Avoid working with store manager, Sean. He messed up my device trade-in, which led to 2+ hours of trying to get my full credit directly through Verizon. He told me one thing (and I did my homework to know exactly what deal I was getting), then my bill said something different. Im only giving 2 stars cause I had a better experience working with Parth who seemed way more knowledgeable.

Was yelled at by the Manager Darin Ramsay for questioning why I wasn’t notified that the back up on my sons phone wasn’t complete. Asked him to lower his voice and he told me he speaks to everyone like this. Perhaps he was annoyed by the lady trying to short him $1.00 on her purchase. Nonetheless, he was NASTY!

I walked in 10 min before closing for a quick question and one of the employees looked annoyed he wasn’t even helping me. When I was trying to show him something on my phone, he sat down ignored me and just told me to call Apple. I ended up figuring the issue out myself. So horrible. I was so upset

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Absolutely the WORST experience I ever had at a Verizon store. I bought a Note 20 there which I was super excited for, unfortunately for some reason I was unable to hear calls unless on speaker phone. No big deal except the reps there would NOT exchange the device for me even though I was within this 14 day return policy. They refused to help me in anyway and just wanted my money. I had to go to the Verizon Store down on Rand road in order to get anything resolved. Thank god the reps on Rand Rd were there because if not my family and myself were going to switch to another carrier. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

Was trying to pick up a phone but had some issues because Im not the account owner. Sabrina was extremely helpful and worked with me so I eventually was able to go home with the phone. She was very nice and knowledgeable!

Before you leave the store, make sure they sell you the correct part. Needed to buy a charger the day before my vacation for my phone and tablet at this store and they sold me the completely wrong accessory. Upon my return, I tried to return it at 2 different stores, but found out that the product is discontinued and Id have to return it this store only. Finally made it back but because I was 2 days past the 14 day return policy, I cant return it. First they tried to tell me that they didnt sell me the wrong part. They claimed I would have had to have my phone or tablet with me. 1) who goes to their cell phone store without their phone. 2) The charger matches both the phone and tablet. The tablet I was replacing/purchasing from them that day! Then the manager claimed they would have checked to make sure cord matched my equipment. But, how could they if the cant open the box (store policy, their own words). The manager claimed she cannot override the system nor can she call HQ to fix the issue. No offer for even a store credit. Even though THEYRE the ones that screwed up. She did say she can buy it back from me, but for only $10. Or suggested I can try to sell it myself on eBay. So now Im stuck with a $25 discontinued cord. Its not much $$, but its the point they cant, or wont be, accountable for their mistakes. Im not switching service because of one bad sales rep and store manager. But theres plenty other Verizon stores I can go to instead.

Worst service ever! I order the 3 phone devices at monday, and supposed to be at store at Wednesday. It’s already friday and they still didn’t have devices ready. They call me at 4:15 to tell me that order is ready to pick up, I come to pick up devices 4:45 and they tell me I supposed to waith 45 minutes outside. I am trucker I don’t have time to spend waiting at home from Wednesday!

Olya has always gone over and beyond her responsibilities as a Verizon employee. She is a wonderful person who is passionate about her work. Olya is very knowledgeable and extremely patient especially with customers like me, not a millennial nor a techy person. My whole family loves her. We are never apprehensive about asking for help because we know how kind she is.

Ray was rude and badgering a customer. I ask the sales person to ask Ray to calm down, neither sales associate was interested in doing this. I asked who was in charge, one responded that he was. He wasnt interested in helping the older women out. He just that she didnt understand the product, she bought. She was trying to return the product, Ray kept telling her that it will save her live, and she has to get the hum. Ray then started yelling at me, asking me weather I wear a seat belt or not. He also came around the counter in an aggressive matter. Never go to this store Ray is very aggressive if you dont buy the hum.

I came to the store to buy a charger, and the gentleman tried to sell me on something I didnt even ask for. I get the commissions part, but please try to find out what my interest are. I work in sales and understand the husstle, but cmon man..

I went in to purchase a charger and the gentlemen behind the counter was very rude. Wouldnt listen to my questions...kept giving answers without even hearing what I needed. Seemed to try to rush me through the process. I was also interested in upgrading my phone also but after being treated that way, I decided to go to my favorite branch closer to home. Just received my phone and I am very happy. Customer Service does matter. I wish I would have encountered Olya Pritzker. She seems to get great reviews and maybe she could have turned my experience into a positive one.

Need to be more careful with their verbiage.Traded out my old iPhone for the new 7. Apparently they no longer offer on the spot in store credit. You must send your old device in and wait for a credit back to your Verizon account.This was not conveyed to me when I ordered the phone, I was told the difference would be a wash in the end it will be. However going in expecting to pay $100 max, only to end up paying $300 out the door has left me a very dissatisfied customer.When I attempted to cancel the transaction, I was told there would be restocking fees. I am not about to pay extra for miscommunication on the stores end.

I am truly blow away at the amazing level of service of an employee Olya Pritzker of this location. I came in late at night with an IPhone issue and was looking for another business and was in a lot of distress and the employee went above and beyond to help even though it wasn’t even her job to do so as I am a customer of another carrier. She was willing to take the time out of her day to at least look at what is wrong with my phone which is more than Apple did after an hour of waiting in line and try to make suggestions as to what could be wrong with the phone and what are the options and solutions I had. She was honest and helpful in offering me good options if I would be interested and willing to switch to Verizon as well as give me options that could help me to get by in the meantime. Her level of effort to help was not only useful to me in a difficult situation of helplessness, anger and stress but also her ability to communicate was very calming and helped me rationalize my options. I am currently leaving for military duty and getting a new phone was not going to be of use for me at the time as I will not be allowed one for a while but just this experience alone from a Verizon employee would really make me switch over from my carrier when I am able to. Once again thank you to Verizon for having an employee that is knowledgeable in their work and place of business and going above of what is expected of her.
