From my first anxious call to the office requesting an emergency visit until Chris, our service tech said goodbye after finishing the job of replacing the spring and rollers, my experience with Four Seasons Garage Doors was awesome. When I explained what happened the office staff woman told me that my issue sounded like a broken spring. When Chris arrived he took the time to explain in detail why the spring broke, the condition of the rollers and why replacing both was the best thing to do. He worked quickly and efficiently, was well versed in company policy and just a nice guy. This was my second visit from Four Seasons and I will continue to be their happy customer.

This was an excellent experience in a world of cheats and Fraud. Another Company pretended to be them but we caught the failure. We would have lost thousands of dollars perhaps. But with the help of Four Seasons our Garage doors for all three apartments are restored safely with honesty andhelpfulness. The work was excellent. The price was reasonable. Our garage door broke on a Friday night. I called Four Seasons right away. They had some one out on Saturday morning and everything was fixed and better than before by noon. They did a great job and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend.

I thought I needed a whole new garage door opener installed, but Tyler explained that mine was a recent model and he pin pointed the malfunctioning parts (the sensors) and only replaced those. He also reset the codes and set up a new opener since one of ours was recently stolen. Very satisfied with the service and analysis and saved me hundreds of dollars.

Chris P came out and he gave us an estimate of $650 for new springs and wheels. He was pretending to be on the phone to get a “lower” price. My husband isn’t stupid and knows how much springs cost. So whatever he was trying to charge us was a ridiculous amount. He was trying to scam us. I had another company come out and charged us $250 for the same job. Would never recommend this place.
