Sw is great paint. Their prices are high but so is the quality. The customer service is usually good. The older guy is super sweet and VERY helpful .. hes a hoot! They are very well stocked with lots of great items to help the job get done. There always is at least one contractors truck outside and they have a referral board with cards. They know alot of the locals personally in case you are looking for a good painter.

They are awesome even if you just need to dispose of old pain and you dont have to worry about mixing it with kitty litter just pull up to the back door give em a ring and they will come right out and grab all your used paint

All was fine and the person helping us was doing a good job and said I did not need to show him 30 % off coupon. After he rang up the bill he forgot the paint brush so I commented that the coupon provided 15% off and he said ok. He handed the receipt to my wife and I grabbed the paint-this was my fault that I did not look at the receipt until I got home. The paint and the brush both only got 10% off not the 30 or 10% per coupon.

You have very good customer service. Quality paint and ( much appreciated ) coupons that makes it more economical to buy quality. My walls and cabinets are still in good shape after 5 years.

I GAVE A 6 BECAUSE I WENT IN AND PICKED SEVERAL SAMPLES OF PAINT SPENT A GOOD TEN MINUTES AND NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE STORE BUT ME AND NOT ONE PERSON CAME OUT TO HELP ME AND YOU HAD TWO WORKERS. THE SECOND TIME I GOT OK HELP. THE THIRD TIME I HAD A DIFFERENT GUY THAT TRIED HARD.

Pretty expensive and not much of a selection at all for spray paint. I was in the store for several minutes before I even saw an employee.

I was ignored and another woman came into the store and she was helped right away. This was after I had been in the store for 5 minutes. I had actually had to tell the clerk I was a customer and Id like to be waited on. I have spent a lot of money at Sherwin Williams over the years since we have been remodeling our house, but now I think I will take my business elsewhere.
