I went to pick up my husbands medication today, only to find the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist was sick. No one bothered to call and advise that the medication would not be filled today so I could call the doctor and try to make other arrangements. It is obvious Walgreens does not care about its customers well being.

I went in for my flu shot and first covid 19 vaccine..I was sick.in August for 2 1/2 weeks..I believe it was covid..I was miserable. 20 days later finish up my covid, and get my shingles vaccine..walk Ins welcome !! Very nice pharmacy and store !!

They do not accept Oregon Health Plan. Given the percentage of the community who are covered by it, this is absolutely ludicrous. Now I understand why their pharmacy doesnt have a waiting line! I will not shop here again until this is changed. It is ethically irresponsible as a pharmaceutical provider to not accept the most common health plan in the community you serve.

I always feel like an inconvenience when I walk into this store. The employee working today was vocally annoyed at my ask if there was more stock possibly in the back.This isnt even a one time experience unfortunately.

My son had a covid vaccination scheduled and when he arrived found the pharmacy was closed! He received a confirmation of his appointment but nothing saying he needed to reschedule. He went back the next day and was told he had to reschedule online. I dont know why they were closed and frankly I don’t care. If it was a staffing issue I find it hard to believe Walgreens couldnt get staff from Salem, Portland, Eugene, Medford etc. What about the patients that rely on their medication to stay alive? What about the ones who struggled to get to the pharmacy for their refill only to find out they were closed? For shame!

The pharmacy staff at this location are always so kind, great customer service and fast too. If you experience a longer wait please take into account they are doing covid test and all kinds of different requests now and they are always doing their very best to get everyone taken care of and on their way. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. :)

Staff seemed to be busy at work. The only complaint I have is whatever product is on sale is always out of stock and the buy 1 get 1 free only has 1there everytime.

If I could rate a negative star I would. Arrived to take 4 COVID tests as required for travel. 3 tests were processed and within a few hours we had verification. Our daughter’s was lost because as it was not sent to the PNW Health for verification. After calling both places repeatedly all day the following day, both blamed the other business for the problem never offering a solution. By the end of the day, we were told to go back to the testing facility who screwed up in the first place. We live two hours away and by this point it is the end of the business day. Walgreens tells us you have to have an appointment but they don’t have any for the remainder of this day or the next. Additionally we are now falling within the 24 hour window of our flight despite getting initially tested 3 days in advance. Not a single employee acted like they cared and actually sounded annoyed that we were calling again. Not a single call to tell us that we would need a new test. How were we supposed to find out? Hopefully they show more interest in communicating if they screw up your prescription than they did when they screwed up our vacation plans.

As Ive already said theyre nice people here they filled my prescription even though I was from out of town and they did it quickly and they did it nicely

Manager just told me he doesnt want to do his job today, told me go somewhere else because he doesnt want to deal with fed ex boxes today

I took in 18 rolls of film into the store and when the film was developed and I picked it up I was charged well over 200 dollars. Of the 18 rolls that were developed 106 pictures did not develop and I was still charged full price. In one roll only one picture was developed and I was charged 8.61. I was told by the photo tech that if the pictures did not develop I would be charged 6 dollars. This was not the case. I am very disappointed in the service I was given

Walgreens, particularly, the pharmacy are so helpful and patient with me and my bumbling mistakes with my prescriptions. They help when I need to change them, cancel them, even if I have to get them by mail. They are so nice and helpful.

The pharmacists/pharmacy technicians here are incredibly dedicated and helpful. Also the cashiers are very nice! Excellent place.

Ive never had a problem with any employees. Great for fast trip in and out!

I transferred my medications from another pharmacy and it involved controlled substances and Nick was very efficient and fast with the minor problem with my insurance. This guy really knows what he is doing
