I LOVE this store. I live in Chicago and 3 times a week I go to Schaumburg and on those 3 days I always stop at Meijer.Its clean, well organized, huge selection in every department, good quality and prices.For those of you that enjoy late night shopping, I think they are open 24 hours.One of my favorite pair of boots, I bought here along with some stylish clothes and handbags.Check it out. I think youll be happy you did.

Found so many expired products at this location. Manager Mario from the meat department and Dave from the gas station have some serious anger issues and are extremely rude. Most of the cashiers don’t know what they are doing. Overall a terrible experience every time I try to do my shopping here. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The phrase bigger is better applies to this store, is huge! And you can find a bit of everything here from produce and meats to engine oil and cleaning supplies and everything in between.

The woman in the self checkout (she has a limp) is super rude. I brushed it off the first time, but she is awful and has not treated me well any time she has been there when I’m checking out. There’s another woman that is fabulous, but not sure of this customer service job os right for the rude one. Only repeated bad experience I’ve had here.

Has everything I need and the produce is better than other stores in the area.

Went in just to see if anything has changed, same Meijer store.. When Meijer first open in Rolling Meadows they had good prices. Over the past couple of years the prices are higher than Jewel, Marianos and Tonys. The gas at Sams Club is cheaper than Meijers price even with the 10 cents off using a Meijer CC. Plus at Sams you get 5% back on your gas purchase. Their Perks program needs to be upgraded.

I love this store. Yes it is another big box retailer, but if we have to shop them, it is important to shop elsewhere other than walmart. This helps to keep prices low. Meijer has a great selection and produce. The store brands at this retailer are also generally really good.

This Meijer store is hit and miss. Shopped today, and store conditions were poor. Out of stocks in many areas. Shelf tags and signs missing. Didn’t find any employees on the sales floor to answer questions. Far fewer sale items these days, and retail prices are much higher. Sure seems like they’re having difficulty finding people to work, which is common with retailers. Won’t be shopping this store unless things things turn around.

I always like to purchase an icee cup after grocery shopping and was delighted when the register I went to actually had a supply of them. But that delightfulness was washed away when the male cashier seemed to be upset. I didnt want to involve myself but I do hope hes being treated fairly.

Come for the groceries. Stay for the electronics and appliances. Come back for the clothes.You will love it here!

My husband and I really enjoy Meijers. It’s like Target but with more groceries and Carhart. This location has beautiful plants, great customer service, and a nice vibe. As far as mask wearing, it’s about 50/50 for employees and customers.

They have lots of false advertising; for example, in front of their candy display it says, buy 1 get 1 free; in very fine print it excludes the bags of candy its in front ofTheir cashiers are always arguing with me on my use of coupons, theyre like it excludes this size, we look at the container size and its includedSimply put, its being run by 4 years olds who are clueless with customer service

I liked it here they have everything my grocery store doesnt have. A few things are out of stock and self Checkout had a register down or I world have given 5 stars

I mean, its another Meijer. Greeters are really nice, but recently a lot of the more specific food products Id buy are no longer available. Im not sure if its only this location though.

My one complaint is that I had asked an employee if they had any more minced garlic in a bottle. He said no, itll be coming in tomorrow. I asked if they have it anywhere else in the store. Some stores have it in produce, or the spice isle. He said no, this is the only place. Well, Im glad I checked the spice isle because they had plenty to choose from.....and I didnt have to go to another store just for that!

Clean, organized, well-stocked. Ridiculous wait for checkout, but they did have several cashiers open in addition to self-scan.

I prefer Meijer to other discount mass markets slightly. This location has ample parking and they make it easy for social distancing during Covid times

The clearance section is pretty cool, offering 75% off discounts on home decor, office supplies, and a few other odds and ends.*Clue: its located near Home, marked with yellow balloons, and the location is not known by all employees.Otherwise, the salads did not look too good and prices are not as low as I am used to at a competitors.

This review is for their gas station. I use diesel for my car and the diesel fuel at their gas station is all B5 or less bio which is perfect for my car. If you need B5 or less, this station is for you. Specifically this has Diesel #2.

Love this Meijer. Always great sales and selection. I was upset when they closed the Meijer in Niles, it was much closer to home. But this one is well worth the short drive to get to. Its much bigger anyway.Ive easily spent 2 hours here, one in the food section and another in the housewares /clothing part. We go about once a month to stock up! Download the app and save a picture of your rewards code and pre-save coupons.I do wish the health and beauty section wasnt by the food, but its next to the pharmacy, which makes sense.

The employees at the self service registers really need to respect customer personal space! They constantly hover and even reach in to press survey questions. Very intrusive!!

Clean and well stocked, this super market with generous hours is my go-to for fresh produce and and other snacks. The aisles are spacious which allows for proper social distancing throughout and there are plenty of self checkout kiosks for those that prefer it. The electronics section is a bit disappointing, but It will do in a pinch. Id recommend going to a dedicated electronics store if thats what you need. Most Meijer locations have excellent clothing and homegoods sections and this one is no different. Of the superstores located in this area, Meijer should absolutely be your first choice.

I fell in love with Meijer back in March. Items are reasonably priced compared to a Jewels or Marianos. Stores are nice, clean and organized (which matters when youre looking for things). The staff will help you find whatever you need and cashiers have a good attitude. I love that I can always find what I need from Meijer - it has become my go-to place for groceries.

The reasons for my review its because of the outstanding and stellar customer service I received everytime I visit the store. Every week I get to buy milk from them and other items we needed for the restaurant. This place and its team are beyond amazing. I shop super early and youll see staff greeting you with smile, normally its Caroline, Debbie from the cash registrar will see me and will say hello with her big bold and happy voice, and Sangita too, this 3 ladies are just fantastic. They help me making my purchase a lot easier without even asking them, they will initiate to extend help right away. For almost a year since pandemic theyre customer is exemplary and consistent in taking care of customers, helping customers and not ignoring them.. they have the best team work regardless of what isle you may end up no one will ignore you. all the staff working hard stocking everything and the best part is super duper clean! One of my best experiences was last couple days when Erika the night shift manager and Nikko, help me looking for the specific item faster, Erika literally walk with me to find all the items. They totally didnt give up looking for the product I needed, such amazing people. Cant thank them enough, normally some other store staff will refuse to help you because they just dont wanna help or theyre just lazy but them even though I guess theyre shift is over theyre still took time to help me and I appreciate it a lot! Thanks Meijers team, this company has been blessed with wonderful workers and amazing team that quality of service and value they implement is always at best. Thank you! I went through the drive through to pick up meds. The med tech or pharmacy assistant was super nice and very efficient and she had a long line to deal with before and after my turn. I highly recommend this pharmacy

Its a nice, large store with several departments and decent prices. My only issue is that it does not carry some of the vegan products that I was able to get at the Bloomingdale location or maybe I have not found them yet. I just moved to the area.

Customer service didn’t want to accept me return a coffee maker that was bought 4 weeks ago, they said they needed the box, the user manual and the receipt, I got rid of them since it worked well, I brought my credit card with which the purchase was done but that was not enough or helpful for them, when I tried to get the barcode from the same item unfortunately I couldn’t find it since the one I bought seemed to had been the last one, they didn’t offer to help me get the barcode, when I tried search in the web for the UPC or any code number the site always prompted me to enter my username or phone number when I’m not a registered user, I don’t see that problem with other super market websites nor the way they help me find the transaction if I’m missing the ticket. So frustrated.

Meijer us the best voice for 1-sto0 grocery shopping. In addition I grocery items, they offer a large selection of home goods and general merchandilse from bedding and linens to automotive and pet supplies. Prehpandemic, the stores were open 24 hours but have now close at midnight daily. Both their sale and regular prices are highly competitive. Their no cost MPerks rewards program is easy to use and definitely saves its members money. The sores do a good job 9f identifying MPerks specials on the shelf tags. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Its much nicer after the renovation. Not too crowded which is great for these Rona times. Got a flu shot. The pharmacist was very nice and worked quickly.

Great fresh produce, tons of selection, and never a long line at the deli. I love Meijer because they carry things at cant find at smaller grocery stores. I even get cute clothes and shoes there too! The only drawbacks are that it is big so shopping takes more time, and there are never very many open check out lines.

This is by far my favorite grocery store!! They have great prices and so many quality store options. Their home section is wonderful as well. I love being able to get everything that I need in one store!! They are doing a great job at keeping their store clean, safe and properly stocked.

I liked that there is front parking for quick trips. I was running in for only 1 specific item. I didnt like that the 3 workers I asked where I could find that specific item didnt know. Luckily a customer heard me asking for the 4th time and told me where the item would have been if it was in stock. I purposely went to Meijer because the website stated the item was in stock. Quite disappointing, but it was a quick in & out!

This store is always exceptionally clean and organized. Staff is usually friendly. They dont always have what I need but like other stores dont carry everything. Prices are a little high on certain things but they always usually have good deals. Definitely is a store I will continue to purchase from.

Let me just start by saying this is my local store and have had a positive experience many time. I have literally spent thousands at this location over the last year. For real from bikes to clothes to food and appliances.However today Maria working the self check out went out of her way to make me feel like a shoplifter. We were there buying groceries and decided to pick up a broad game. The price on the shelf said 14.99 it rang up for 24.99. I went back to get a picture to show her. She called back for a price check anyways totally fine with me it’s not like I was lying. You could tell she wasn’t happy about and said there is nothing I can do. You are mistaken she said. Honestly she hovered over me for most of my check out checking her screen often as if I wasn’t ringing up all my items. It was a $10 difference on a $175 order. Terrible customer service.

It wasnt crowded but there was a fair amount of people. Everyone was wearing a mask. I found some great prices throughout the store. It was actually my first time in this store. I will definitely be back!

Always find what I need here at good prices. Their beer & wine selection is quite large for a grocery store. Always such friendly people helping at the self-checkout. I love the feature to shop & scan all my groceries using my own bags then just one scan at the self-checkout.

Much better shopping environment than the competition. They do struggle to keep stocked on weekends.

Rarely has things in stock. A slot can be empty for weeks, maybe even have random things it its place. Happened even before covid. They close at 12am now and still have to stock shelves during day and are constantly in the way creating traffic with their carts. Service is subpar. Can have a great visit with everyone greeting you or youre in line on the only register open while employees hang about in customer service.
