Worst customer service! I wouldnt refer my worst enemy there! We bought a headboard, footboard and frame from them which they had in stock. Told us we had to wait till they received another one to take its place. They lied to us for 4 months telling us itll be another few weeks. When we asked for our money back we found out that they sold our set to someone else and strung us along with lies! Your business ethics suck!!!!

Polite and helpful. I went in for a soft, pillow top mattress but they didnt have what I was looking for.

They were able to find what I wanted in the warehouse and was able to include it with another delivery I had already scheduled for my beds

I had an amazing experience here. Tovah was amazing and worked hard to show me all of my options, even going so far as to demo their water repelling fabric! She made me feel confident in my purchase and made sure I understood everything about how ordering, financing, and down-payments works.

We were looking for a very specific lift chair to help a family member with mobility issues; she went above and beyond to help us find the right chair. I had a great experience here, I was cared for in a timely fashion, by a professional that had acceptable suggestions listening to what it is I was requesting and needing. Tovah, was very tasteful, knows her products, what was both in her store and that what we could custom order. I had been to the Ashley store. Their customer service was merely a person standing there waiting to take your order and your money they had no sense in decoration or a will to help you shop. This was by far superior, and helpful. I received my sofa in just a couple days having bought it off the floor. Since we have had company they slept on it and as promised it was very comfortable They stayed 4 nights. I now await the arrival of my custom rocker swivel recliner to go in the same living Room and Im quite excited about that. I will continue to do business with West Harvard furniture.

We met Tova at West Harvard Furniture when we started looking for a chair for our motorhome. Tova did an excellent job of directing us to the chairs that were perfect for us. We picked out a chair, which had to be ordered due to the color. While we were waiting for the order to arrive, and be delivered, we received a thank you card from Tova. How nice!!! In this day and age who does that? Well Tova did and it was much appreciated. I would do business with West Harvard Furniture for any future furnishings needs. Way to go Tova. West Harvard sells such wonderful furniture and provides exceptional service. Andy was a perfect salesman -- not intrusive but extremely helpful, even selling me the only floor sample (and a unique one at that!) so that I could have the recliner in time for my husbands birthday. The store did not charge for delivery, they scheduled a delivery time and called several times to verify when they would arrive, they carried the chair in and set it up (even plugging it in!), and they even carried out the old recliner at no extra charge. Andy set everything up for me perfectly, and I really appreciate his help. I have purchased several pieces from West Harvard and from online furniture stores, and Im always happiest with West Harvard. I know what Im getting, it lasts forever, and the service is incredible. Thank you for all you do for customers!

Tovah spent quality time with us during the Black Friday sales event.... we were there 3 times picking out the “right” chairs for our home. She is very personable and knowledgeable... a real asset to the store.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady named Tohvan Gibson. She listened to what we wanted and showed us several options. Tohvan was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the functions of all the styles and manufacturers. I highly recommend going and seeing her if you are looking for new furniture!

Tovah helped me to surprise my husband on his birthday. I am terrible at keeping my surprises and she helped through it all. Picking it out and delivery was a breeze. I really appreciate how easy she made everything. Definitely will return when need more furniture.

I love that Tovah uses Face Book and advertises sales. She knows the products and shes very easy to work with. I had an issue with the fabric on one of my recliners and she solved the issue for us.

Our experience at West Harvard was positive in all aspects. Our salesperson Tovah was very knowledgeable in how the pieces were constructed. She was also very helpful in design, matching recliners with sofas, and pillows with artwork. Other staff members were always friendly and able to help when we needed to change delivery schedule. Our situation was a bit chaotic and I can say with confidence that this is the place to go in Roseburg. Don’t let the big name stores suck you in.... go here and ask for Tovah. We were looking for a mattress and shopped around. Once we walked in and met Tovah we knew, without a doubt, we would purchase from her. So friendly, helpful, patient and fun! Love her and highly recommend Tovah at West Harvard.

So, heres the deal. I havent bought a couch yet. So how can I leave a review? Because Tovah was so great during my initial shopping experience! I had in mind the piece I wanted, but she honestly helped me see it wouldnt fit my needs and helped me figure out the piece that would. And yeah, it was a little more than I anticipated, as most quality furniture is, so rather than do the whole push salesman thing, she totally understood that I needed to save more and said shed be there when I was ready. And then we had a fun test drive in a massage chair. It was a fun and relaxing experience thanks to Tovah and I will be seeing her when Im ready for my couch!

Went in West Harvard furniture not felling good . My chair wasnt felling right. Sue got right to the problem . Two nice men from West Harvard came to my house and is fixing the problem today. They were so fast ! Thank you West Harvard I would give you a ten star !

I was probably one of the most difficult and picky customers to deal with!ANDY truly is the best. After spendy 3 hours the first day playing musical chairs keeping Andy from going home early to watch the Superbowl game. I thought I found a chair that would work with my old back injury, and I love to Rock, Rock my way to a firmer stomach! Ha...;)So needless to say, its hard to find just the right chair in a matter of 45 min to an hour with all of the selections they have at West Harvard furniture.Your only allowed one, 90 day comfort return. And after the first chair it was great but my back still hurt because it takes a while to really sit and use one chair and see if its a fit. So I returned, got a different one I thought would work. It turned out to soft. So Andy allowed me to return for the second time, with no irritation or frustration of having to return. West Harvard staff really do want you happy and taken care of.I ended up in the one that I kept coming back to. I love my Lay- Z -Boys because Im a Lay-Z-Girl ! ;) ;)Andy, thank you for allowing me to take the time to really look, sit, ponder, and return my purchases...., I appreciate your candor, patience, support, and knowledge you showed me. And you did all that with NO PRESSURE!! Not to mention the great ability to read people and what they need... had I listened,,,,, I would of took home the chair I ended up going back to, the first day..because Andy told me he noticed I kept going back to it...lol, and not three days later, and two returns. But thats just it. He let me decide for myself. So after 8 hours alltogether in a matter of three days, we shared jokes, recipes and now I feel like hes part of my family. Thanks again Andy you are truly the Best!!Oh and Why did the chicken cross the Playground??.......to get to the Other Slide!! In my case, I crossed it several times playing musical chairs for 8 hours....and now they need a new floor. ;)Sincerely Brittney

I have to say the service was great delivery great i did have to wait to have it delicered as i had a chair custom made. But thats wgere the good feelings for this place ends. The chair that was custom made that took over 3 months to make basickly fell apart after the first year of having it i have sense bought a 20$ chair almost new at a sale in better shape and tossed the 400$ one and the 1000 dollar hide a bed well the cording is now after about a year and a few nonths is un raveling . i live alone so nobody sits on the couch bought it for the bed very dissapointed in the quality of the two pieces i bought
