Best car buying experience of my life. Jonnathan and Z went above and beyond to help our family get the car we wanted. Despite adversity including chip shortages and flooding both of them have such customer obsession that they searched out a vehicle for us in Massachusetts drove to pick it up and delivered it to us early. Also have to mention the integrity of this dealership identifying a potential flooded car that another dealer wanted to pass on to us and Reydel did the right thing rejecting the car and ensuring their customer had the best experience. Would recommend this dealership to family and friends because they do the right thing and are really great to deal with.

Firstly, I went ahead and had called and spoke to management and essentially brokered a deal for msrp and they were supposed to send me the numbers to review before coming in that afternoon. They never did but I decided to come in the next day, the manager tells me the lowest he will go is 1500 over MSRP and not the previous deal but he inflated the msrp from 27 to 33. He was trying to sell at 35. Keep in mind that invoice for them runs between 15-20% lower than msrp plus they get kickbacks when you finance through VW. If you want to save yourself the hassle and thousands of dollars use a broker. You will get somewhere between invoice and msrp every time. Avoid this place. Most places follow the same routine and will end up charging you thousands more if they can and if you are not knowledgeable.

THE BEST DEALERSHIP! I had an amazing experience at Reydel VW. My old Jetta lease was due in September so I needed a new lease. I decided to stay with VW because not only are they amazing cars, but their customer satisfaction is one of the best. My parents and I came to Reydel to lease a new Jetta, we drove about an hour from our house to come here because they had great reviews and we knew we would be taken care of if we came here. They surely did not disappoint. The entire team at Reydel took amazing care of us and I couldn’t be happier. Naveen really took his time to sit down with my parents and I and show us options in models, prices, etc. He even took the time to explain the nuances of leasing. My parents and I test drove a few different models before we decided to go with the R-Line. We sat down with their manager, Sunny, and he gave us an unbeatable and amazing deal. His customer service was top notch and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a manager of a dealership before. It really felt like when you get a car from them you a part of their VW family, and they take great care of all customers. He was exceptional to myself and my parents and we couldn’t thank him enough. Amanda did our paperwork and soon enough the car was ready to take home. Hayward worked so hard to get my car detailed and ready for the road. He also took extra time with me to go over the car and all of the features and buttons. A few months ago I leased a Tiguan. It was the FIRST GREAT CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I have had in 42 years of driving. I walked out of a car dealership SMILING and HAPPY!!! In the past I always felt taken advantage of. This time I worked out a price with the salesman that I was happy with, but I wasnt able to drive in from Long Island and complete the paperwork for 3 days. When I came in to finalize everything Jed Kass the manager told me that Volkswagen put in a new program that would cut another $42 a month off of my lease. I never heard of a car dealership lowering their price after the deal was made. I am about to get my daughter her first Volkswagen and there is no question I am going to this dealership for that car.

Humza greeted me right away when I enter the dealership. He was there to listen to me and my wifes needs. He recommend us the car that fitted our criteria and guided us. He was great sales person I would come back to him if I am buying another car in the near future

Bought a 2021.5 atlas here. We negotiated an out the door price before arrival. All was good when we got there and we left with our suv a few hours later.When I arrived for my license plates, I was told I owe an additional 188.00. First I was told for license plates then they changed and said it was for additional luxury tax. Either way, this was all supposed to be included in the original out the door negotiated price. Bait and switch, after already having the car in possession so Id have no choice. Not a bad way to add a little back end profit margin for them i guess.

Excellent service sets them apart. I did my homework on the internet and found several models that were of interest. After a handful of visits, by far the best showroom experience was at Reydel.Their salesperson Josh was patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. No heavy pressure and a great deal made me a happy customer.After the purchase, several staff members checked to make sure everything was satisfactory, and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends as they earned my repeat business.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I live on Long Island NY and I could not find the vehicle my wife wanted due to the chip shortage. Reydel had 1 vehicle left so I reached out to their dealership. I had most of my conversations with Michael Ramos, the sales manager. I think he is the most honest person I ever dealt with while purchasing a vehicle. Since I live so far away, he gave me a price for my trade in just by seeing pictures and running the vin# and gave me my monthly payments on a new car. I was skeptical about taking the ride because I was worried when I got there, something would change and my payments would increase. NOPE. I got to Reydel and everything went great. I was immediately greeted by our salesman Hayward who also went above and beyond. There was a lot of confusion with my insurance company since I was buying a vehicle out of state. Hayward contacted them and sorted everything out prior to our arrival. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with my Wife’s new Atlas. On my initial call I told him exactly what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes he calls me back having located the car I wanted, met all my parameters, along with a competitive offer. I scheduled a test drive of Arteon but after arriving was told they dont have a plate for it and I cant test drive. I wasted my time and money on Lyft.The car salesman wasnt really friendly either.

I first bought a car from Reydel in April 2020 and gave them a 5 star review at that time. Just over a year later, Reydel deserves another 5 star review. We decided to upgrade our Tiguan to a bigger vehicle (an Atlas), and Zabih and Hayward made the process efficient, quick, and even enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating in price, and the entire process of selecting a car, settling on trade-in value, and driving away with a new car was done remotely and completed in ~24 hours, with exactly the car we wanted (including interior and exterior colors).Couldnt recommend this team enough. Drove all the way from Westchester County to buy a certified pre-owned VW at this location and it was well worth the effort due to SUPERIOR customer service from both Z and Hayward. Z texted me a bunch of pictures of the car and answered my many questions on the phone and in-person. As well, Hayward was knowledgeable, courteous, honest and easy to work with. Both guys could not have been nicer or more professional and even followed up with an email asking about our ride home. My girlfriend and I went to look for a new car considering her current lease was almost over, so we went to see an Atlas to Reydel Volkswagen and what a disappointment. When we arrived no sales rep. came and we had to look for one, we explained to him the type of car and he showed us the Atlas, but then he asked his boss to take over because he had another clients. His boss came and he didn’t even give us any details with prices or any further information. We decided to go to Mercedes Benz in Edison, and let me tell you what a difference. From the moment we got there a sales rep came to greet us and showed us all the cars we were interested. He asked us how much we were looking to pay and next thing we knew we were closing a deal on a Mercedes. We went for an Atlas but because of the lack of interest and poor customer service we got a Mercedes GLC300

I bought an Atlas from the establishment and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome from Yasmine. She was very patient and demonstrated superior knowledge about the VW line of products. I came in with a pre-approval but she was able to get me better financing options. I also had a trade in and was able to get over the blue book value for it. All in all, it was a pleasant experience with an even more pleasant sales person.

I was a customer for 15 years.Over 6+ years the staff always changes.I have a Trer 1 credit.They tried leasing me a vehicle that is MSRP 28,000 for over 400 a monthThey tried to put me in a a new car and overcharge me.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they have lost a long lasting customer. Look elsewhere.The sales manager is to young for his positionThe Sales associate was great and I feel bad that he has to deal with his manager.No loyalty what so ever

I cannot recommend this particular VW dealer enough. My husband and I were searching to replace my QX60 Infiniti for a more “affordable” car. Of course Infiniti was trying to meet me at a price, but not willing to go where we needed it to be. We were almost going to go back into an Infiniti, but I was not happy wirh the customer service and could not STAND our salesman. He was truly the kind of salesman that give car dealers a bad rap. I am SO thankful and grateful to have opened my eyes to the possibilities of getting into a VW Atlas, and we went from VW dealer to VW dealer when I finally found Reydel, about 45 minutes from where we live. It was truly the BEST experience Uve ever had at a dealer. The staff were not only knowledgeable in their product, but were gracious, smart and understood the art of sales. They were honest, forthcoming and willing to figure out what they can do for us to get into the car we wanted! If you are ever in the market for a VW Atlas, please call either Zabih, Aakash or Javier! They are all three stand up guys! Reydel VW in Linden was the smoothest, and easiest car shopping experience I have ever add. Car shopping with a 4 month old can be difficult, and especially so during the current circumstances. Nav, Hayward, and team made the entire process seamless. Hayward personally sprayed and wiped down a seating area With disinfectant so that my wife and 4 month old felt comfortable coming inside while I completed the paperwork. The negotiation process was quick, and Nav left us feeling like we were getting an excellent value. Hayward was knowledgeable on all the different vehicle features, and focused on what was most important to us and our family. My previous two car purchases were from BMW, so I thought I may be taking a step down in terms of quality and care, but actually it was an upgrade.
