Worst customer service experience.

Even though I speak loudly multiple times pretend as if they haven’t heard by a criticize smile. This happened to me several times here with one old guy. No respect.

While out of town Walmart assisted in getting my meds transferred to Florida and Georgia during my stay there. I thank you.

Told to come back 3 days in a row and every time we came back prescription isn’t actually ready? Day prescription is actually here told where to sit and it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later stand up and ask if its ready and am told “ oh sorry I forgot you were waiting” completely inept borderline intentionally difficult.

I have had both rude and pleasant attitudes. It depends on the person behind the desk. It would be great if we didnt have to check out by talking to the pharmacist every time you pick up your meds.

Horrible. Not a single drama-free, courteous experience. Not one. And Ive been there numerous times. If one person threatens the streak with kindness, someone else is guaranteed to follow up with indifference, curtness, incompetence or downright rudeness. Cant wait to switch.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. To reduce waiting, they tell you to call to make sure the prescription is ready. I called and sat in hold until I drove to the pharmacy, walked up to the window, and requested that someone answer the phone. Not a single person was in the the phone when I walked up. After making this announcement, one of the staff answered the phone with a shocked sounding hello as if surprised anyone could be on the phone. Really?!?! The pharmacist talk to me as if I didnt know how to tell time. Exceeded the prescription wont be ready for 15 minutes and then proceeded to tell me how to tell time. Im not the one that couldnt tell time. I knew I was on hold for 15 minutes and made that perfectly clear. Absolutely worthless in the pharmacy. Thank God I found out Walgreens now takes my insurance. Woohoo!!! I will never have to go to Walmart ever again.

Lack of communication between staff, usually slow, and unreliable*. Ive ordered prescriptions to be picked up at a later date, only to be told they were never ordered. It wasnt the first time, and Im sure it wouldnt be the last. Its a frustrating experience dealing with Walmart Pharmacy.

It is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited, they make mistakes in the prescriptions, they make you go several times very rarely do the medications have them ready and they dont even apologize !!!!
