After having problems with our original pool dealer we had decided that we would have to put it in ourselves. While we were trying to figure out how we were going to do this we got a flyer in the mail. So we decided to give them a call within a couple of days the owner and staff were here too look at our pool and within two weeks our pool linner was installed. Started using Waterscapes for my pool service after a horrible experience with the other guys in Roseburg.. What a difference! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.. Extremely helpful and caring. They make you feel like youre part of the family. They are a little more expensive than the other pool service company in the area, but they are worth every penny! In this case, you really do get what you pay for!

Extremely frustrated. Went in today to get salt for my pool and the girl working was not wearing a mask, which is currently state mandated, I was willing to overlook that until she felt it was necessary to use profanity with the customer in front of me while I was waiting in line with my 7 year old.... I am not sure in what world she thought it was appropriate to use the F word in regards to her volleyball career. She attempted to edit herself, but it was very clear thats what she was sayin . I will not be back.

They are knowledgeable about most brand spas. They also understand what the chemicals do and dont try to sell you products you dont need. Free water tests also
