The bottom bracket on my fiberglass shower stall door started to loosen at one end. I spent several hours scraping off the rubber bond on the bottom bracket and door where it attached so new bonding strips could be attached. The newly placed strips were placed onto the bottom door bracket without any silicon sealant. The supposedly repaired bottom bracket could easily be pulled back from tbe door allowing much water to enter and mold to develop. Worse still, the bottom bracket was attached to the shower stall door in a manner making it impossible to close shut. I through away the now useless door and opted to purchase a new shower stall door from thw other glass company in Roseburg. Douglas Glass is not getting my business evah again.

Had enough of the old aluminum sliding glass door jamming and taking out our shoulders... Douglas Glass promptly came out and measured for a new, custom ( odd size) vinyl model with e-glass, ordered it and came out and installed it when they got it in. The 2 techs were very polite and professional and did a great tear out/install job in less than 3 hrs. It also included re-doing 2 screens and replaced a double-pane window with mold between the 2 panes - all for a reasonable/competitive price. I wouldnt hesitate to call on them again.

Weve done business with Douglas county Glass for years, everything from mirrors to glass tops for tables, window paines for antique window frames, to aluminum window screens. So when I needed my passenger side review mirror replaced, I went to Douglas Glass. While paying with my card thier card reader said approved remove card. The lady waiting on me said I took the card out to soon run it again. I did, silly me!! The next day I notice Ive been billed twice!! Ive spent the last 9 days trying to get the second charge reversed only to have Douglas glass insist they werent payed twice when my bank shows they were!!! Be CAREFULL using a card to pay for your purchase with them!!! Most expensive side mirror ever!!!!

I got my windshield chipped the other day & didn’t want to use my defroster this morning so it wouldn’t get worse at all! So I went in to Douglas glass because my stepdad recommended it. The lady at the desk was very nice & they checked the chip out & the guy got it filled in & ready in 15 mins barely had to wait! Def would go back to these people if I had any other problems with glass! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
