If you are looking for an old DVD to add to your collection, chances are you will find it here with great prices. Used video game pricing is good too with lots of selection. New video game pricing is the average on the market. Friendly staff willing to look up anything you need if you cant find it. Will call you if they do get it in stock. Store also has some novelty items like t-shirts, belts, and disc golf supplies. Other half of the store is a frozen yogurt shop that we look forward to seeing open again when the pandemic is over

We had a Ps3 video game disc that stopped working. We didnt know if it was the player or the disc. So I walked in to store and asked if they could test the disc so we would know if it was the player or not. Other games play well, but this one, not. They tested the disc on their equipment and it worked fine, so we are now looking into the player.I offered to pay for their time (installation of the game took 10 mins or so. They said I didnt owe anything which made this experience a wonderful one. Props to the team, we will be back for more!

Video Games Plus is a great place to go and take a look around with your kids or any significant other that you might have. It makes for a great date spot as well since Level Up is in the same building. Ive been going there since I was little and it has quickly grown into my go to Game Spot. Since they have everything form older games and consoles to new releases along with some Dungeons and Dragons, magic the gathering and pokemon cards as well. You will never need to stop anywhere else!

They are very friendly and are very on top of working with their customers to give the best service the are possibly able. Very appreciated.

Nice little store for nerds like me. RPG Books, video games new and old, discs for golf, and cheap used movies, along with some other kitschy stuff. Worth checking out. The only thing theyre missing is a small comic book section and maybe some terrain and a table to rent for RPGs.

I bought a controller not even 24 hours ago came back to return it because I didnt like the feel and how cheaply made it was and they wouldnt refund me the price I bought it at, Ive been buying from them since I was a kid and honestly theyve gone down the drain in service and policys Im sad to say I wont be going back and only shopping at competitors now.

This is a great place to trade in and purchase games and movies. They have used games across all platforms, and they have new games for current systems. They also have a huge selection of movies, so if you are looking for something, you should check here first.

All the staff are really nice and patient. The games they recommended for my kids were perfect they love them. I also got an original N64 here and games for it, DS games, A console that plays NES and SNES, cute plushies and a really neat belt. Customer for life. I love it that you can try a game before you buy it.

Had a awesome experience on a trade in with Brandon the other day.He was very nice and polite.We came in after first visiting another game store corporate competitor where we felt very mistreated.But after visiting Video Games Plus, we wont be going anywhere else again.

This place is awesome, they have tons of movies and carry video games and consoles of all kinds (not just the new stuff) great selections and video game merchandise. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the games and consoles and have played a lot of them, so if you have a question about a game you never played just ask them about it. They also have frozen yogurt in all different flavors with all the fixings and two TVs with seating and tables. Its a very good family environment. They also do exchanges on games, movies and consoles as long as they are in good shape and if they dont have what your looking for they will put your name and number down and call you as soon as it comes in. Like I said this place is awesome.

They have new games, retro games, consoles(both new and used), DVDs, Bluray discs, video game memorabilia, tshirts, posters, etc. They also allow buy video games and movies and will do trades on equipment and accessories. Overall a better option than Gamestop for people looking to find older games as their selection is enormous.

I confidently can say this is the best video game store ever. Ive been going here years before the store expanded. I moved to Portland for a few years and missed this place so much because every store I went to in Portland gave such bad prices. The trade in value and cash value for games is great! They sell the games back for great prices that have beat online prices and digital download prices. They give great customer service that isnt trying to pressure you to buy games unlike some store I wont mention. I can comfortably walk in without a clue on what I want and leave happy. Ive been going here since I was a little kid. I memorized their phone number and always bug them for price checks on the phone for trading games to see what game I want next. Ive traded many things with them and they really do keep an honest pricing. I have a ton of respect for the owner, the company, and all the employees. Bought PS4 game to find out later it was $11 more than GameStop. Compare trade in and used game prices before. You will find VG+ to be higher.

Great source for used games and movies. We always grab a few frozen yogurts and then see what we can find to increase our collection. Staff is mostly friendly, and quite knowledgeable. Good source for retro console collectors.

Great service and lots of product to choose from. Always prompt service and they always let my kids try games to see if they like them or are able to play them. They are great about returning items for my kids if they dont work out for some reason like we dont have enough memory on our system or the game is just too hard for my youngest one. GREAT PLACE ! They also offer a better trade in value and sell their used games for less than other similar stores. On top of all that, their movie selection is the best in town with both DVDs and Blu-ray.

I cant say enough about this place. Definitely the greatest used video game and movie store I have ever been to. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. And you cant beat their adjoining frozen yogurt shop!

Great Staff Ok Prices

SCAMMERS & RIP OFFS! I feel extremely ripped off... I went this am to get a headset, my son went in and came out with a chat headset that cost $25. About an hour later we returned and I went in with the receipt and untouched headset to buy a more expensive headset with gaming audio. The guys mentioned they remembered the purchase and preceded to tell me they could not give me my full money back or full credit towards a different one, why? Because the outside seal on the box was broken!!!! The headset was still secured to the packaging inside which confirms it was never used or even removed from the package, but that didnt matter, the seal on the outside box depreciated the value and they refused me my money back! I try to support local business, but this is one Ill avoid from now on!

Ive never had a bad experince here they are always super nice and they care about the customer I bought a game and the disc was dirty and they cleaned it for free! I seen some reviews on here that complain about petty stuff because they didnt get there way because they didnt have a receipt or broke a seal on something and tried to return it people need to understand it isnt there fault because you did something wrong anyway this store is the best in town for video games and things related to gaming if you need to go to get games go here or go online the two best options in roseburg :)

I called and told him I was out of town and I was coming in for the new Conan game for Xbox One and they said no problem if you get here before 7 we can help you out Ive never had a problem with video games plus ever Ive gone to them all the time until now I brought in some trade ins to get the new Conan game and I tell them hey I called in you guys let me know that you were holding the game for me and oh yeah you can buy it but you cant do trade-ins in the last 30 minutes of the time before we close I was like well I just drove in here from Riddle I cant make the trip in tomorrow and then I got told were sorry we cant help. But if you come tomorrow we can help you out there again Ive never had a problem with Video Games Plus until this happened. Honestly Im kind of pissed
