She stitched a name on an apron while I waited. She said she doesnt normally do that. I liked her items she had for sale there. I bought a onsie for my granddaughter. I wished I had more money to buy more personalized items. Great place with a friendly person.

I wanted my kids names embroidered on their backpacks. The kids liked picking out their thread colors and my daughter was able to pick out a cute kitten design as well. Both backpacks were ready very fast at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Just picked up some towels we had embroidered and they are amazing. Prices were great too!

I had 4 towels embroidered with a custom design and with a variety of challenging requirements. This shop did an outstanding job. The owner offered ideas for me to consider that would reduce the cost (how many businesses today offer ideas that saves the customer $) and she offered me ideas that made my customized design better. The towels truly turned out really spectacular! She spent a great amount of time with me discussing my order, which had to be very small in comparison to the several orders arriving from other customers (while I was finalizing my order). This demonstrated to me that she genuinely cared about me, as a customer, regardless of how much she would make on my small order. I plan to have more gifts customized at her shop. I can’t thank her enough for ensuring these items (a retirement gift for a very good friend) will be a “one of a kind” gift. I highly recommend this business.

This is an unbelievable machine embroidery shop....superlative in every way....the most pleasant experience. The owner, Aileen Albert, is so helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, great with color and scale, flexible and so very eager to please. Her prices are more than competitive and her selection of designs is massive. If you are a company owner, which unfortunately I am not, I would suggest you contact Aileen for pricing and assortment choices.The turn around time is much better than other embroidery shops I’ve used in the past. I’m so thrilled to have discovered this little jewel of a store. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

We use this company for all of our employee jackets to put the logo on. They are so accommodating and quick! She figured out what would look best and made it happen. I realized I had forgotten 1 jacket, took it in a few days later and she had it done by the next day. So very friendly and an adorable little shop. Love supporting this local gem of a business!

I recently organized a golf outing for my networking group. Ailene with Stitched Bling made us all matching golf shirts. I loved that the pricing in store already includes the embroidery! I went to this place and ask them if I can bring cap to embroider and they said I need to buy 12 caps. I dont know what kind of customer service that is but I just want to let everybody know not to go here because of the rude customer service and inability to help me because theyre so greedy they want me to order 12 caps. I was very disappointed in this place and greed. The lady was very rude to me so I hung up. As customers we need places that are going to do what is best for us not be rude about it and not be able to help. I am sure I could bring a cap and they can embroider the cap quickly but this is not the place. Just keeping it real and so sad to be honest. Before I hung up I told them I was going to give a honest review and she said she wasnt worried and would have the review removed.
