pods off. Do people not want to work? Obviously you cant hear me. I was told by corporate to get a repair here. Money is no object but my time is very valuable. The amout of disrespect Ive received at this store. Thank goodness I unlocked my phone! Good bye! If I had my headphones on Id be fired! Get to work!
Always a great experience coming here. All the employees are super nice and attentive, but Guisseppe is literally one of the best employees weve dealt with so far. Even though there is a few other T-mobile stores near me within a 5 minute drive I would rather take a 20 minute commute to come here! I highly recommend coming to this location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Twice now this store has added on something to my service without my permission when Ive bought a new phone. I never get insurance on my phones, but they added a $15/mo insurance charge for a phone I bought there in May. I just spent over an hour getting the additional charges removed from my account.
Awful customer service. I ordered a new iphone 12 and was told 3-5 business days. Never came, no communication, no emails, no phone calls. I called there 5 times and finally talked to a manager, Javier. He said he couldnt help me either and to call the sprint 800 number as they dont know where my phone is. #VerizonForLifeNow Thanks T-Sprint.... Update: I did email Sean Whalen a detailed email per his request to this review. That was on 12/22/20.. it is now 1/4/21... no response Sean. FAIL x2!.. oh and still no phone or communications? Sad.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I came to drop off my sons broke iPhone off at the service center fro repair. I had done all the let work with sprint/T-Mobile. When I get to the store there is a check in desk with no one there. So I wait for 20 minutes until someone checks me and tells me to wait in my car because there are to many people in the store. While I am waiting in my car a T-Mobile employee walks out get in his car (plate #IL E53 9518) and get a bottle of brandy from his car and walks back in

I think reviewing a cell phone store is a bit unfair towards the employees there because a persons bias is completely up to how their issue was or wasnt resolved.Knowing that, Im still going to go out on a leg and say something about this particular store. The two employees that helped me directly were Tonisha and Eric. Tonisha was just a joy to talk to and when I initially picked up my phone from Sprint for a cosmetic repair it felt as if I were talking to a friend or family member. Shes a warm and friendly individual. I had to go back because of a network issue problem the next day and while that visit lasted a little over 2 hours, it wasnt all dread and gloom.The next employee was Eric. My phone had to go through a diagnosis and then a flash so I had time to kill. Ive been in the market for a smartwatch so naturally I asked about it. Eric was incredibly receiving to my questions and didnt seem annoyed or irritated by the amount of questions I had. He let me take one out of the box to play with and thats what sold me. The gear 3 was beautiful and I couldnt be happier with it. I do plan on getting a zenwatch still but the Im in love with how sleek and simple the gear 3 looks.I also want to give a lot of thanks to Danny (tech) and the two other techs that helped me through my two issues with my 7 edge. Ive been with Sprint for 17+ years; began on my moms and then finally my own. Out of most of that, this Sprint store has left the best impression on me.
The repair tech Ernie is amazing. Fixed my phone screen and was patient with my questions. He was super kind when the store was packed.
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars if it was possible. The employees are rude and look for a reason to turn you away. I was told that there is nothing they can do for me and that I need to call the 611 number. The staff is very unprofessional and not willing to help. I went to another T-mobile store and took care of everything in 10 minutes. Save yourself the time go somewhere else.
Im normally not the person to write a review unless I get terrible service or the complete opposite. In this case I got extorniary great service. Since the day I met Giuseppe before Sprint and Tmobile merge. He has always been so helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Because of him I would travel the extra miles to go to the tmobile store hes working at. He is an amazing tmobile worker and deserves recognition for his hard work!
I have had the worst luck at Sprint lately. I first signed up with my son and we shared an account. That wasn’t too bad: the price wasn’t always what it was supposed to be. It was very frustrating. The other issue was with my phone. I had to upgrade twice because the phone wasn’t working like it was supposed to.I don’t think you’re supposed to have to buy a new phone when something goes wrong with your phone. They should be able to fix the issue or offer you a trade.Then last year my son moved out of town. I ended up getting my own phone and account. I even I even upgraded to an iPhone because my daughter has one and she talked me into it. If I would have known all the issues I ended up with, I never would have bought that/this phone. I have to keep going into the store because the issues don’t stop. I have trouble with my cloud storage and I just got my phone in April! It’s crazy! I’ve never had a phone give me such issues!I wish the employees at this Sprint store could help me better than they are able to. Every time we go in, we have more and more issues! Hopefully one day they’ll get it right.

I came here years ago and had the worst experience so when I had to come back with a phone issue I wasn’t looking forward to it. It’s newly renovated and a new staff. I was immediately greeted by Alex, she was friendly and informative, fixed my phone issue immediately and setup me with an awesome promotion that was going on that I didn’t even know about. The experience was above and beyond what I thought it was going to be, and I no longer dread going to this store. Thank you 👏
THIS STORE IS A SCAM PLEASE READ!!! If I could I would give 0 stars. I came in looking to get a new phone and everything went pretty much well until the first bill came in. We had been charged for insurance on my phone, $15 (which I didn’t want since I take good care of my phone), a tracker I didn’t ask for (another $10 a month), as well as “safe and found”, “lockout premium security” (another $10 a month). Keep in mind I never asked for any of this. The guy that helped me was named Syed, seemed like a nice guy but failed to mention any of this and all probably for a $20 commission. And we called sprint they just said “it came with the phone so shouldn’t be any additional charges”. Disgusted. Unfortunately this is how many companies are now a days so don’t forget to ask what you are paying for.
Great service. Friendly helpful staff. Several people helped out and added their input and advice, suggestions about various products regarding phones and headphones. I ended up buying more items than planned but Im happy with my purchases.

I ordered an Apple Watch online but was leaving out of town the next day so needed it right away and I called and Dyllon from the store got it ready for me right away! He was super sweet and nice about it all! I was pretty annoying because I didnt know all my information needed to pick it up but he was super patient with me while I was calling my dad. Haha.
Took forever to pick up something when I had an appointment. 30 minutes later I’m boiling hot and finally got my watch. Go here to watch staff mingle instead of providing any service at all.
Horrible experience. Attendant was unwilling to help or offer options. I work for Scurto CEMENT and there account is for 200 phones. You would think that would mean something. Although Raquel called me back in and offered to help with the situation. She asked the first employee to help with this situation and he refused completely. Oh well I will have to come back once again to resolve this problem with my upgrade.
Note 5 screen was not responsive. I had tons of photos that I wanted transferred. I was told there was nothing they could do to transfer those. I decided to try Best Buy. They were able to use the USB converter that comes with the Note 8 and attach a mouse to control the screen. Transferred everything to the new Note 8. It did take a lot of time but it would have been nice for the Sprint repair shop to tell me it could be done.
I called this store for returning a device and they told me that you can come to the store and return device and as soon as I reached the store they told me they will not return my device here and they send me back from the door. I travelled 15 miles just for returning my device, they have they wasted my time and I called customer service they have also said me this store do it and I also called another store which was more far away from my house and they also said this is the main corporate store they can do it and the other employee said me they lied to me. I dont know why they told me to come here even they cant do it and even they can do you then why does they lied to me they cant . I will just say to you guys dont go to sprint they have really bad service for returning and exchanging and the device I got was also having black dot on the screen. I will not recommend this store and the employee here they just tell you to come and they just send you back from the door . I hope someone can take action about this especially for this store and employees over here.

I had come in to get a replacement phone on tuesday june 23 I have full covered insurance and told i have to call the insurance co to make a claim it took 4 times in the store with help from the manager he did although the first staff member that greeted me basically told me i was on my own? left me hanging i paid right out for the this phone iphone 11 its a long story short. he just rudely walked away his name is Ceaser do not let him help you he is very rude and unkind not helpful at allmy screen is crack while waiting for the phone to come in at the store, for pick up. my daughter gets the message my replacement phone is in i can come pick it this was june 25 i got there and a sign on the door says closed early for deep cleaning? why didnt they say that in the message on the phone i listened to the message and that was not stated. now i have to come back its not 5 minutes away from my home. Now another travel another 2 ways gas in the car time away from other important matters. Costumer service very very poorly handled store for a corp. store and full repair service so we will see today how i get treated when i get come in to get my new phone/. hope they will be more helpful and explain why they did not share in vm store is closing early i even called before coming only promp was the store is busy and nothing mentioned about closing early .
Horrible service. Drove from Carol Stream to only be told by male worker that he could not do anything for me to service my phone since it is through a corporate account, Scurto Cement. Came back in called back by Raquel. Awesome person. She helped clear the situation a little bit But the first employee came back and refused Raquel s plea to help me in this matter. I am disappointed I will have to make another trip to try to resolve my issue. Bad service even though Scurto holds 200 phones there.
Be extremely careful. They will tell you anything just to make the sale. Bill went up! Was told I could buy a watch at a discounted price, only to find out that they signed me up on a lease, not a purchase. At least they Lie to your face with a smile on it!
I accidentally dropped my phone while taking a selfie (not a high point in my life) and had to bring it in to be repaired because the screen was smashed. Every employee I dealt with was great. Super nice and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. Plus, my phone was fixed in an HOUR!
I’ve bent waiting for one hour to pick up a repaired phone. The woman helping me had my phone in her hands about 15 minutes into me walking in the store but said a manager had to help her. Been waiting ever since can see my phone but can’t pay. Not sure why they are so disorganized.

After contacting the store over the phone explaining my situation, the representative advise me to bring my 2 phones and they will take care of it. ( I payed for my 2 devises 30 D for the last 16 months. Never used it ). After waitting I saw the rep, and she saw my 2 devices, she told me to contact the insurance company as they cant do anything. I asked her to call them as i was paying my insurance to them every single month. She said we cant do anything. Wow !! All that money i paid were usless. Never advise anyone to go to that store. And insurance isnt what you think should do.. Extra money you pay for nothing !!!

This place is great! What makes this store so great are the awesome people that work there. For a few years, I dealt with only one person, Zane. Just goes to show that Sprint keeps they’re employees happy to stick around for awhile. Unfortunately, Zane transferred to Florida. Now I’m developing a new relationship with Zyed.Every associate here is knowledgeable. Whether it’s a Samsung or iPhone... doesn’t matter. They know these phones. If by chance you stump them on a question... they will own it and get the answer for you. If it’s as simple as asking an on-site manager or calling corporate... they will get an answer.I’ve dealt with this branch ONLY for years! Highly recommend that you go here for your phone needs!

Mitch the repair technician was phenomenal. He replaced my battery faster than he had originally said it would take. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was worth the 30 min drive to their sprint store. Key is to get there when they open as the repair center typically has a long wait later in the day.
I was unable to make calls out since Friday. I walked in and was greeted and assisted right away. Kaine was great. Kaine took great care of me and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. He even gave me great info on a future purchase and plan changes.
I see the reviews on here and I honestly am surprised. I went in to this particular store last night with a screen on my Note 5 that did not work. Now I work for a Freight Transportation Company and my phone is very important for the job that I do. I came in around 7:30 p.m. so half an hour before closing hoping that someone would help me, I was then informed that they only receive phones for same-day fix until 7 p.m. and at this point Im freaking out because I need my phone to work. Mitch S. Saw how much of a bad position I was in so he stepped in and took care of my phone on the spot. He changed my screen, and even replaced my battery, he also replaced my husbands back cover of his Note 5 and he did it all in like 20 minutes. A huge Plus to all of this was his customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the job he does and also very friendly. This was honestly the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Before I came into this Sprint store, I went to a different store and even called Samsung and they were no help. So thank you Mitch you are absolutely awesome. My husband and I have our go-to guy for getting phones fixed. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I definitely recommend this place, just ask for Mitch. ☺

I worked at Sprint for 5 years and had service with them for over 10 years. They had me wait in the store for an upgrade for 4 hours and made me leave without a working cellphone. I returned my Note 8 and 700 in installment billing accessories as a result the very next day (after they made me pay a restocking fee) just to find out that the store did the shadiest thing possible and not return my device and accessories for over 14 days in order to charge me 1500 in cancellation fees. I will report this shady practice to their district manager and the better business bureau.The store manager was not there so the supervisor on duty, Rafael, proceeded to hang up on me then say it was because he was busy. Called again and Saleem put me on hold for over 30 minutes while I tried to gather the district managers name and email address.

He try’s to add purchases onto your bill. I caught him adding an $90 speaker when I didn’t want it. I confronted him and he tried to lie about it. WATCH OUT FOR RANDY!

Today, we had a confusing upgrade, line/number change, etc. We were there a while, but Kaine never became frustrated and the manager was quick to help as needed. We think you should go check it out! I know people are complaining on this review site, but I have to say I disagree with most of them.As soon as I walked in I was stopped by an employee and I was put into a queue. The line was long, but there was a lot of people so it is to be expected. The line moved quickly and I was able to wait in a very comfortable area with a tv. When it was my turn to be helped a man approached me and answered all of my questions. My phone was taken and I was issued a loaner phone to use while mine is being fixed.Overall the people here were very fast, kind, and helpful. I would absolutely return to this store!
You come across the laziest technicians at this location. I had a problem with my phone where the charging port needed to be cleaned. I told them my problem, they tried their charger & said nothings wrong with it. Got home to the same issue. Wasted gas going back for them to clean it. Now my fiancees phone has the same issue, they said her charger is bad. Before leaving the representative says these phones are recommended for wireless charging (ignorant ass). So Im at home charging her phone with my charger & my phone with her charger. As soon as I plugged my in it gave a warning, I unplugged it & plugged it back in. No worries Ill do your job & clean out the charging port lazy asses.

Very helpful staff. I made an appointment after I couldnt get anywhere with Sprints call center in India. I made an appointment here (you need to give 3-4 hours notice) and went after work. I was very frustrated, but Zane got me in and out quickly and was very polite and understanding. He gave me his card and told him to call him specifically with further issues. I didnt have to complain or yell, he and the other staff were very polite, professional, and helpful.The store is hard to get to, being in the corner of a busy street. The inside is nice and clean, they have tvs and benches to keep you occupied as well as various electronics to keep you entertained.

I have been to this store location multiple times over the last several years and in general the service is okay depending on the person that you have helping you. The wait time is often very long at times & it appears ridiculous because theres almost always customers just standing there and customer service employees that Im not sure what they are doing. I know that is probably at times just an appearance, but its hard to shake that feeling because it sure feels an awful lot like they are trying to keep you standing around so that you might look at the phones or other devices in the store while you were standing there wasting heartbeats.
Went there this morning with my phone that is not working at all. They told me it is not their fault it is Samsung’s even though it is a phone they sold me under a year ago. This is not the first time I went in there for phone problems. Each time they told me something different, which makes me believe they do not know what they are doing. Then when I called sprint for further advice a lady said she would call back, but never did.
Just the absolute worst. I worked with a guy name John Yi and, in addition to being completely uninformed as to what his company offers (promotions, military discounts, etc) he also makes false promises which hell then blame on misunderstandings. I really hope this isnt the best Sprint has to offer.

We walk in no one greets us or acknowledges us even though the Supervisor and other employees are standing behind the desk chatting with each other. I made an appointment yet no signs or anything telling us where to check in. The whole point of my visit was to replace the screen on my sons phone. They give me some garbage about the litmus paper and I need to upgrade or pay for a replacement. We walked out. This was the last straw for me with Sprint. I’m moving my service elsewhere. It’s a shame that I’ve been with Sprint for close to 20 years and they still don’t know how to treat a customer.

Went into store to get battery checked. Wont stay charged. They “looked” at it and said there was corrosion by the adapter inside. So we needed to upgrade or pay deductible $225 for new phone. So we both upgraded to XR. We went to apple store in mall the next day and had them look at phone. NO corrosion at all. Phone was fine. Just needed a new battery. Would have cost me $0 cause i have insurance but NOPE they said corrosion. Apple opened up the phone since they can and did everything infront of us including testing it and just needs new battery. Now i cant bring phone back because they said there’s corrosion and they cant just replace the battery. This store is a bunch of crooks. Stay away. Ive had sprint for 17 years and no problems but this store is ridiculous. CROOKS AND LIARS!

Per usual, sprint sucks. Came in yesterday to pick up my phone. The lazy slow attendant told us to do it online and come back the next day to avoid the upgrade fee. Went home did what she said- guess what, still paid an upgrade fee! Clearly miss lazy just didn’t want to help. Anyways I made an appointment to pick up my phone and transfer my data. Come in - NO APPOINTMENT and a rude customer service agent- John Yi telling me I’m 8th in line after showing my email confirmation of my appointment. TRY AGAIN SPRINT! Finally after 9 years I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Additionally Dabnis laughed at me as I explained my situation. And manager Eric talked over me with mute points. Note the only negative reviews I’ve ever left are at sprint stores. I am long time customer service vet for companies like Enterprise and Amazon and quite frankly am disappointed every time I interact with a Sprint agent.
Worst experience ! The staff is very rude specially the guy with the ear pierced is the meanest of all. He never greets or shows respect. We went there because we had a problem with our battery but instead of helping he was arguing. We were told by the customer service to go show it to the store to find out what can be done. We drove one hour to get to this place to get insulted. We spoke to the manager Hira Shetty and she says We have no control over what customer service says ? The worst bunch of employees i have ever seen in my life !!!!! I wish I could give them -5 stars.
Young, the store manager, was super helpful . He went above to explain and fix the issues and concerns i had with my bill. I highly recommend working with him for all your phone issues and concerns.

Showed up just before closing, place was packed. They still blessed your boy with that celly. So tight. Total commitment to their customer homies and not a hint of bad vibes from the Sprint squad despite me rolling in late. Legends.
Horrible useless staff that take forever. They actively DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU. Any chance they have they lie and say the only way to do it is online or through the phone so they dont have to do any work.
