I took my 10 year old Husqvarna riding mower to them for service and repair because the local dealer is so slow. After a thorough evaluation, Dean the service manage advised that due to a bent frame, tie rod and other damaged parts, it was not feasible to attempt to repair. This was all due to my abuse of it while using the dozer blade. Dean recommended another Husky of more substantial hardware. I purchased it for a price of my previous mower. The crew at Diamond were helpful, professional and informative.

I have done business many times. There repair shop always does excellent work. There sales department prices are reasonable.

Last year I order bearings for my mower,gave them all the info and got the wrong parts and paid a hefty price. Amazon search found the right parts for a third the cost. This year they got the wrong spring for the mower. The woman at the desk is on the phone gabbing away while I sit patiently. Poor customer service even when model numbers are provided.

I have always been one to go out of my way to support local business.My husband and I went here Nov 2019 and spent about $10,700 on a side by side and a chainsaw.My husband (a mechanic w/30+ years experience) went here to order a part. This was far more difficult than expected. The onsite mechanic kept insisting that my husband needed bring the side by side in to have them work on it. Finally, after much unneeded discussion that my husband found to be degrading and a waste of is time, the part was ordered.12 days later I called to find out the status of our order. I was told that the part is on backorder. I requested they call me to let me know the status/tracking #.Day 14, no contact about the status of our part. I called another dealer, they quickly found the part, ordered the part and they are having it shipped directly to me.I work for a small business. I understand these are not only tuff times but COVID has made it more difficult for business then ever before. It was not easy for me to write a poor review about another local small business.

They didnt have the parts in stock but they found it online for me. The gentleman behind the counter even wrote the part number and the website down where I could order it from. He didnt have to do all that for me but he still did and with a smile on his face. Great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. Plus have no problem with talking with you about how to troubleshoot your problems with a product that they sell.

Stopped by to purchase a drive belt. The old man behind the counter told me he wont bother to match the belt. Said it was to difficult. I wont waist the gas to drive there again.

They serviced my Little Honda generator. Everyone, I mean everyone was extremely nice & took the time to answer my questions & show me the proper way to start my generator. Ive taken other power equipment also. Very much Happy every time.

Not trustworthy, do not stand behind their work or agreements. There are better more professional business. The old owners knew what they were doing, and kept their word.

Brought in a DR product for warranty repair … I had to question the service manager about missing (not mentioned on service order) consumable item. I was informed “one would be installed before I left” … ?? The repair itself was less than professional in appearance (on a brand new, never used machine) and I can only hope it was done correctly … this was my first experience with this business and it will be my last.

Quality work and always up for giving advice, even for my craftsman equipment that they dont sell.

If you like dawdling service this is the place for you. High repair prices and lack of a good work ethic will eventually doom your company. But, sadly, I dont think they care.

I have been coming to Diamond Power for over 10 plus years, today I came in to pick up my chainsaws, purchase a new chainsaw and to purchase a husqvarna riding mower. Instead I ended up just picking up my unserviced chainsaws because of the ridiculously rude, condescending, sarcastic, old man behind the counter. My sale today would not have made their days numbers however he guaranteed a I will not return, I will not recomend them and that going to Eugene is worth the trip. This is a great example to not judge a book by its cover, Mister. I went in looking rough, definitely not looking like I was going to drop a good chunk of cash. Your loss.Dont waist your time here, go somewhere that respects the value of hard earned money and good people.
