We had our TPMS go off when we were pulling our fifth wheel out from an RV park and found out that it wasn’t holding air. Luckily, we saw Industrial Tire Service just a mile away. They were Amazing!!! They very quickly got us in, pulled out a screw that caused the leak, patched us up and sent us on our way. Wonderful service!! Highly recommended 👍🏼

I am sitting on the side of the road with a flat tire. The company that I drive for contacted this tire company and was told that someone would be out to fix my tire within an hour. They never sent anyone. And theyre closed for the night. If you find yourself in my situation Id call them every ten minutes for status updates. Nix that, call a different tire shop.

Waited and waited to have tires rotated. No one ever asked if I needed help, never asked for keys even though I spent over $1,000 on new tires with them. Very disappointing. Will have to find another place even though I will have to pay. If a man had been with me, this never would have happened.

Went in to get tires balanced, drove away with a worse wobble than before. Most of the workers werent wearing masks 😤 they claim to be virus free but thats not safe. We will never go back!

This is the BEST place in Douglas county. I would suggest to come here instead of anywhere else. The service is amazing, theyre so kind and understanding. There service is excellent, my apt was on time and the guote they gave me was was the price I paid. They got me into tires that was what I needed for the type of driving I do. I didnt feel hustled or pressured into something I didnt need. The mechanic found a problem with my tie rod and they were able to get it fixed without charging me for work that was not necessary.

Time to remove studded tires....Basin tire gave a quote of $80 to mount balance a set of 4 over the phone....That changed to $150 when I arrived Because I had purchased a set direct from master craft.... Go figure...After waisting over an hour of my time... They then refused to even mount the tires stating some company policy regarding INTERNET TIRESMaster craft is still Master craft whether they sold me the tires or not....Is this our new American way of doing business...... 😔
