The friendly employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Im always greeted with a smile when I enter the store. Whenever I have an order that needs to be loaded by the staff, its always done quickly and efficiently. I love that they now have a rewards program that you can join.

Gave the cashier the tags and asked for 2 bags of layer pellets and 1 bag bag of scratch. When I got back to the pad out area they informed me that I was rung up for 2 scratch and 1 pellet. I said I was happy to give them the $3 difference. They said no I would have to go back in the store, wait in line, and void my purchase to repurchase the right thing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t want anything for a lower price I just didn’t feel like I should have to go through all the extra trouble for their mistake. I refunded my purchase and will be a loyal Tractor Supply customer from now on. Very frustrating!

Coastal employee Dawson in Roseburg, Oregon was awesome regarding his sharing knowledge about my FEGAK47 and measuring the barrel length correctly.A month earlier awesome Dawson went out of his way to acquire laser info for my Sig Sauer P365 SAS pistol. We get our feed, livestock vaccines, chicks, ducklings and veterinary supplies here. They had very healthy ducklings and chicks compaired to tractor supply and dc co-op. The ones we saw at the other shops were very sickly and dying. The staff here is very helpful, kind and knowledgable. They have quality clothing, affordable feed and the best Iowa smokehouse pepperoni sticks! We stop by once a month to load up on animal feed.

Bought propane gas. The gentleman was quick and pleasant.

Just had the worst experience with Kris the store manager she refused to honor assign that clearly advertise assail a 40% off Noble Outfitters see photos she said it does not include pants however the sign is clearly over the pants not to mention theres no other Noble products around it she embarrassed me me and my wife on the line check out line she said it was a mistake but she cant honor it. Not to mention that I requested to speak with her three times but she refused to come out of the back room so I insisted to speak with her to no avail she stood our ground took the sign off. And made sure that I knew that she probably won.

Always have what we need for our dogs and chickens! The chickens we bought from here have been happy and healthy since day one. They take good care of the baby chicks.

I’ve always have a good experience here. The guys in firearms, and the gals up front have great professional & friendly personalities. Load out is always perfect as well. They’re always wanting to help, and don’t act like they’re doing you a favor like another local farm & ranch outfit does.

Called looking for specific work boots…. It was clear that Jackie did not want to go look for the boot that I needed. Told me the best option was to go look in store what they had…. If I had the time and opportunity to take my time to go look I wouldn’t be calling…. Some customer service Jackie has.

One of my favorite places to shop in Roseburg. These people go on and Beyond the Call of Duty make sure youre happy with your purchase. Everything I bought there has been high quality at still in use years later. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and good service

They had a variety of country living type of clothes there..nice litle selection. I bought a long summer dress..and al the things u need to set up manual lock set up...HUGE variety of different styles of locks and what paddle locks locks on. I wanted to stay in there look around for a bit....i did se HUGE section of tool boxes for trucks..

They always have an amazing selection of products for all your needs. Staff is always friendly and nice.

I used to love shopping here, but they have become kinda rude in their attitudes.Much more rude tude and Ill be buying my boots and tools else where.Dont miss place your receipt, doesnt matter how much you just spent they will give you attitude.

Great clean friendly, awesome workers exceptional customer service

This place is awesome, looks great, well stocked and very very clean. Would have given it five stars, but I did have one issue while shopping there. I wanted to purchase a pocket knife from the display case in the fire arms section. No one was currently at the counter, so when an associate was walking past. I asked if I could get some help at the counter. She called two different associates by name on the radio. And told them that they were needed at the sporting goods counter. I waited for about fifteen minutes and still no one showed up to assist me. Finally decided it wasnt worth my time to wait.

I will do my best to keep it short, I shop at coastal quite a bit as I receive a discount thru my employer. Boots work clothes etc. I try to only go to the white city store because of their terrific customer service, the store is over an hour away from my house so 3 times I have gone to the roseburg location only out of convenience it is approximately 45minutes from my house. Every single time I have been to the roseburg location the cashiers have been extremely rude to the point where my 6yr old son asked me why Janet was so rude? We all looked at eachother like wow what is your deal. We will not come back. I have experience in customer service so I know its not always easy and we all have bad days but this store is the worst, I was embarrassed for her. Iam a very friendly person. I hope you have a better day Janet and other coastal workers but you should be embarrassed. Btw I was refused my company discount.

Roseburg wouldnt be the same without coastal. I been buying my work boots here for almost 20 years. I have never walked out of this establishment with anything less than top quality gear. Sure a ball cap may cost 30 dollars but here you pay for what you get. I would like to thank Coastal fo always providing work gear that can be trusted and the prices are reasonable. If you never been go. Your missing out.

Tim (a store manager) helped me out with an order that I failed to pick up in a timely manner due to COVID and having to rent a U-Haul. He arranged for a drop off at my house and employee was kind enough to help unload. This was my first big purchase from Coastal and definitely wont be my last. Youve made a customer for life with your exceptional customer service. Thanks you, Tim and the rest of the employees that made this a much smoother transaction than what I expected!

Coastal Farm and Ranch has an excellent sale going right now to entice customers to shop during this Kate Brown shut down. There is an employee at the door demanding everyone wear a mask, yet not able to enforce it. I believe the employees here want to be mask free as well as the rest of us, but they have to comply to keep their jobs. When you go in weather you wear a mask or not please be nice to the employees.Support this store because they support the farmers.

They were having a great sale on clothes but the only problem was you couldnt try anything on. But I could at home, if I wanted to try on clothes at home Id shop Amazon.

Probably the largest selection of outdoor clothing/footwear in town! Ammo is unfortunately short, but thats out of their control.

Rude clerk up front teenage girl with green blue eyes, went to go pick up something and asked a simple questions responsed with attitude and so rude! Thank God I shop in Eugene Costal they just didn’t have myItem in Eugene. Never ordering from Roseburg one again! No other customers just us, like my husband said if you don’t want to work then don’t and saves the hassle of rude people.
