Awesome Service!!! Very friendly, I really like the staff here. I had Stephanie assist not only me and my husband but also my brother in finding a proper size unit for what we needed. We both were able to just let her know what kind furniture or items we had and she was able to let us know what size we needed and she was more than happy to show us those units so we could make a better decision on what we were needing. Very, very helpful and it was an overall smooth experience. Great work Stephanie!!! Keep it up!!!

Not happy with recent 20% rate increase. Its my opinion that when you book online they tease you with a very competitive rate. Then after 3 months they increase. Now I have to rent truck and move to another storage

Their climate control is set at 80 degrees It was colder outside. I wasnt informed of thei climate setting before signing up. I have used this facility in the past and it was much colder inside

Regina, the manager, is very helpful and is very knowledgeable about the facility and needs. Clean, safe, and watched! Will be moving up to a larger climate-controlled unit at the end of the summer. Also, love the fact that there are flatbed dollys at most of the entrances! This really makes loading/unloading much simpler, especially for us old and broke-down folks!!
