This is the best storage place EVER!!! The managers are so kind and helpful. We used this facility for a year and a half and had nothing but a great experience. It was secure and clean with good, reasonable prices. If you need storage, this is THE BEST PLACE!

Well being it was on Thanksgiving I would have to say it was perfect. Not one person there but myself. I was in and out so for this alone plus the high walk ways, big elevator and double doors, I must give them a 5 star!

Switch to two different units because of rats. They need to empty that facility to exterminate. I had to throw away all of my furniture.🤮🤢 There are new storage unit facilities in the area, I suggest trying those. Update:The unit was under my spouses name. We complained twice and nothing was done about it, we just moved our things to another unit which had the same problem.

Robin and Tom are simply top-notch and are truly vested in not only the property but also in the people who come to rent space from them. Rhonda, the relief manager, is equally amazing! Honestly, everyone Ive encountered at Summer Lakes truly seems to take pride in not only the facility but also in the customer service they provide, and it shows! I have been 100% satisfied with my experience at Summer Lakes Storage and I know that they will be my go to as long as I need space to store my inventory.

I have to say this has been the best experience ever. When I lost my key after verifying I was the owner of the unit they removed the lock and assisted me with the purchase of a new lock. When moving out of the unit for relocation the process was quick and easy. We have always received service with a smile. Robin even assisted us with making purchases for our move, if they did not have something on hand knew exactly where we could purchase it from. Kudos to SUMMER LAKES STORAGE for being the best for customer service.

This is without question the best storage facility that my wife and I have ever used. The building is always clean and spotless. The lighting in the hallways is bright and they play great music over the speaker system. While using the storage units, they provide moving carts that are a huge help when moving heavy objects or large quantities.We also use them for our document shredding, a huge help to have that service in the building.Dana K and his crew are always friendly and extremely helpful. The office is always clean and in perfect order. You won’t find a better storage facility or better staff anywhere.

I have never had the pleasure of using this storage facility, but I had to give it 5 stars because they have been making me smile for the last couple years with their silly jokes on their sign board. Theyre situated right at the intersection so when Im waiting at the red light, Im always looking forward to what they have put up there for all to enjoy. Thanks guys for making me laugh right before I get back home!

This place is very clean, easy to access, and well located. They have many different sized units, and will help you find the right one for you at the lowest cost they can provide. It is reliably climate controlled and I have never seen a bug in the place. They also have Uhal rentals available for a great price which is very convienient.

Very clean facility the managers are really nice any information you need they can bring it up at a moments notice. They have a variety of sizes in storage units. I downgraded to the next smaller size unit and they were very helpful and me getting my stuff moved without having to fill out a new contract.

I have used this storage unit now for about 6 years and very clean, nice facility. Very happy with this facility and the team that runs it. Also worthy to mention they offer drop off document shredding as part of their service through Proshred. I would highly recommend them!
