January 2021, I had a door opener installed at $800. ( Chamberlain) The opener worked for 8 months!! Needless to say it was like pulling teeth to get anyone from the company to come back for adjustments. Still no response. My son spoke with an employer, told him the problem, this person was VERY NASTY, he had the nerve to hang up on my son. Stay away from this company.Oh no

He gave us a breakdown of the charges and what to expect for the work to be done. His professionalism and no pressure approach was the main aspects on why we went with him to fix the door. Original builder grade garage door opener went out. Not worth the money to replace the mother board. Atlantis Garage Doors installed a top of the line lift master garage door. Great service. Knowledge and professional technician. Performed complete setup: opener, hand held opener, built in opener in vehicles, and keypad opener just outside of garage door. Great experience. Serviceman was available reasonably faster considering just before Christmas. Great follow up with email reminders. Frank was friendly and knowledgeable and problem was rectified. Included me in the conversation. Fixed gate so wouldnt happen again even if cut off failed. Those ants wont get into my gate opening box again.
