Bought a car there that had several mechanical issues that were identified both prior to and after purchase. Living almost 2 hours away, I brought the car to a local mechanic in an attempt to repair the most critical items. He could not make the necessary repairs so I brought the car back to Roselle Motors. Gerardo Rojas and Will the service manager were very responsive to my concerns and promptly made the necessary repairs to my satisfaction and at no additional cost. We are very happy with the service and the vehicle.

Purchased a used truck from Roselle motors, from sales associate Jose Cardenas, with very good results. Jose was very upfront about the vehicle and made the buying process comfortable and easy. The entire staff was very kind and personable. I enjoyed not dealing with typical car salesman arrogance or attitudes that are found on many lots, definitely would consider another car purchase in the future from this small in size but large in satisfaction dealership.

They took out a lien on a vehicle that I paid cash for. They had no right to do so.Had to fight with them several months to get the lein released and title from them.This vehicle broke down every few weeks and the frame rusted through 6 months after purchase. No longer driveable and had to junk it.

Outstanding Dealership!I am in the military and contacted them about a vehicle while I was out of town for work. Every question that I asked was answered an followed up with many pictures as well as a video of the vehicle. Working with Roselle on the purchase of my new Toyota Tundra was extremely easy. I was not planning on buying the truck until I came back in town but with all of the pictures, information and video made it easy to purchase the truck without being there.

Sometimes people think I have some money I want the best car but our credit or income wont let us. The salesman was very nice(Jose) We paid $28,000 for a Jeep SRT. First time we had to return it, the water pump went out. I had to have the car towed back to them at MY expense which is about an hour away from where I live. They did fix the pump free of charge. Then when we got it back the horn went out. They fixed that as well. This was all within having the car for maybe a WEEK!! Then the car was over heating again. This time we just took it to our mechanics to see what was really going on. I ended up spending over $6,000 on repairs and now today they are saying something is still wrong!!! I am so fed up wit this Jeep already and we haven’t even had it a month!!! I spoke to the owner who clearly didn’t care and in so many words told me that this is the result of buying a used car. I’ve brought used cars and of course had to have some work done but never like this!! It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to feel taken advantage of.

Wilfredo was easy to work with both in person and via text when it was more convenient.I do think, however, the financing team should review ALL documents and explain any specific and special exceptions prior to having the buyer sign any documents, not half way through the process. It is also the Buyers responsibility to make sure you are well informed and you ask for full document review prior to signing that first page.

The experience I had here was beyond amazing the one who helped me out was Mayerlin very kind and nice person anyone that comes here looking for a car I would recommend that you go to her! She made me feel very welcoming and gave me different options and everything was well explained! Have no complains what so ever !

Raul and Moses were very nice, helpful, and specifically went out and found the vehicle I wanted. I am very happy with the vehicle. They took care of everything it needed and within a good amount of time to fix what needed to be. Financing was easy and they answered all the questions I had.

If I could give 0 stars that wouldnt even justify the amount of unprofessional and shady business that goes on here. They will try to sell you vehicles that have known issues and not tell you about it. I found this out because the sales rep Yesenia I was texting about a vehicle, accidentally sent me a message that was intended for her boss. Stating that I was interested in the GMC Sierra Denali that has the issues. After finding this out I was still interested in the vehicle because can fix it myself. I tried to bargin with them because they priced it way beyond the KBB value and would not budge from there outrageous price. Even after being shady about the vehicel from the start. They also offer trade in values that even someone with an IQ of 60 would know is redicously low and is honestly just an isnult. Really shows what kind of bussiness they run here.

This is the worst dealership in the world. I went to one lot and there was absolutely nobody there. Of course it said open and when I entered I called speaking to some women named Alex. She had we on hold for 10 minute. She said one of the representatives would be on there way. They never showed up. She called me back and then told me that the car I wanted to see was at another lot that I previously left. Moral of he story. Don’t go to Roselle motors.

I asked if they had a car of my choice and unfortunately they didn’t so Mayerlin took action and went of her way to get me the car that I wanted and also the color with little mileage ! This place is a joke the car i looked at had a total loss tile clear on the carfax they way over charged for it and on top of it the pictures i saw online were so edited it wasnt even funny they took away all the rust on The roof thethe big dent in the bumper and all fhe flaking paint i wanyed to trade in my clean title suv and come to find out when they looked at it is some how got a major oil leak funny that wasnt there when the shop that has serviced my suv for years never noted it and now it has one didnt drop an once of oil before i let them look at it they said they would put it on the rack and look at it and then report back to me now i have and suv that leeks oil a lost day of work and wasted gas and time going to this place this place is one big scam and joke dont waste your time

!!BUYER BEWARE!! ZERO STARS!! Take some time are read other peoples reviews of this dealer. They all seem the same. I stopped in to look at a modified Off Road SUV on Thursday. First off they had the SUV listed for $3500 over Kelly Blue Book value. Took it for a test drive and found a number major issues.Missing exhaust resonator, Bolts broken on driver seat. head light out. Keyless entry not working. However I was able Negotiated a lower price. Got the price on paper and filled out a credit app. It came back 800+ and they told me they want to use different backs for this type of score and I would get a call Monday. The sales manager Jose Cardenas looked me straight in the eyes and assured me he would call Monday morning and that I would be able to come and pick up the SUV later that day. Come Monday I never got a call. I come to find out they sold it over the weekend and never bother to call and inform me.9 out of 10 reviews in English are one star. This is a low or no credit dealer and they have 0 regard for customer service. This has been such a headache dealing them. Never any return calls! Very dishonest. Seriously just looking to make a quick $. Do not trust this dealer!!!!!

The worst experience ever. They sold me a car with a rolled back title. No one mentioned to me about the roll back from 290k to 123k when I purchased the vehicle. They never offered car fax or anything sold me the vehicle for 10k when its actually only worth 2k with the high mileage. So sorry I ever went to them. I wish I could give 0 stars. They really f!@*ed the $h!+ out of me. I played 10 grand for a Denali with 300k on it and can even resell it. They took months to get me the title so that I was out of time to do anything about it. This place really sucks the guy on all the bad reviews saying please contact me dosent even work there. Liars, scammers, deceivers.

Walked in to check out what they had in stock, and drove out with a used but very fancy Lincoln MKX, they were very willing to make the paperwork easy, there was a lot communication between myself and Eva Felix (for about24hr yup they let me take it test drive it for a day !) I was very supriced on that !Christopher Rodriguez also was very helpful in finding a more affordable insurance, I didn’t need a co -signer which made me very happy not having to bother someone on that! They took the car to a mechanic of MY choosing in the local area to do an unbiased pre-buy inspection. After everything came back clean, I put down a deposit, flew up to Chicago, and decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. The team was friendly and professional. Despite the distance, I would do business with Marco and this team again.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. My friend tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. He signed the bill of sale but no loan documents at the time and was aloud to take the vehicle home. He now is unable to sign loan documents ( Which will void the transaction without a loan). I have a power of attorney and they do not want to accept it from me to cancel transaction or will not return his down payment. People please stay away from these small dealers as the only thing they want to do is screw you and not work with you. All they care is to charge a high interest rate that almost doubles the cost of the vehicle.

Got a car a few weeks ago at roselle motors and we are really glad. Everybody was helpful and they gave us a really good deal. They are remodeling and making it bigger and nicer and those guys really try to help and the sales staff was very professional. I will recommend my friends to visit sometime and ask for the manager and Carlos, we needed help and a good set of wheels and they hooked us up. Other dealers like this normally have sneaky and tricky staff, but not roselle motors this was a good surprise for us. 2 Thumbs up. Will be back again.
