Horrible location. I ordered 2 scoops on a regular plain cone. She hands me it in a cup. I repeated, that I cared for a regular plain standard conE. She looks at the counter, lost, and said we dont have that. even though Im looking RIGHT AT them. After she figured it out, she hands me the 2 smallest scoops Ive ever seen in my life. Its barely even the size of a single scoop at other locations. And theres NO graham cracker in it (Beach day flavor) its supposed to be full of them. NONE. Cause it was the side scrapings of the tub, so it didnt even take like it was supposed to it tasted like frost (if you know what I mean). I mentioned it to her and she just stared at me like I was speaking jibberish. And since the 2nd scoop wasnt even pressed onto the bottom scoop, it fell off as soon as I went to take a bite. Save your money and go to a different location.

I just ordered 2 scoops of ice cream, and received barely 2 scoops of ice cream, when in the past the scoops have been touching the lid of the cup. I paid $11 for 2 cups with small baby scoops, when I ordered 2 regular sized scoops per cup. Poor service.

Love their cappachino Blasts. Awesome. Only place to go is the one on Kirchoff Rd in Rolling Meadows. They know exactly how to make them.

Used to love it here. But it has lost its charm a few years back. Malts are not good. Shakes are ok. In general, nothing special.

The cashier was handicap never seen something like this before, but he was addorable. The total was like $ 2.25 I gave him 3$ and after like 5 or 10 seconds he gave me a dollar back and said I get the senior citizens discount lol. I was in a hurry so I took the dollar walked out. I should of gave dollar back to him so that he can keep it. Things happened so fast and they threw me off with the disabled cashier. But yeah I got u next time..

Your standard dunkin doughnuts/baskin robins. They get my food correct 90% of the time.

Slow service, they focus more on the drive thru. I went there to get only 2 baggels with cream cheese and waited about 15 for my order to come. I seriously thought they just forgot about me. Until, I looked at the woman who took my order as she was drinking coffee (nothing wrong with that) and she just said your order is coming....And I was the only one in the store. I understand them being busy on the drive thru but Im sure they could have done better.

I love this place for their one of a kind donuts.
